Wow! I had a screw in my tire 30 minutes before close, with two children one with autism and these guys were able to help me out. With no appointment I was in and out and under 20 minutes and he did not charge. They were so kind so helpful. Very thankful for helping me in that situation.

These guys were great! The manager Joe Bond got me in and took care of my problem quickly! All of the staff, including Joe were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle in!

Very excellent service!! The female tech and female manager (wish I got there names) that was there was incredible at knowledge of the tires and was very helpful in getting my needs met. Definitely will recommend to others and will be returning for any service in the future!

Great experience at Big-O! Came in about 30 mins before close and was able to get 2 new tires pretty quickly and for a reasonable price. Paid about $465 total!

I found this business on Google because they carry Michelin tires and I had hit a curb and had a little piece of my tire that tore. They came out and inspected the tire and told me it was OK. I really appreciate this because they could ve charged me for a new one. They re very honest, I trust the store!

Big O got me right in when I had a flat early morning. Wendy was wonderful to work with and gave me all the information I need to make a good decision about my vehicle needs. The staff was pleasant and my car was equipped with a new set of tires and oil change in a very reasonable time. Thanks BigO!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was storming so the man backed my car into the garage so that I did have to get wet. Just pull out and go. Very nice.

Their customer service especially at their Greenwood location is always topnotch. I always appreciate how they take the time to explain any issues and whether or not the fox is needed immediately. Highly recommend

I took my vehicle to this Big O Tires location on 5/18/2023. An employee wrecked it and messed up the bumper and tail light. Big O stated they would fix it because they caused the damage while it was in their possession. Fair enough. Accidents happen.I provided them with a quote from my body shop on 6/2/2023 and they were supposed to approve the repair. It's been over a month since the incident and three weeks since I provided the quote but they still will not give me the approval to proceed with the repair. I've followed up numerous times. They can't decide if they are going to pay for it out of pocket or turn it into their insurance (the owner cannot decide apparently). Well, it's been too long so here is the review. These are the facts.I would not recommend doing business with this Big O location. This is my first time using this store. I've always had good experiences with other Big O locations but they are individually owned so use this one at your own risk.EDIT: 7/7/2023 - I posted this two weeks ago and have been dealing with Big O's National Customer Relations Department. They escalated it to another District Manager on 06/30/2023 who had 48 business hours to call me back. That was 7 calendar days ago and no response.

I had a bolt in my tire. The team got my truck right in for repair and did the repair at no charge. Recommend the Big O team in Greenwood to anyone in the area for tires and maintenance.

Don't trust them. I went in for a simple tire patch and they tried to charge me $150 to remove the tire. I took my vehicle to another shop that had zero problems unmounting and patching my tire for $40.

I stopped in because I had a screw in my tire. They took me right in and fixed the puncture in my tire and they also looked at my spare which AAA said they couldn t get lowered. They checked my tire pressure and gave me good advice on my spare tire situation. I was expecting a major charge for all they did, but didn t charge me a thing. I think I found my new place to take all my tire problems from now on. Highly recommend them.

Waited 4 hrs for 4 tires and alignment when no one was ahead of me. My car was on the lift within 10 minutes and the then nothing happened. Once my wheels were mounted I was told it would be 30-40 minutes for the alignment machine to work. This took 1hr 40 minutes. My steering wheel was still off so I called another location. They put my vehicle on their machine and it was completely out of alignment still. unfortunately for us who live close, a little birdie at the other location told me that Greenwood is known for terrible service and they have to fix a lot of their mistakes. Skip the hassle and visit another location.

I really appreciate honesty, and sometimes feel I am taken advantage of. Not here! These guys were completely honest with me, fixed my Jeep, and gave me options for future service work! I'm about to get my new set of tires, definitely from these guys!!!

GM Joey bond !!! Heck of guy and huge help!! Have never bought a set of 4 brand NEW tires! What an experience. Also the hook up with oil change, break flush and wheel alignment! The lobby is welcoming and the staff is very friendly. Quick and efficient. Strongly recommend and will be returning

I went into Big O Tires to get my tires rotated. Had a coupon for free tire rotation and thought that I would have to purchase something to get it done for free. However that was not the case and Cole was very nice and I had questions about the oil changing service they provide and he explained it all to me. He was very polite and informative about their services. I will be using their shop in the future and will be highly recommending family and friends to use their shop.Great team and keep up the good work!

I stopped by to check prices while on my way to another shop well, I never made it to the other shop. The level of service here won my loyalty. Everyone is friendly, and they have GREAT PRICES. My car (4 tires) was done in less than 30 minutes. I got more than I wanted for a much better price than the other guy. I ve already told my family to come here.
