Had tires put on my truck at the Greenwood location. Tires are great, however two of my hub caps are missing and I was told the truck came in this way. I love my truck and take care of it and would have noticed. I know for a fact they were on there. Notice the silver screws still in place. They straight up lied to me and have deeply damaged my relationship with this store. I do not recomend the person who put these on to work on anyone's vehicle.

I was able to come in for a free AC check where both the mechanic and the attendant upfront or very kind and generous. They did not want to rip me off that be good people and really cared for how I felt since I had bought this car three weeks ago.

This isn t store related but it is employee related. I was stuck at a gas station where my truck needed a jump. I went inside the gas station to beg for help. Luckily Cliff, who is the manager at this location, offered to give me a jump. He is a lifesaver and I m sure his helpful attitude makes this store a great place to shop. I ll be buying my car parts from pep boys from now on. Thanks Cliff!

The guys working here, Cliff, James, Kenny & Dakota, are the absolute best! They truly helped me out and fixed my van up! They know there stuff!!! Can't recommend them enough! Look forward to doing more business with them, if the need arises. Thanks guys!

My husband & I were in the area for drum & bugle corps completion in Indianapolis. Our tow vehicles a/c quit working & we got right in. Cliff worked for over 3 hours but it must have been a wiring issue so didn't get fixed. Cliff was so nice & very apologetic. A few days later in the hot Missouri area we tried it & thank goodness it worked. Thanks Cliff for trying.

Good service putting on a new tire for me. Was the only place in Greenwood area I could make an appointment at the last minute. They just threw my spare in the trunk, whereas other services at different businesses have taken the time to put it back under the car for future use.

Great place! People are friendly and they get cars done quickly. The new manager Cliff is a really nice guy. I recommend this place to anyone living in the greenwood / center grove area for tires and other automotive services!! Thank you Pep Boys! You guys rock!

I visited this location a week ago to have a diagnostic check done. Afterwards, the next day I was hospitalized for surgical procedure. Today is the first day that I'm able to drive my car after being hospitalized. When I got into my vehicle I noticed a couple of quarters on the floor mat on the driver side. As I got down on my knees to retrieve the change I noticed that my hood release lever had been broken off hanging by the cable that is connected to and tucked under my floor mats on the driver side! So before I was hospitalized that is the place that worked on my car and they broke my hood release lever, Hit it behind the floor mats and said nothing to me about it! I've taken pictures of it and I am going to contact an attorney because I feel if I go up there and confront them it may go very badly so I am going to make sure I take the legal route here. But that was just plain wrong! And I will never go there again. Wow...

We came to this Pep Boys by chance mid-roadtrip a month ago when a dashboard warning light came on, but if I didn't live 35 miles away I would have made this my new go-to shop. They not only diagnosed a very tricky issue (it turned out a different shop had made a maintenance error), but they were also very honest with us about the fact that they couldn't fix the problem on-the-spot without ordering supplies, and they were also super helpful in collecting evidence of what had happened and giving us a statement in writing so that we could hold the other shop accountable. Everything about our interaction with this shop left me with a very favorable and positive impression.

Gentleman by the name of Joe his phone customer service was superb. The man help me stay on the phone. Explain everything it was that was needed for my vehicle customer service like that. It s hard to come by anymore but the world man is busy as it is thank you, Joe I appreciate everything.

Be careful leaving your car here for services epsecially overnight. Cars are not pulled into the shop even with an open ticket on them. Our truck was stolen summer of 22' from this lot. We were notified of the truck being stolen an entire day later. Police were called and a report was made. The shop manager ensured us Pep Boys would be responsible since they had an open ticket on the truck and the keys were inside the shop. The shop manager never once reached out to get things rolling by a claims department or an insurance company for their business. A lawyer was hired to contact Pep Boys insurance and file a claim. After the 30 day response time frame expired, they had they eventually responded to our lawyer and said, " there is no evidence of any negligence on the part of Pep Boys or any of its employees with regards to damage." In my experience here there has been great negligence on no guidance or sense of urgency, late to notify us of the truck even being stolen, and voice recorded proof of the shop manager claiming they will be responsible. Paperwork signed when leaving our truck at the shop includes not being responsible for stolen items left in a vehicle, but nothing covering the ENTIRE truck being stolen. Pep boys has done nothing to help us.This case is still currently ongoing and will be updated with any new information.

