I found a gem! You get what you pay for so take your time and understand these are used vehicles that were auctioned. I found a 2007 with 130k miles on it for a steal!!!

BUYERS BEWAREThis company needs to be shut down. They buy cheap beat up cars from auctions, and "fix" them enough to manage a test drive. They tell you how much work they've supposedly put into the car so you buy it thinking it's reliable. Almost all their cars have obviously been in a wreck or was a searched by the police. Massive dents, missing mirrors, cracked windshields, broken tail lights and headlights, etc. I bought a car from them for $2000 plus $200 on taxes through them, under the impression it was a decent car, just to find out it had serious transmission issues. The transmission was slipping and smelling awful less than a week after purchase.Within 4-5 weeks after buying the car, the transmission completely failed. I've talked to multiple people who have had very similar issues with this company.On top of all of that, when I received my paperwork and title, they put that I didn't pay sales tax and pocketed the $200. This place is beyond unprofessional!BUYERS BEWARE

This place is a great place and I recommend anyone looking for a car to come here I bought a car about 4 days ago after day 3 it broke down I called them and they told me as long as I got the car there they d fix it so I got the car there and within 4 hours I was back to driving not only are these people very kind but they have reasonable prices and are very understanding people

Great place if you can't afford bank financing and if you want super low payments. There is a car for about everyone at Redelman's. Emilie, the owner is very friendly and helps you all the way. This place is a joke! She is seriously ripping people off. And then when you try to have a conversation with emilie she gets abusive and refuses to speak to you about anything. Not only that she is very threatening. I asked for my belongings back or atleast a refund for what she kept and she blew up. I am terminally ill and I can t drop everything just for her like she expects you too. I will never ever again do business with her again. Buyer beware big time with her. She is shady and will take full advantage of you and your situation. Personally I would rather walk then be in one of her death traps she calls vehicles.

My husband and i purchased a vehicle from the New Point location about 2 months ago. Its a 1999 so minor things are expected to have issues. The car itself is a great looking and running car. However it is 22 years old and it is almost impossible to find an insurance carrier that will put on full coverage. We was harassed on a Sunday about insurance, we have never been late on payments or anything. The owner,im assuming because the person textwouldnt give a name they replied with carlot, was very unprofessional and very sarcastic and rude. The value of the car is only like $1300 so insurance companies don't want to insure on full coverage..we have been told it doesn't qualify being that it is that old.and the value of it. Like what are we supposed to do?? We was told to get insurance on it before we don't have it anymore

This is a great place to find a scratch/dent car for that 16 year old to learn on, or a low cost car that could be just the thing you need - most are cosmetic, although you need to be diligent about any major purchase. The people are very real, very nice. It's very different from your typical "car lot" experience. We're really happy with our new-to-us Jeep.

Very rude and unprofessional. These people text you on holidays, Sundays over insurance. They don't even know if i have insurance on the car or not. Juat bc i switched insurance doesn't mean I dont have it. Ive never missed a payment, if they want to continue to take my $ they better back off. The car is a p.o.s. anyway....do not buy frome these people!! Cars are junk, owner is rude and unprofessional. Never again!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ve never seen a company s employees giving their business 5 star reviews. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere to someone who will care to fix things for you. This place is one big scam.

We bought from this ownerat their north Vernon lot. Very good truck. Was very satisfied. Got a great deal. Told we would have our title in 2 weeks. Called when it didn't come week 3. Told issue with the mail by the salesmen. Wait another week, still no title. Text the guy, he called right back being very defensive saying it wasn't his problem. To contact the owner. I did just that. The owner however refuses to have a verbal conversation with me. Wouldn't answer the phone. Will only Text. Doing so for court reasons.... I never mentioned going to court just wanna know why my title isn't here yet. Very suspicious.

Love Emily we have bought several vehicles from her, she always lets us know what is wrong with them, we keep ylthe maintenance and never have any problems!! She will work with you when no one else will

These people's cars are trash. You'll put.more.money into them just fixing them up then what you.paid for them. They're about to get a 1999 red Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 ba k from me because I don't want it anymore. I advice everyone NOT to buy it or anything else from these people. Unless you don't mind putting money into something

Just read the comments . The woman is completely unprofessional and rude who runs this place . Read below you will see her make sarcastic comment about weekends and holidays but then farther down she doesn't work "weekends" . You will see for every 1 star rating she argues and says sarcastic comments . Go elsewhere with your business !
