Took my 23 year old boat to them, and they did an amazing job restoring the upper surfaces removed the haze and put a shine back on the entire boat even did the out drive and props. Interior never looked so good! Washed the trailer and shined the tires and wheels as well.Only down fall and wasn t that big of a deal was getting to the garage entrance. A little effort and their guidance it was in the garage in ten minutes. Very easy to work with as well!Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I waited to calm down before reviewing. Deeply disappointing. I read other reviews and scheduled to have my wife's equinox interior detailed. I was told " every square inch will be touched" It was barely touched, with dust and mess left everywhere. The young man offered to take it back and " go over it" but it needed much more than that. They didn't even lift up the loosely fitting seat covers , the man stated" we didn't know how to take them up. They just set on there with 2-3 snaps. I posted pictures.Service: Auto detailing

I highly recommend My Baby Detailing for outstanding service and expert results. This week, I dropped my vehicle off at my My Baby's and took their complimentary shuttle service to the hospital to visit a friend. They texted me when my vehicle was done and asked what time I would like to be picked up. Their shuttle service then picked me up at the requested time and took me back to My Baby's. My 2010 Hummer looked as shiny and new as the day I drove it off the dealership lot!!!

These guys are the absolute best! If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your ride, this is the place to go. They were willing to go above and beyond for me and I truly can t thank them enough. Amazing people who do amazing work!

My Baby Detailing has taken great care of our Tesla. Initially we had an interior detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating applied. The results were phenomenal. Josh's attention to detail is unmatched and everyone there is easy to work with and very professional.The ceramic coating made it super easy to hand wash when it was warm, but now that winter has arrived, we are thoroughly enjoying the hand wash membership. All surfaces are completely clean and dry afterward, including wheels and tires (which are shined as well). I appreciate that our car always looks good and will hopefully continue to for years to come.One thing I might add, I had previously gone through Crew and Kopetsky but always worried about the potential scratches from all the other cars going through there. With My Baby Detailing, there is no worry AND it looks amazing every time. If you love your car, its well worth the cost.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Paint repair

They recently installed a video display for Apple CarPlay and backup camera in an older model car. Matthew and Josh were extremely nice, very professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service from the point I reached out to when I walked out the door with the job complete. They communicated quickly and answered all my questions ensuring I was comfortable with their service. The price was reasonable and the facility is clean and welcoming. This is a top not business right here in Center Grove and I highly recommend them for your needs.

As a mom of two younger kids, my car has always been a bit of a mess. When Josh showed me my car after they had detailed the inside of it, I had to hold back tears. It was cleaner than when I first got it. The team took care of me and stayed in contact with and even called to follow up to make sure that I was satisfied with my interior the next day. I m so glad we brought our car in. Customer service is on another level. The car looks and smells better then it did when we bought it. You can t tell the previous owner smoked in the car at all. My Baby Detailing did a great job with my Mazda CX5. From the first phone call to inquire about services to dropping off my car to picking up my car, the staff was very friendly and had great attention to detail and offered services that I didn't even know existed like a window treatment for the exterior of my windshield. The shuttle that took me to and from home while the work was being done was a great bonus as well. I work out of my car and had not had it detailed in quite some time so it was a mess. Great work and great people to work with - very happy. Dave and his team did a fantastic job detailing our boat and boat trailer. I was impressed the moment I walked in the door. I was welcomed by Dave and introduced to his crew. They all jumped in to help as I backed the boat into their garage and then they went to work. On the boat they were able to bring back the shine to the faded black paint, really went to town on the vinyl seats, and literally cleaned every nook and cranny. I didn't even expect them to, but they took care of the trailer as well. The wheels and tires look brand new. Very happy and highly recommend.

This place provides a fantastic experience! From the lounge with free snacks to the courtesy shuttle, they have been meticulous in making this an easy and pleasant experience. Dave and Josh are so friendly and accommodating, they even had a car seat in the shuttle in case you are like me and always have a child with you. They did a great job detailing the vehicle that my three children had previously basically destroyed. Would highly recommend to anyone!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

I had given my dad a truck about 13 years ago. It was a manual and my dad was a smoker and heavy coffee drinker. Well, manual transmissions, pipes, and overfilled coffee cups are a recipe for turning a grey cloth interior to a dingy brown. I recently inherited the truck back. I took it to My Baby Detailing hoping, but not really expecting, that they would be able to rescue the interior. I was amazed when I got the truck back. The cloth seats looked brand new and the carpets on the floor looked way better than I ever imagined that they would. Also, they performed an ozone service that completely got rid of the smoking smell. My recently-purchased Toyota Sienna SE is in near-perfect condition but it had four small dings in the driver's door and front fender. They were not large, but I knew they were there and saw them every time I got in!I had heard of paintless dent repair (PDR) and studied up on it, and I decided to give it a try. Dave and Josh thoroughly explained the PDR process and its limitations, and gave me an accurate estimate. As they got started, they called with options on one dent that was in a tricky place, and we agreed on the best way to handle it. The job was finished at the time that was promised.I am very particular, but even I cannot tell where those dings used to be - the door and fender are back to like-new condition!Now I smile every time I walk up to the van - thank you My Baby!

This crew did a great job with my older vehicle! I had them detail the interior and they did much better than I have ever done myself. I have been nothing but impressed since my first phone call. The owner, Dave, is very friendly and professional. I was able to get my car in for detailing within a week. My car was in impeccable condition when I picked it up after the auto detailing on the interior. The detailer himself showed me the interior and was certain to be sure he hadn't missed anything.