I took my van here because the horn didn't work. They said it was the switch. Then, they said the switch wasn't bad, it was just shorted and they could fix the one I had. That didn't work, they said it was the total integrated power module and they'd have to order it. As I left their parking lot, my traction control light came on. That was new. I went back, they said it wasn't blowing a code and replacing the total integrated power module would probably fix that too.I waited 3 months for them to get that part in. I called to see if it was there, they said it was but they sent it back. They said they had called me. They did not call me, my cell phone would have had record of it. On several other occasions, they also never called back after saying they would do so. I had been keeping in contact to check on the part.They said they would reorder the part. I called a couple times to check on it. One of the last times, I asked Karen if she had my number when she said she'd call back with info and she did not! She called back 2x after that, the last time to say she needed to get manager approval to order the part (that was supposed to already be on order) and Andrew the manager would call me back. He failed to do so.Meanwhile, I took my van somewhere else for an oil change. I asked them about replacing the TIPM. They said recommended a dealer for that. I called the the dealer, they quoted me less to do the whole job than Pepboys did. I took it in and it turned out it did not need the total integrated power module Pepboys said it did, the part it needed a clock spring to fix the horn and a new guage cluster to fix the traction control light. Pepboys had also left the leather cowl that wraps around the steering column where it meets the dashboard undone. I asked the dealer to make sure it was reattached. They said they couldn't reattach it, Pepboys broke it while removing it. Since the traction control light had never come on before, its safe to assume Pepboys broke it too. I haven't tried calling Pepboys to see if they'd like to reimburse me for the damage they did, I decided to just post this and see if they bother to respond. Don t let these people do anything to your car that involves diagnostics, dismantling interior parts, or electronics.

Employee had a high and mighty attitude. Over priced. Was going to get wheel alignment and oil change. Ended up only getting alignment(needed immediately), was told it would take an hour to change the oil(that's once the truck was in the garage. Which us ridiculous)

It is more than obviously the other reviews here are bogus and self- made. Somebody must be trying to make themself look good to fool others. Their lot is empty and they don't appear to be doing much business at all. I can't understand why my simple repair took so long.We had our Cavalier towed here because it wouldn't start. They called saying I NEEDED a fuel pump. Next day I was told it was FINE and fuel pump was NOT needed. They suggested an oil change which I approved. Then I get a call again same day that it NEEDED a fuel pump. I had to call them TWO times to find out when my car would be done. After a day and 1/2, it was finally ready for pick up. Manager here is very unprofessional. You would have thought the lobby was a frat house. Appeared to be several buddies there hanging out. A guy came in asking to borrow money as I was there to pick up my car. He spent time chatting with the guy and giving him money before cashing me out so I could leave. I am not sure this manager has a clue what he is doing. Need fuel pump, don't need fuel pump, need fuel pump. We will never bring any of our cars here again.

Dropped my truck off for misfiring. Andrew went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get it fixed that same day! I ve never had service like this before! I will never be going anywhere else!! These guys are the absolute best and truly care about the customers!!

Made an appointment, received three reminders even the morning of the appointment. When I drove there even hours after they've been open I was told they didn't have anyone there to work on my car. "Noone came in today" the lady at the counter told me. Jesus, atleast call people and tell them you can't work on your car. I get people are lazy but just have some courtesy and call to cancel their appointment, don't let then waste their time.

I was out of town and got a flat close to the end of day. The staff went out of their way and got my tire fixed within hour of showing up. Great customer service

CONFUSION AND CHAOS. STAY AWAY. Please come back David Blekey. Simple tire patch repair turned into a 3 attempt, 2 day ordeal. The store inside is a mess. Receptionist has no automotive knowledge, very unprofessional and even cussed infront of customers. After clearly stating spare is on and punctured tire is stowed under truck, recieved 2 phone calls from receptionist asking which tire is bad. After 4 hours truck is done. Return to store and repaired tire is visibly low. ( at 13 psi when 35 needed.) Uneducated receptionist "looks good to me!" Fix attempt # 2. Hour later its done. Next morning same tire is completely flat. Now i.m late for work. I have to put spare back on AGAIN. Fix attempt # 3. Apologies and lame excuses but no refund or future credit was offered.

Got a flat on tge 4th of July... they were one of the ONLY shops opened in the area. Fix my tire in no time flat AND gave me an on the spot discount. Loved it! Made a bad day turn good. Thanks
