Used this Firestone for the first for my with my jeep. Recently moved so this is the closest one for me. Although I had an appointment it still took 2 and half hours to get my work done. But the lady at the desk was very nice to me. Even though they were short staffed she was great. Will definitely go back for the next things I need done for my jeep

Yesterday I had my car serviced because Passenger ball bearing and tires also had them check. My AC told me they cannot get the stuff for the AC until Tuesday and my car was ready to be picked up. picked up my car on the way home. Water starts spewing out from underneath the hood because they lost my camp. I didn t even make it halfway home from the shop when I had To call a tow truck to take me home very upset very displeased. I ve had a lot of work done at this place and has never had a problem.

Lady at check in was rude and did not use the correct oil. Full synthetic is full synthetic not synthetic blend. No apologies, no let me do the oil change correctly no discount. You don t like your job then quit! Krystal needs to go every negative comment is about her time to get some new people who know customer service. I ve been with Firestone for 10 years one more off put like this I ll go to Belle Tire and close my card with Firestone.

Stetson is an impeccable store manager! The work is always perfect! He always works hard to stay in my price range! I have 3 vehicles and all are maintained there! I have had a lot of work done on my cars. 2005 Honda pilot has 250+ miles and drives like the day I bought it!It s best to drop off the car and pick up when it s done because they are often busy but I don t mind.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

This was our first visit to this shop. Excellent service from Sandi, the manager! Very kind and took a look at our car right away, without an appointment. Then she got us in early the next day to finish what we needed done. We will definitely be using your services in the future!

Even though $200 for a brake hose sounds expensive, it was the least expensive part that could have been the cause of my issue. The staff were quick, helpful, and made sure I was out the door with my problem fixed.

Came I m on Wednesday to change a headlight bulb, on my Hertz Uber rented car. Had a voucher for the repair. They did a mandatory inspection, and realized that I needed brakes pads. They kept the car, got the brake pad job done, but never replaced the headlight bulb. I called in on Saturday morning, to let them know, that they didn t do the repair that I came in for. I said, can I come in this morning, to get it replaced. They said that they had to call the general manager. I went ahead and replaced the bulb, with my money, because I can t drive to work in the dark, without a headlight, and I can t burn any more lunch hours to get it replaced.

Taken my cars here for several years and each and every time I get it back, it's either not fixed, or they broke something else. The only reason I'm still taking anything here is for them to fix the problem again.... stay away.

Krystal is absolutely amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she s beautiful! I would never take my car anywhere else. This is the kind of service that makes you feel like someone cares. We have been using this Firestone location since we moved to this side of town probably 6 years ago. When we have urgent concerns they always squeeze us in as soon as possible, and when we have regular maintenance they are thorough and honest. When we started coming here our finances were tighter and they were always amazing at helping us decide what repairs were urgent vs what could wait for a few paychecks. Shari and her team are all amazing.

Awful experience, took 6 hours for 3 tires and an oil change. Had to come back next week (which is fine), now they can't find the hardware that mounts the spare tire back on. Tech says "it just doesn't fall off" great, then where is it? Really rough experience and even less experienced techs.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

They do quality work, but always trying to sell me on some silly repair and pricing is out of whack. Recently they wanted to charge me 800 dollars for a simple repair. I bought all 3 parts and replaced all of them in 15 minutes. Saved me 650 dollars.

If you can avoid going to this place I recommend going elsewhere. I cannot comment on the quality of the mechanics at this place. The customer service on the other hand is unsatisfactory at best. My wife ordered a tire through them Friday. The following Sunday we went to get the tire mounted and balanced and the guy behind the counter said he was busy so it would take awhile. We left for 3 hours came back to pick it up and they hadn't even checked if the tire was in their shop yet. He had one of the mechanics to go ahead and drop what he was doing and mount our tire. ( not sure why this couldn't be done when we dropped the rim off originally? Mounting a tire takes 5 minutes) the mechanic came back and said he couldn't find the tire, left and came back 30 seconds later and said he found it. At this point the guy behind the counter threw our work order at the mechanic. If you go here prepare to wait for 30 min before anybody even helps you. And then its anybody guess how long whatever work you have them doing is going to take.In my opinion if you have customers coming in with a quick task like mounting a tire. It should just be taken care of and sens them on there way. We are still sitting in the lobby waiting for the tire. And its now been almost 4 hours since we originally dropped off the tire.

Had my truck in to get the front brakes worked on (new pads and rotors) as they were making a terrible sound upon breaking and a constant whine/squeal at lower speeds. I dealt directly with Stetson as he assisted me on a previous visit. The team completed the brake work on time and at a very reasonable rate. The following day I noticed that the whine/squeal was still present at low speeds. I called the shop and Stetson had me bring the vehicle in right away. In less than an hour he called me to let me know that it was the U-joints on the drive shaft making the noise. As we both originally thought it was only the brakes causing the noise, he offered to do the repair for only the cost of the parts. Was very happy to hear how willing they were to work with me to correct the issue. Stetson went on saying that if replacing the U-joints didn't correct the noise, then he wouldn't charge me and they would continue to investigate the noise until they could correct it (at no cost to me). The vehicle was ready on time and a service tech went with me on a test drive to ensure I was satisfied with the end result and that the noise was gone. He talked me through what they did step by step and made sure I was happy with the results. Overall very pleased with the level of service, customer support and caring offered at this location. Hands down would recommend this shop to anyone needed service.

