I hate buying/trading in vehicles but Ted at True Blue Autos made it very easy. Worked with me long distance along with fair negotiations and pricing and very patient. Would absolutely recommend!

Drove over 5 hours to inspect/test drive a work truck and was not disappointed! Ted is a very straight up guy and did not push us to buy the truck. With that being said, we were able to get financing through our bank and purchased the vehicle. The buying process was very smooth as was the delivery. Definitely recommend Ted for anyone looking for a work truck!

True Blue Autos has excellent customer service! We traveled 4hrs to purchase our new to us Chrysler Pacifica! We were on a time crunch to get things done before welcoming a new baby and they made it happen for us! Great family to work with!

I have purchased a few vehicles from True Blue Auto. I will say that they go above and beyond customer service to help their customers out. They are always in an upbeat positive environment, ready to put a deal together and to get you into a vehicle that you love! If you are in the market for purchasing! Check them out! They are a family owned business and most times, that s where you receive the BEST customer service!

My first contact was with a salesman and it was fantastic. He took the time to talk about the truck and their business. When I arrived in person I was greeted politely and friendly. I was given all of the attention I needed. I was able to make a deal in one trip and the buying process was very simple and professional as was the delivery process.I highly recommend this seller!

Sold my truck to True Blue Autos this week to say the experience was perfect would be an understatement. I dealt with Ted who was 100% honest and professional every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership for selling your vehicle. Integrity and honesty is very hard to find these days but I assure you this company has that plus more.

Ted with True Blue Autos made the process of selling my truck seamless and stress free. He called to make an offer on my truck and I realized that I had lost the title. He didn t let that slow the process down as he boarded a plane, flew down and paid me for the truck as we awaited a duplicate title. If your looking to do business with someone who is trustworthy, has integrity and understanding you ve found the right company to buy your next auto from!

True blue is a great place to purchase a car. My wife and I were warmly greeted. They put new tires on the car and an oil change. The 2008 4runner was in good condition and was just what we were looking for. They were patient with us and were helpful and friendly.

This place is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with!! I wish there were more stars I could Give them. It's hard to find salesmen like Bill. He treated me and my family like he's known us for years and made the whole experience smooth and simple, not to mention he's just an all around good guy! They didn't mind staying after hours on a Saturday to get my deal done either. I will most definitely 100 % be back to shop in the future. I would most definitely recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchase!

True Blue is an awesome dealership! I have now bought Jeep 3 from them. They always make sure the vehicles on their lot are something they would trust on the road. I worked with Ted who was simply amazing. The customer service and communication was such a nice change from all of the other auto dealers I have looked into. He was never pushy or aggressive. He was patient and understanding, explaining the process from start to finish. He worked with me on the down payment and financing. I would highly recommend Ted- even though it was an hour drive for me, it was well worth it. I love my new Renegade and would absolutely recommend Ted and True Blue to my friends and family.

Superb customer service! Ted and Alex are truly caring salespeople. You do not feel as if you are just a number or another customer; a great personal feel of a car buying experience. We love our 2015 Jeep Sahara Unlimited we purchased from True Blue Auto! Ted was very professional, he never made you feel pressured once in negotiations. After many months of searching for a vehicle, we found..... True Blue Auto!!!!!! The name True in this business represents them well!!! From the first conversation with Ted to us taking home our suburban, What a Great Pleasurable experience!!! We would highly recommend them for anyone choosing a vehicle, not only did they show us friendliness and honesty and were so kind they also did the same to our children!!!! Ted and team were fantastic to work with! Easily worth the 4+ hours drive.We had a small concern after taking ownership that was not evident to us or to True Blue, but when we brought it to their attention, they were more than easy to work with to come to a resolution.Hard to find this level of integrity and service anywhere!

After searching for a new car for months all over Indiana, we found exactly what we were looking for at True Blue Autos, just 20 minutes from home. Ted was very helpful and worked with us to be able to purchase the car we finally found. No high pressure sales job, just friendly straight talk. On the day we picked the car up, Alex took the car for a fill up and wash while completing the paperwork. A huge plus, Ted filed the papers necessary for title transfer. If you are ever looking for a new vehicle, go to True Blue Autos, Ted and Alex will take good care of you. Happy car buying with True Blue Autos. They are the best.

Listed my car for sale online, and after several dealerships contacted me and lowballed me I got a message from Ted at True Blue. I was skeptical at first given the experience I had had with other dealerships offering me several thousand below book value. But Ted gave me a straight offer, and the whole process was insanely simple. One of the fastest auto transactions I ve ever been involved in. They seem like a great company and I will keep them in mind should I ever be in the market for a used vehicle. Thanks guys!
