This location stocks lots of items to clean or repair your car. I'm from Kentucky and I go to the auto parts store often. This Indianapolis location is a little pricey on some items however they keep most in stock if you need them. Close and convenient. I recommend this store.

I went to AutoZone today because that used to be my old go to. I walked in there were about six employees up at the front just talking. No one said anything to me. So I just went about trying to find a simple backup light bulb which is a normal everyday carry. They didn't have it. The young kid at the front tried to help me but all he had to dowas look up the number of the bulb but he went through the whole process of trying to find out what kind of car it was etcetera. To tell me it was not in stock. So I left there and went to O'Reilly which is actually closer to my home and I wasn't aware of that location was there. I went in I was greeted and I went and found the bulb. I needed in fact they had two different kinds. One upgraded version which is the one I bought.

They had the part I was seeking in stock. Only down side is it was it had a clip attach vs a push in clip attach point, no other style was available. Same truck same year different clutch slave hydraulic line connectors.

Decent if you keep your expectations in line. It's a chain auto parts store. They're very expensive, like all auto parts stores, but if you need a part quick, fast, and in a hurry and aren't too concerned with quality then it can be a lifesaver.If you have the time I always recommend going online for parts, but when your vehicle is down and there's no time to spare O'Reilly's is a good one.

I almost always tend to all my automotive needs at O'Reilly's. Between the super friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff to their low prices. I've yet to have a problem at any of their locations. Check them out if you're ever in a pinch it just doing some regular maintenance on your vehicle.

I had Brandon check my battery and he determined it needed to be replaced. I brought a few tools from my garage and with Brandon s expertise, and a few of his tools, we installed it in their parking lot .It was cold and started to rain and he persevered until it was complete. I really appreciate his willingness to help me under the cold wet weather conditions. I will use O Reilly and this location based on the excellent service Brandon provided.

Lena was very helpful today. I was trying to find an exact four way but no luck. I wanted one which they carried before but they no longer carried them. She made the sale by listening to my concerns as I was about to go to another store. I will definitely return to this store in the future.Thanks so much.

Stopped in to buy wiper blades, I was greated by Dennis, who I asked if he could install them, which he replied yes. He directed me to the correct isle with the size of blade needed. Upon check out he took the blades out to the car and installed them. Quick and easy for him, where I'm sure I would have struggled! Thanks so much! We will continue to do business with them.

Even though I pass at least three different auto parts places between my house in this location, I never hesitate to make the drive to go to this location. The people at this location are attentive to my needs, understand that I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars, and do not try to sell me things I simply do not need.Whenever I go in there for a part, they always show me the available options from the cheapest to the most expensive. As a personal rule I do not buy the cheapest or the most expensive of any item and try to pick between the middle ground ones.I bought iseveral batteries at this location for my various vehicles, spark plugs, and other general maintenance items. At no point have I ever had any problems with anyone here or the products that they sell.

I went shopping at Meijer's and when I came out, my car wouldn't start up. I don't know much about these things and my husband was at work. Luckily though, O'Reilly's was right across the street so I walked over and asked them to help me. They tested my car with a reader thing and told me my battery had died. They even helped me replace it right then and there! All in all, my groceries ended up going bad, but I made it back home safe and with a working car! Thank you guys so much. I couldn't be happier.

I love coming here. The staff is always great. I just feel so bad for them having to be forced to breathe through a mask that has been proven to be ineffective at preventing the spread of covid in the first place.

Stormy was awesome!!! First off, I want to apologize to her for askin if any man was available assuming she just worked the register. I needed my battery, starter, and alternator checked out. She came right out and checked them for me. She was very knowledgeable and informed me what I needed. Thank u so much

I called the other day and the gentlemen on the phone was very pleasant an helpful, Stated when you are ready we will be here to help you. Then the next day we came in and got the part, and the clerk was very helpful, and said again if you have any questions please call and come back in. We will be back. ... Thank you

Asked for a distributor cap and gasket for my 2000 Honda Accord se, so why I've got the parts for an Accord dx is beyond me. Thanks for making sure I don't make it to work tomorrow and get fired Shaun. You were a real help with that.
