The service dept called to schedule recall work. I asked how long it would take 1/2 day . It took over 3 days to complete which is why I drug my feet not wanting to be without it for work. Not the end of the world. But it would have been nice to have a more accurate time estimate on the front end. And keep me posted. They did call on day 1 to tell me they had to order parts but it would be done on day 2. I called on day 3 because they didn t let me know it wasn t finished on day 2. Other than that I guess they did what they needed to do. They left me 2 nuts and a socket on my center console. Must be my reward for them doing a good job. Wonder if they needed those?

Donny and Tim were very helpful in finding the right vehicle for the right price. Donny was very knowledgeable about vehicle options without pressure to buy more than we needed. Tim helped make the trade in easy for affordable payments, even with an extra warranty. We would definitely shop at Russ Hubler Ford again.

It's been great working with Jerry/Karen at Russ Hubler. I waited for Ford to build my truck for over a year. They've been very transparent and provided good updates when they became available. They provided me a great price on trade in and have made the process very straight forward, no hidden fees. Been a great buying experience. Will definitely do business with them again!

We have never dealt with a dealership as professional and friendly as Hubler. I spoke with parts and service. They we so courteous and conscientious. They sent their mobile repair van out to get us up and running again. The mobile repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hubler will be the only dealership we use in the future!!Again for the second time this dealership is stellar. No one likes automotive bills but this dealership shows concern for their clients. Staff is above and beyond expectations. Thanks to Kyle in service.

They were amazing about finding the car I asked for that wasn t on their lot. Brought it down and called me as soon as it was there. I test drove it and fell in love. They worked with me on the price and I left that same day with my new car. I couldn t have asked for a better experience buying a car.

Friendly, timely service. Mike in the Service Dept was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on repairs that did not break the bank but met my needs. As a widow it is always scary to have car repairs but Mike made me feel comfortable and part of the decision making. Thank you!!

I have bought three new vehicles since 2012 at the dealership. I am usually pretty satisfied with the service work. This last time around my vehicle was overfilled with oil. I had to take the truck back to have some drained. They re willing to give me a five or $10 discount on my next service.

Absolutely the best service! I ended up with a nail in my tire. The tire size I needed was found and tire replaced all within just an about 3 hours or less. I highly recommend them!

I took the car in for service and to investigate a rattle noise, which I believe to be early failure on the water pump. Technician Roman gave a thorough bumper-to-bumper inspection on the car and found that the water pump was in early throes of failure. One motor mount had lost its rubber insert and the driver side front half axle shaft had failed. Upon completion of all repairs, the car is smoother, quieter more solid than it ever was. Thumbs up to everyone for their timeliness and a efficiency.

Excellent service. Had a brake issue with my 2019 F150. Scheduled service for 1/3/24. Delivered the truck on rollback on 1/2/24. Finished early on 1/3. Great help from Paul Wietlisbach and Kyle Johnson.

What an amazing experience! The hubby and I drove up from Louisville for a specific car. When we got there Maverick was very knowledgeable about the car. The manager and finance manager were very helpful. When we need another car we will be headed back.

Appt. was @ 8a did not get truck til 4p. They put other vehicle in to work on thinking it was ours. when we came back at lunchtime they said it was done but it was someone else's white truck, ours had not even been moved from where we parked it. We had to wait until 4p to get our truck, they said that they had trouble doing the previous vehicle is why it took so long.

You know they really didn't want to deal with me even though I was paying cash for the vehicle I was buying but I finally bought the truck but it sure wasn't because they made the Deal!!!!!!Wanted to purchase another vehicle a Jaguar and a golf cart but all they did was piss me off. Sure didn't offer anything good and LOW BALLED ME ON EVERYTHING AFTER THE FIRST PURCHASE. That's why I hate dealing with sales people and Dealers.

Took my car in for tire pressure sensor replacement and alignment. Said something about squealing going on so had them look at that. Turns out my rear brakes needed fixed. I had just taken my car in in April to get my rear brakes done and I had to get them replaced again in the end of October. I didn t even put 30,000 miles on my car and they had to get replaced again. They sold me a bad part. What did they do to help me not have to pay over $900? They took off the price for the brake pads because that s the only thing they could do. So I still paid just under $900 for all of this. Needless to say, I probably won t go back to Ford because they screwed up.

Brought my truck in after having it worked on by another place.Within 2 hours found the issue.scheduled the work and 3 days later picked up my truck and seems to be running properly now with no lights or codes.No reason to think it won't stay that way.I will definitely use Russ Hubler Greensburg again when needed. Highly recommend!
