Have been here NUMEROUS times. Today, 02/05/2022, I went to get gas. Pumped the gas it came out SUPER slow like barley coming out. I thought it was odd. Went inside to let them know and they said sorry it said it pumped the gas. Tried to show him the gas gauge didn t move off of E and the amount of gas should have shot it up a few notches. He told me there was nothing he could do. Just looked at the screen and said sorry and walked away. Super disappointed. Lost my business.

I went in to get my wife a drink, the girl behind the counter was on her phone. Tried to get a Mountain Dew, and it was out. I told the girl, and she said yep. It happens it also is one of the only gas stations that sell the sparkling water I drink, and every time I purchase one I have to clean the can. I understand customer service, I ve been in customer service for close to twenty years. This isn t how it is done.

If I could give it less I would!! Have had trouble with over charging my debit card twice, the last not yet resolved bc you have to be there early Sunday morning, I'm in church Sunday morning you'd think they'd accommodate their customers much better, but no they've got no time for you. The customer having to make special allowances to be compensated for their employees mistake is well BAD BUSINESS!!!

We go there to get our fountain drinks am and it has become our favorite place now. A little pricy for their fountain drinks but definitely worth it!! It is now our go to spot for them and they just built a new one right across from Honda so it's very handy for the employees now to have a place to go not so far away!!! Very nice and clean too!!

No one at the counter half the time.. I've walked in this gas station, stood for 5 minutes and left as many times as I've actually been served by someone. There are plenty of other gas stations near by with someone actually behind the counter when you walk in. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

What further can you say about shell gas??? Shell has been refining thier gas recipe for years for optimal performance. 93 octane is available here. They only have 1 diesel pump here. Parking lot is tite, tough to manage large vehicle's in and out. US 421 is a nite mare not fit for man or beast when the Loco's from honda are on this road. Driver beware!

Brand new was nice not sure how I felt when I said diesel and she told me to make sure I use the green handle maybe she says it to everyone

Says it's 24 hours but numerous time I've came and doors are locked and no one is at the register.

Really nice and helpful employees. The store is asloo keptt very clean. There is also a really good verity of items to buy in the store, and reasonably priced.

I went to get gas and only gave me 7 cents of gas when I looked at my bank account it charged me 85 dollars when I tried to call none would answer the phone, really disappointed and I will be finding a way to get my money back.
