I sent my 2017 Ford Focus in for a no crank no start issue. Everyone I talked to at the service center was polite and professional. The service rep who took my initial details kept in touch with me about everything that needed to be done.

I bought a car, NOT from Ray Skillman Ford, within 3 months it broke down, not even 2000 miles were put on it. It had major issues. The warranty company refused to take care of the problem, the dealership I bought it from refused to take care of it. It was a nightmare. But both Curtis and Eric from Ray Skillman Ford Service bailed me out in a big way, they fixed the car while helping me with a rental. They didn t have to do what they did to help, but they did it anyway! Thank you Curtis and Eric for everything you did to get me back on the road. I have been waiting to get a call back from Skillman ford service manager Eric since he got in my car to March 7th 2023. I have called, texted Stephanie from the service department, left voicemails- Nothing!I am at my wits end just trying to get my car fixed with my gold warranty I bought with my 2016 explorer.

Nick and everyone at this location were amazing ! Nick not only has a birthday the day before mine but I went in with a car I seen on the site that I had looked into before going I went there and they took great care of me as they said they would at the beginning. I really appreciate how they work so hard to make their customers happy/satisfied. I could never thank them enough. This location gave me no regrets. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This is the second vehicle that I bought from them and both experiences have been wonderful and a I have not had any problems and they seem to keep their promises so far so good lol and the salesman Joe seems to go the extra mile and the financial part is also very helpful

Great experience and expertise.. Loved it! Thanks for taking care of my car. Someone saw cut my catalytic converter and Ray Skillman Ford provided expectional services not only having my car fixed but there follow up calls to explain me what was going on and keeping me engaged throughout the process was really an exceptional experience I didn't expected. They kept my daughters car for weeks and refused to give us a rental!! They also quoted us one price for several things that they said needed repaired. Once they realized that they were responsible for the bill suddenly only one thing needed fixed. NOT IMPRESSED

The service department is amazing. I have four points and a warranty on my tires and wheels they're always very nice even though I'm not paying them any money.

We had an 8 a.m. appt on a Monday, 4 p.m. Monday no update, we called to get update. Tuesday between 3-4 p.m. no update, we called. Wed no update so we called mgmt. Thursday tech looked at vehicle and ordered part, we picked up vehicle and were told part should be in within a couple days, it is now Tuesday late afternoon no update.Oh, and no loaner vehicle while the vehicle sat from Monday - Thursday.Apparently this is how warranty service is handled as a few years back when an unwarranted engine needed replaced their svs dep was on it, kept us updated and had the job done within a few days.Our entire family has purchased vehicles at this location and referred friends for years and have only great things to say about Derek Young and that team so it is very discouraging to still be waiting to have our vehicle serviced over a week later.
