I had a great experience at Burnside Express collision, the staff were friendly, attentive, and helped guide me in the repair process. I wanted to especially thank Kyle and his team for helping fix my car. One thing I loved about Burnside was that they always communicated with me throughout the whole process and kept me involved. I would definitely recommend!

I recently had repair work done on my vehicle after an accident. I had never heard of Burnside but am SO glad they were referred to me!!! Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with and kept me updated via text and phone during the process. It was ready for pick up the date they had provided and my vehicle looks amazing!!! Got in a minor car accident, I finally was able to get in after getting a referral from my insurance company to come here! They are super close to my home so it was perfect!They made accommodations for me so I could drop my car off earlier than planned as I had a 7 hour trip on the day I had to bring it in!Picked it up about 2 weeks later (and a day early) and it looks PERFECT!! Great communication every step of the way, letting me know if things were on time, ahead of schedule, or behind!!Everyone was super nice, definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body or mechanical things done!!Thanks so much guys!!!

I don't have enough great things to say about Burnside! The entire process was great. The service and communication were over the top. The final delivered product was as promised. They even went out of their way to address an issue that had nothing to do with my wreck and did not charge me to take care of it!!!I 100% will use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Burnside was recommended to me by my friends at Dreyer & Reinboldt BMW. From the very first visit to Burnside when I met Danielle and Kyle, I was sure I had come to the right place. Danielle was so welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. Same for Kyle. When he gave me the estimate, I was thrilled to see what I believed to be a very reasonable quote, so I jumped on it. Same great vibes when I dropped the car off on March 11. Danielle notified Enterprise and asked them to pick us up at Burnside. She was so kind to me and my 97 year old Dad as we were navigating everything. Kyle was great about texting me with updates and he did his best to get my car finished by Friday, March 15. That was the best part - picking up my car and being honestly blown away by the incredibly beautiful job Burnside did on my BMW X3. Looks like I just drove it out of the showroom. And, they cleaned it inside and out. What a bonus. I am so happy with everything Burnside. What a great group of professionals. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Burnside for anyone needing any kind of body work.

Man, this place was freaking fabulous. I bought a new 2022 Civic Sport Touring and someone rear ended me at a red light. I took it here to Burnside - Greenwood and they were absolutely wonderful. They completed the work before schedule, texted me throughout the process, and even covered up some paint chips for free. They went above and beyond and my car looks great. They calibrated all my sensors, replaced my backup camera, and completed all the work in a timely fashion. George was extremely pleasant and professional. These people know their stuff and I d trust them to work on future repairs. Good job Burnside!

Quality people with exceptional service. Kyle walked me through his thoughts on the repairs needed and time frame. He was spot on and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was being repaired. Front desk was helpful and happy. I would recommend this location to anyone I know.

If you need collision repair, I recommend Burnside. Great people to work with. I got a text almost every day keeping me updated on progress of the repairs. Parts were backordered but they finished as fast as possible

Took my car in to get an estimate for damage. They were very thorough and even walked me around my vehicle and told me what was going to be done so that I would understand as a woman. This is very important. They scheduled me within the next few days to get it fixed got me in a rental and has been keeping me updated every few days on the progress of my car. They have been nothing but helpful through this entire process and I appreciate the hard work. 10/10 all the way around. And extra bonus points because I had four kids with me and we had to sit there for an hour for them to do the estimate of my car and they were nothing but understanding they put on Disney+ so my kids can stay entertained. Phenomenal experience! Honest, fast and competent service. Another auto body shop had given me an absurd quote for thousands of dollars to fix a minor issue with my bumper. Burnside did an awesome job fixing my car! I was updated 2-3 times throughout the week on the progress, and they got it fixed earlier than what the expected end date was. They were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a kitten stuck behind the bumper of my car. My husband called around and one place said they d be able to get to it tomorrow! Thankfully Burnside was awesome and I took the car over and in less than 10 minutes, they retrieved the little guy and said we should name him Spul in honor of my Kia.Thank you guys so much!!!

Everyone was friendly and I got updates on my repairs every step of the way. My vehicle looks fantastic and everything was completed on time. They also made all my rental car arrangements for me which made the whole process hassle free. No one likes to have to use a body shop due to an accident or collision, but I highly recommend using Burnside if you find yourself in need!Service: Body & Trim

I took my car to Burnside Express Collision on Stop 18 Rd for repairs. My car was hit back on the passenger side and I had to have my passenger door replaced and painted. Not only did they do a phenomenal job on my car, they were very helpful with getting my rental to the shop and getting the rental dropped off! I received text updates almost everyday! They have been absolutely amazing through the whole process!! They even finished the repairs 2 days early!! I will definitely recommend them, and I will definitely be going back whenever I need repairs on the car!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Burnside Collision Greenwood location is Amazing!!! The staff were all wonderful! Intake was quick and easy. Great experience working with George on my vehicle! He thoroughly explained the work to be done. Excellent communication throughout the process. I received text updates on the progress of my car and the work was completed a day before promised. Burnside Collision Greenwood location is Amazing! The staff were all wonderful. I got updates 3 times a week on the progress of my car. They dealt with the insurance company so I didnt have to. My car came back looking amazing. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone. I was even able to leave my rental there and the took care of returning it to Enterprise. Burnside Collision did an amazing job fixing my car. The entire staff was great and provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Burnside was great on getting my 2003 Cobra Mustang bumper repaired and fixed. Talked to the owner personally and we was a genuine car guy and made sure everything went great! I had a scrape on my car and I thought it was deep. I made an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day for an estimate. At my appointment, I was greeted by Kyle and he said he would have to wipe it down. He was able to wipe it off with a solution and it came off and the scratch was gone. If you want to be taken care of at the highest level: professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care, then look no further than Burnside Express Collision. My experience with them was better than I had expected. They did work on my 2019 Ram 1500 that would rival any big name collision shop! Best part, they are local and they took top notch care of me. I will be using Burnside Express Collision for any of my future auto collision repairs. You d be dumb to take your automobile(s) anywhere else!
