The Tillman's Team helped me pick out the perfect suspension lift for my F150. They were knowledgeable and worked my truck into their schedule at the perfect timing for me. I couldnt be happier with how my truck rides after the new suspension was installed. Outstanding Service!

I try to keep my business local and within smaller shops like we run. I have the pleasure of having my beloved Jeep worked on for two different things here and haven't been anything but thrilled. they did flawless work and what they didn't have an answer to, they had someone to send me to. Highly recommend for any repairs or mods.

I've stopped in a couple times to ask questions about upgrades on my Bronco. Since the first visit they've followed up, remembered me, and always done what they said they would do. I just had them perform a 2 inch lift and it went perfectly. All the employees are great, but Morgan especially when it comes to Bronco knowledge.

I bought a set of tires. Two keys for the camper shell too.They sell camper shells, tires, rims, lift kits, shocks, etc. Installation services too. Great customer service.

Great experience with Tillman s. When another company messed up, I went to Tillman s and they stepped up! Dustin was able to get my wheels to the store, get them mounted and balanced all in the same day, and for a great price. I should have went to Tillman s first, and they ve definitely earned a loyal customer moving forward.

What a great job Tillman s did for us! We could not be happier! Aaron recommended all Roadmaster towing parts for our Jeep, including some Westin side steps. Sam and team did one hell of a job installing the parts. It s always good to have people that care about working on your vehicles. Thank you Aaron, Sam, and all of the Tillman s team!! Great job!!

I had been to a luncheon. Started to drive home and my car started acting weird. I pulled off the road, into a parking lot next to Tillmans. My phone was dead..not good. I went into Tillmans to use phone. Scott asked what...when I told him he tried to get the car moving correctly..could not. He put my phone on charger, locked my car. I stayed there while calling my husband and Triple A..Everyone in this establishment treated me so well. Very kind.Cannot say enough about theRespect shown. Please consider this business when needing the product they sell.

Had new Anzo 111396 installed on my 2107 Tacoma. I had to bring the truck back the following week to have one of the lights adjusted that was pretty far out. The techs were helpful and diligent and they brought me back to the shop to show me the correction and apologized for me having to have to come back. I told them no problem I just wanted it done right and they agreed. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I was out by 9:15. I can't give a 5 star because of Billy who "greeted" me was quite un professional and rude. Must be because of my previous post. I'm not the bad guy. I mean I just spent 900 dollars on headlights. Billy asked me my name then took my keys and he sat down and played with his phone. Next the company phone rang and he answered it and left me standing there without evey saying a word to me or looking at me, after about 5 minutes I asked him if he had any questions for me since he had not spoken a word to me. He looked up and said "no" I then went to the front of the building and realized they had already taken my truck to the shop. Billy never said a word to me. HORRIBLE customer service on HIS part. But the rest of the guys and the shop were GREAT!!! Thus the 4 stars!

Great service. I went in to discuss options of tonneau covers and price tow hitches. The pricing was good for high quality products. I now have a very nice tonneau cover and a hitch. I would recommend Tillman's to anyone looking for truck accessories.

I had an Avalanche and they did a great job setting it up for towing. This time I have a Silerado and they put a sport bar and lights on. I have never had a problem at all. The entire staff is friendly.

I could spend hours at a time in the store talking shop with Jeremy. The guy knows his stuff. Very relatable and knowledgeable about their products. He cares and wants to get you the right gear for your situation.

Great service great sales guys. Called to inquire about a bed cover for my 2021 truck about an hour before they closed. Not only did they have it in stock but told me if I got there 30 minutes before closing they would install. Jeremy Swinford not only got me in and out like he said they would, they did a great work. Highly recommend and will be back.

This is the place to go to have trailer hitches professionally installed. This is the second time I've used them and both were excellent experiences. I recommend them. Good people with lots of knowledge.

years ago this use to be a good place to go but I would not recommend them anymore My last experience with my van was terrible. They ordered the wrong texture floor covering I had to take that back and then they ordered the right texture but the wrong size. The floor mats they ordered weren't correct either had to return those I ended up a negative $5 by all the returns and so I didn't get all my money back but I did not bother to go back and get it

Was planning on doing all kinds of things to the new truck I just bought, but reading through the reviews it looks like you have poor customer service and you don't stick to the price quote that you give to people. If you quote a price and it is wrong you should still honor that price, you will make up the money with the other high prices that you charge anyway. And by not holding up to your quote price you are losing money in the long run by not having a return customer and then people like me who read the reviews and will now find someone else to do the work!

Definitely expensive, but that's what good service and quality parts get you. I had side steps installed on my truck. They offered plenty of options and had examples in the shop. (I do wish their website was more implemented to provide this information) took me a few weeks to get into the shop to see my options and get them installed. But overall my expectations were met.

Followup to owner's response. No, you don't get infinite opportunities here. Took more than 3 months to get a camper shell out of you, begged for communication only to receive silence, multiple missed deadlines, and worse yet, you didn't care. The only promise you kept was to pull the shell off at your Greenwood location so I wouldn't have to go back to Washington street where this mess all began, but it never should have gotten that far. You couldn't even install the damn thing right; it was hanging off the back end of the truck 1/2 inch and I was told that's the way it is; unfortunately I had to demand yet more service to correct. Darren did call back after getting info from ARE; however, he promised he was working getting some amount of refund for all this trouble. However, after 3 weeks of no response, I had to call back to remind him...seemingly a trend. To that, he sent me a car wash card. I can't think of a more tone-deaf response; I couldn't even use it on a camper shell that was just repainted because ARE couldn't even come close to getting the color right (something Washington St didn't seem too concerned about). For everyone else reading this, I sent the car wash card back...I didn't find the joke funny at all. As I said to Darren, the only thing that keeps me up at night being a small biz owner like yourself is the worry that my customers might not tell me when I'm screwing up. I took many opportunities to give you this feedback and your responses show it's not important to you. You may find other customers willing to do business with you, but not likely if I've talked to them first.

They put a hitch on my SUV. Really easy to make an order over the phone and set up an appointment. They installed it while i waited and the hitch looks great. Friendly people and GREAT service

Pretty friendly initially. After they ordered the wrong wheels and installed them two times I got a lot of attitude like I made a mistake. Then I thought the order was correct and I drove home and realized It was still not correct as they went with the flat finish instead of high gloss with a couple chrome trim areas. Still never got the order right. If you go there double check every serial number on every sheet of paper.
