They did a great job getting my vehicle safely on the road. They actually listened to my concerns. They communicated with me before doing any work and talked through my options. They even offer warranties like no other place I have used in the past. They always have appointments available too. I will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on.And as a Jeep driver, the duck made my day. It sits proudly on the dash! Thank You!!

Phenomenal staff, both mechanics and service writers. Very knowledgeable and friendly, the free shuttle is amazing too! Timely in getting my vehicle back to me, and had amazing communication throughout the duration of my services. I would not go anywhere else.

My car started making a noise and my preferred mechanic was closed on the day of the solar eclipse. I took my car to Christian Brothers for diagnosis and received a long list of recommended services. Specifically, the noise I asked to be diagnosed was not diagnosed, I was told all of the bearings were making some amount of noise so they all needed to be replaced--this told me a proper diagnosis was not conducted (remove belts, check bearings for movement/play), but they did offer to replace all belts, pulleys, and tensioners nonetheless. A marker light was also said to be out, and replacement cost for part and labor would have cost $88 (when I got home I tested all lights and none were out). Rear control arm bushings were said to be splitting, as well. The next day I took the car to my preferred mechanic, who diagnosed the actual noise and replaced necessary parts. He also verified that the bushings were not splitting and did not need to be replaced, and since he's a 30+ year expert in the make of my car with a history of honesty, I trust his advice. Unfortunately I cannot trust Christian Brothers Auto and will not return. Their business practices seem to be dishonest.

I was very disappointed in the brake service I received from Christian Bros. Greenwood. The cost was astronomical and they used my tools out of my car to service my vehicle. The mechanic also re-used the old brake parts yet charged me for brand new. I also had to bring my vehicle back so they can repair the brakes with new springs. I hope others have a better experience, but I would rather go to AutoTire in Greenwood and receive the best service.

My recent experience at Christian Brothers was mixed. The staff there are very polite and professional. The facility is really nice too. I live in Center Grove near the place and I notice when I drive by they always keep the place in tip top shape. Unfortunately, not everything went great. The parts used in my repair cost $700 from Ray Skillman Ford. Christian Brothers marked my parts up 100% to $1,400. That is a spicy markup. It's their business and they can do whatever markup they like. I did approve the job so that's on me. I wish I had known there was a 100% markup on parts at Christian Brothers. If I had known that, I would have chosen a different garage even if it isn't as nice looking. They told me they include a 3 year warranty on their work. That's great but my Ford parts already come with a warranty and most garages will also warranty their work too without charging a 100% markup. My recommendation to you is to find out how much they are marking up your parts before you approve the job. You can do this by asking them for the part numbers they intend to use and then call a local dealership to see what their retail price is on those parts. Once you approve the estimate they send you you're out of luck. They will just tell you they aren't the cheapest garage out there. My experience here wasn't great but I still gave them 5 stars. Maybe they are struggling and need to charge more than other garages to stay open? Regardless, I wish them nothing but the best.

As an experienced auto technician, it s hard to let other people work on your things. The Christian brothers service team was amazing. They made everything very professional and quick highly highly recommend.

My first time. I got here through their facebook ads promo : full synthetic oil for just $44.90. And I even got the entire inspection of my vehicle for free. They are trustworthy.

The only reason this auto shop doesn't get a 5-rating is because I was told about the diagnostic charge after committing to have my car repaired here. That may have been an oversight by someone but a costly oversight of $150 added to the original estimate. Other than that, my car was repaired satisfactorily at a clean and well maintained, professional auto shop. I was well pleased at that.

I wasn t going to waste my time writing this review . But they called me and defensively tried to question me on my bad rating through their survey. This company is SUPER overpriced and they hide behind their Christian values! I changed parts that they claim should take 4 hours and I ve never done it before and watched YouTube and had it done in 45 min. They wanted $1700 worth of stuff done when it only ended up needing $60 worth of parts and 45 min of work. Don t be like me and think that because it says they are Christian and have Bible verses and Jesus music playing means that they re gonna do what s best for you!!!! IT S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!!!!

Christian Brothers Automotive Greenwood. Went above and beyond for My Mother. She is up there in age and doesn't always get things right. Christian Brothers became aware of this and went out of their way to explain the auto situation to here and explained it thoroughly. The staff was all extremely friendly they greeted her as she was getting out of the car. She left there with a smile on her face. If Mom is happy everyone is Happy, Thank you and to all your staff.

