Always come here because they re so friendly and personable. They know their stuff and they re great people! I ve been coming here for years and I m never disappointed. Always have what I need, always have sales, and always a great experience. The workers and managers are all great. You feel like you re in a family owned auto shop. It s great, will always come here as long as it s like this!

I have bought a number of items from Auto Zone in the past and the staff here have always been friendly and even comedic. Today we had to purchase a battery and called ahead to ask if someone could help replace it since I am not familiar and a bit intimidated. As I walked in, A cheerful and speedy customer service rep came to my assistance. NiKKI was FANTASTIC and even was the one to change my battery out for me. She showed my daughter and I how it was done and we are so pleased that auto zone has this service and this kind of service rep. She was helpful, friendly, professional and inspiring. So glad that Auto Zone has an employee like her around who is great at her job. This particular store will be our only go to store because of her. Go out and check out what is at the store and hopefully you will get help from NIKKI. Thank you so much for your work ethic Nikki and your dedication to help another person out.

Very friendly people. They had the answers and the supplies we needed to change the new wiper blades. We can see clearly now. Word of advice: Change the wiper blade before the snow or freezing rain. It's very miserable with frozen dinner tips.

I was looking for power steering fluid for my 2002 Ford Ranger, and Jos� helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was super friendly, and even checked the amount I had in my truck first before I purchased it (and made sure that we got the kind that would work in my truck). Then, the kind soul put the new power steering fluid in for me! Truly a great place with great staff that I will certainly visit again for all my auto needs.

Decent when you need something immediately, but the parts are very, very expensive. I use this for those random one-off tools that I can't find at Harbor Freight or a large hardware store but need same-day. Or sometimes the cleaning products or oils/additives are comparable to online prices.When you need auto parts right away and are willing to pay the premium it's a decent place.

I would rate then lower if I could. I bought a belt that ended up being a repackaged used part. The store didn't have another, suggested that I talk the used part that they gave me to other stores trying to get the return there. I asked for my money back and they said it would go back into my account. It's been a week. They lied. I'm just going to shop RockAuto from now on. They don't make mistakes.

Recently Inherited an old truck and had no idea where to start. Logan and Zach helped me figure out what I needed and were very polite, and Nikki even offered to help me install my wiper blades! Will visit again!

Always have a pretty pleasant experience in here. Their layout is different than advanced auto parts, so it's nice to have a change in scenery. They have good selections of parts and accessories as well!

Placed clutch kit order. Expected to recieve a certain list of parts included. Once it was delivered it was missing all the small parts to the kit. Only received the clutch disk and pressure plate. Went to the store for and exchange. Recieved most of the parts included and when asked what should be done I was directed to repeat the process of going further north to switch out the clutch until I roll a lucky part box which comes with everything one expected to buy?

So unhelpful they say they don t service Saturn vehicles but Saturn is a gm car. They have no clue what they are talking about

The book to look up the windshield wipers I needed was fairly easy to get through, although I think it could have been done better - a kiosk set up for it would have been easier for people to use, especially since not everybody has good vision - and the font was very small in the book.Not a huge deal to me but I got my stuff I picked it out I paid for it and left. Everything worked fine!

We wanted to replace our windshield wipers on both of our cars, but were not sure of installation. The man who helped us very quickly found the front AND rear blades for each car model, (showing us several at different costs) and even switched them out for us. (Even demonstrating in case we want to do it ourselves next time) He definitely knew his stuff , and we were pleased with our visit! One errand pleasantly completed. Thank you!!

a different AutoZone failed to notify me that my curbside pickup was unable to be fulfilled after I was already given the go-ahead email for pickup which sucked since I drove 20 minutes to location only to find out that bit of news and I had waited most that day for that pick up notification.I called this location to see if by chance they have the parts I needed. The gentleman who answered was able to locate both the parts I needed in store, by luck, and had them available for me when I pulled up about 10 minutes after that call. It was such a relief to be able to get the parts last minute especially after being disappointed by a different location.

Superior service and attentive to every customer that comes in the door. Buy all of my maintenance items for all of our vehicles at this location. Very professional always willing to help. I had a windshield wiper clip break and they had a spare part. Craig, one of the managers, was able to hook me up and get me out the door quickly. Highly recommend.

I went in for a set of wiper blades, which I got with the help of the salesman. I was able to purchase a pair of performance blades for the same price it would have costed me for the standard ones at the dealership. It was a fast and easy visit, and even though I know how to install them the salesman was kind enough to put them on for me .

My daughter's car needed new windshield wipers but they were rusted on. The auto zone employee looked up the size, went & got them from the floor, checked me out and then went outside, in the cold misting darkness and changed the wipers for me!! He too struggled with the rusted old ones but stuck with it until he was able to get both new blades put on!! I was extremely grateful & felt so much better about my daughter driving an hr away in the rain the following day!!

My daughter went in for help today and was berated and insulted before ultimately leaving in tears. The manager in this store should be fired as well as the original person who helped her. As a business owners myself I would be ashamed and disgusted at any of my employees who treated a customer like these guys did.

Always had what i needed. Life time warranties are finally paying off after 14 years and 260,000 miles on our car. Makes sure to use their rewards card to keep records.

Disappointing they make you take the used oil containers back instead of disgarding them like they had done for years. I was also disappointed I ordered bulbs for my dash and they didn't show up when they said so I had to get a refund and find them elsewhere.

I have done a lot work on a 94 Ford ranger XLT 4.0.. Josh and the workers help me alot. It wasn't for them. I would've spent thousands on my truck. I had stepfather didn't know about automatic stuff. Josh and others took there time and walk thruw the steps. Make sure I know what I'm doing. For this I'm greatful. Thank you and God Bless you all!

Stopped in to buy a car battery. The clerk was a little busy and seem irritated that I wanted to buy a battery. He rolled his eyes and asked me to move to another register to look it up. I told him "never mind" and walked out. I drove down the street to Advance Auto Parts and purchased the battery I needed with absolutely no hassle. Not sure I will return to AutoZone in the future. 4/24/16

I always prefer Auto Zone over the others. Most of the time it is great service/helpfulness. Also sometimes there are younger people in there that aren't as friendly or helpful they just want you to get your _______ and get going.

I never post reviews but Willie was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Explained exactly what I needed and what I needed to do. Definitely recommend this location.
