Took my car to RG Mobile for the first time and I am very happy with the service and work done! Everything was very reasonably priced and the staff, especially Jake, were very friendly and communicative. No pressure what so ever when it came to repairs, only great advice on what my options were. Would definitely recommend!

Very please with the work done on my car. Jake was very polite and walk me through everything that will need to be fixed. Price was very reasonable. My car was fixed in a timely matter. My car now ride very smooth and I m very pleased!!! I definitely recommend coming here

RG Mobile 1 is absolutely the best. Rick has built a professional honest business that continues to thrive. I have dealt with Rick, Brook and Jake . They tell you exactly what the problem and cost up front. No surprises. They back up any warranties 100%. They are the most honest and trust worthy repair shop, I have ever dealt. RG Mobile diagnostics and repair does not have sign on their building but they have many years been in business. Most honest and skill mechanics that I have ever met. Great crew and equipment from what I can see. Greenwood shop fixed my van. 675 Kilbourne Drive.

The 1998j Mustang runs great!! It has lots of pep too! I am really pleased with the quality work by RG Mobile 1. They replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and changed oil and filter. It's running better than it has for years!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Contacted RG Mobile 1 about a new thermostat for my Ram 2500. I spoke with Jake. He stated he d call me shortly with a quote. He got my truck in on 6/23/23 and replaced the thermostat. Great service and prices! I m grateful to find an affordable quality auto service center.

Absolutely LOVE RG Mobile 1!! We've been customers for 15+ years. Jake and the Gillam team are the most honest mechanics we've worked with. The best place you could go to. I never have a single doubt that these mechanics have the best intentions in mind when I bring a vehicle here. They have gone out of their way to save me money instead of looking for ways to get me to spend more. They are straight to the point and Jake runs a fantastic crew. Jay was extremely helpful making arrangements to get my car fixed. They replaced the intake manifold gasket and radiator due to a leak. He also had a car that I could rent while he fixed mine. He called me to give me an update and also to let me know I needed a couple extra hoses and a new thermostat and what the cost would be before proceeding with the repairs. Very friendly staff and a clean work area. I will definitely return for future oil changes and any work needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change