This store is absolutely unprofessional! Took my car there to get a tire repair since I bought tires from this store which was an unpleasant experience as well. When we arrived we were told that it would 3 to 4 hours to get the car in. After 6 hours the car had still not made it back to get the tire repaired and the guy working the front was completely rude to my wife. All he would tell her is "I don't know" and would laugh about it not getting into the shop yet. When we told him she had to be to work around that time he slammed my key (which costs quite a bit to replace) onto the counter top and say "here is your key" in a very rude manner before walking back into the shop to resume standing around with his hands in his pockets. This was absolutely unacceptable and would not recommend this store to anyone. Having had two bad experiences with this store I will not return to that location again.

I am not someone who leaves reviews but I felt this was important. My husband called in about getting a tire fixed and they said they could do it. Wonderful! My husband works full time so I offered to take it in and get it all taken care of. I am a mother of 2 kids (3years and 1years old) and had my hands very full with them and the tire I was carrying. I was struggling to hold everything so I quickly put the tire on the nearest chair in the shop to help for dropping my son! I was then very loudly and condescendingly told my an employee (who was a crossed the room WITH another guest) Umm, you know people sit in those seats, right, get the tire down! I could not believe how inconsiderate and unprofessional that man was. I would NEVER go into a place and be disrespectful of their property. I was a customer who needed help and a minute to compose myself. In that moment I was shocked at his lack of human compassion or even manners. I would not recommend them for the sole purpose of how I was treated.

Drive 30 minutes to appointment after receiving email confirmation, and I'm told my tires aren't there I'll have to come back another day. Get my tires another day and leave to realize my spare was thrown into the bed of the truck instead of put back in the compartment where it belongs. I feel like I'm being treated like I'm the bother for them not doing their jobs completely. Scott had no remorse for my double inconvenience and didnt seem to care at all.

I needed a tire replaced and they said they could fit me in that day. They were friendly and worked quickly, got the job done much faster than I needed. Skylar was very professional and so helpful! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future whenever needed.

I was there in late September for an oil change and evidently they didn t change my oil! My oil light came on yesterday and when we called today they said the mileage was just 1k less than it is now. I don t drive every day because I don t work, this is absolutely ridiculous and very unacceptable!! They will be giving me a free oil change and I definitely won t be returning. This isn t the first time they ve made a mistake! They had forgotten to put a lug nut on my tires when I had them changed last year!

Don t waste your time bringing your car here. Horrible, disrespectful staff that are pathetic excuses for mechanics. You can make an appointment sure but they ll either call you and tell you not to come because boohoo they re so understaffed or you ll get there and they ll straight up tell you that you don t have an appointment even if you have a confirmation email. Scott is a sorry excuse for management and rolled his eyes at me at least 5 times and when I expressed my frustrations because I work a lot so I m not free to come in whenever (hence why I made an appointment on my only day off) he said well welcome to corporate America now are you going to make an appointment or get out? Are you for real?! Anyways, I ended up taking my car to Car X right down the street as I needed my light fixed that day. They got me in and out within an hour with excellent customer service. They even helped me take my old plate off and put my temp plate on since I just purchased this car. I will be cancelling my Firestone credit card and going elsewhere from now on and that s what I d recommend to everyone else unless you like wasting your time and money on poor quality of work and poor service.

If I can only give a negative star I would, Sandy is one of the biggest liars that you could possibly have working for you. I drop my car off I was told two days , it ended up being five days and none of the work was done. I then was lied to and told that there was something wrong with my car, just because my wife is black doesn t mean that they can call her the N-word. Most racist shop in Indiana!!! If you re not white I wouldn t go to the shop! I will warn all the Burmese community to stay away from this racist shop!!!

Pulled in the have my oil changed, the staff were really crusty and told me I would be in and out in a hour. I had an appointment time and was ok with that. 2 hours later they were just starting on my car. Whole thing took almost 3 hours and they left grease stains on my seat. I should have gone to jiffy lube. But a friend spoke highly of this place and I thought I would give it a try. They just seem completely disorganized, will never use them again.

Take your vehicle here if you want scratches all over your wheels and lug nuts that have been so over tightened with an impact that a socket no longer fits on them without using a hammer. Also my factory alloy valve stem caps were replaced with plastic ones Have had several poor experiences now at this shop. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone

I have been stationed in the area for nearly 2 years and I have had multiple visits to this location. For repairs, oil changes, and repairs from differential bushings to bearings. Scott and Steve are honest and straight forward. The Firestone near the greenwood mall not so much. If you are looking for a place that won t give you a long list of recommendations, this is the place to go.