I have used Christian Brothers many times, in different states, with multiple different vehicles. I have always been pleased with their work and competent personnel. This time was no different. Although their initial estimate exceeded what I expected, their re-evaluation of my vehicle brought the total more in line with what I expected. Thank you for getting us back on the road safe and secure in knowing the job was done right.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS! Had my car looked at for antifreeze leak. They told us we need a whole new radiator and hoses. It turned out the car which is a old vintage car just didn t have a overflow tank. They charged us a fee for the A/C just to say that it needed to be converted to the new freon. They didn t even do anything with the A/C. They racked up a bill of over $3500 saying we need everything from shocks, bushings, belts, new radiator. Of course we didn t have the work done. They flat out just lie. I think it s quite hilarious how they gang up a decoration of wrenches that make a cross and try to make you believe they are Christians and honest. Nothing farther than the truth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Greene s Automotive down the street is at least honest.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would give less stars if possible. Tried to charge 3200 for what other places were only charging 1600 for. Just for a diagnostic alone it was practically 150, and to expunged my air and recharge my freon, brought my one day total to 412. The prices are ludicrous. The only good thing about the shop was if you need to leave your car they offer a take home service. I will never be using their services again.Edit: Upon seeing my one-star review, they proceeded to make my gf feel uncomfortable about MY review. Very unprofessional. Would love to leave multiple one-star reviews to get the 4.6 to resemble the score they deserve.

I ve taken my car to Christian Brothers several times. This last time was the best! They found issues a dealership did not. They helped us fix the issue and let me plan my second visit for the rest of repairs. They also took the liability of a fluke issue that occurred under them and did not charge for it. I "allowed" them to work on my 50-year-old car. They performed the work with great care and always kept me in the loop of how the car was progressing. Terrible, Over $1600. Still has same issue. Wanted more money.Christian??Look at their responses to complaints. They absolutely never take responsibility. Always put blame on the customer.You people should quit hiding behind the banner of Christianity. This is just disgraceful.

Perfect shop to get your car fixed if your money is burning a hole in your pocket.I had a great customer experience, until I received the quote $1,400 for two tires. Admittedly I m pretty ignorant about cars so I don t realize how badly overpriced that is, but knew enough to take it elsewhere. Another place nearby quoted me $560 I can t imagine how bad they would ve ripped me off for a more serious issue, so I m glad I learned this time to never return.

I went here on high recommendation and it was nothing but a disaster! I will NEVER take a vehicle back there! Lots of confusion and promises that never happened! Everytime I got an estimate the price would change always an increase of coarse! Just to add to this disaster 48hrs later my check engine light came on and they said bring it in it will cost $149 diagnostics fee and if it's our mistake we will wave that fee but if not we can fix it for you do you really think they would admit it was there fault not getting anymore of my money they are crooksServices: Transmission, Brakes

I will never patronize this business again. I made an appointment online for a Friday. They did not get to my car on the day I scheduled it for. I had to bring it back on Monday. Most services were double the cost of other garages I called for quotes for the same issues. I had them replace a tie rod, which took them an additional two days to install. They are clearly a franchise that only wants your money and not your trust.

Although I m only here this time to get a tire patched, I would encourage people to call them for all your automotive needs. Christian Brothers Automotive and their staff are different, they care, they are fair and they offer the Nice Difference warranty. Check it out if you need any work done, I ve been very happy with the work they ve done for me.P.S. - I ve heard 3 of my favorite Christian songs playing while I m here drinking coffee in the Taj Mahal of lobbies!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Absolutely over priced, I should've read the reviews before I trusted the star amount. It definitely was good enough customer service to lull me into a false sense of security. I would say it felt like they were taking advantage of me for being a girl if there weren't men in the reviews with the same issues. I will not be returning there ever agin.

First, shout out to Jones's Barber shop.This was one of several they said I would get Outstanding Service!! And I did! I had been trying to get my car in a shop & No one could get my car in!!I walked in at C B A - not only did they get me right in for my diagnostic test, quoted me a price & FIXED my car in one day!!! This place is immaculate, service is Amazing & the staff is very friendly! Answered all my questions & I will be back again! My car sounds better then when I first bought it! Super Happy with them!! I was very satisfied with my service. The inspection of my vehicle happened a day sooner than they said it would. The service was completed a day sooner than they said it would.
