Customer service was terrible.. The lady was very rude, and the only help she provided was the information I had already looked up. I suggest another branch or go next door to Auto Zone.

Check your product before you purchase had a few auto parts and didn't fit the vehicle. Although counter computer said so

Russ and Tyler and everyone else at this store are awesome at their job and you could not ask for more courteous and caring customer service anywhere else. These people wrote the book and can't be beat. I unexpectedly had to do my brakes and rotors in the parking lot and they could not have been more helpful than they were. My biggest thanks to the employees of this location.

Our radiator hose blew a hole in it,so we were stranded just outside of town,we called around to find a hose and the only one who could help us was O'Reilly's,Tashauna ordered the part for us,we had to wait a bit, she kept in touch with us and had a driver bring us the part,Thank you Tashauna hope I spelled your name right!!! Love O'Reilly's!!!

Paid $76 dollars for part that came with no hardware. When it was suppose to be in box. They don't sell bolts individually so what am I suppose to do. Got nowhere on phone. Not to mention ordered part Friday and they couldn't find it Saturday or Sunday!!!! Had to pre pay!!!!

I wish I had photos ythe helpful and friendly knowledgeable staff...I had some returns that were two months old and there was no problems getting a refund for them...so helpful and professional customer service...thank you...I'll be back !

I was passing threw town and a motorcycle trip. My bike needed a repair and I am glad I ended up here. The staff at THIS O'Reilly's where great. They did all they could to get me back on the road. Thanks guys we made the whole trip without further problems!

The staff there has always been extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find a part I needed. I would definitely recommend this parts store to anyone needing automotive parts

I have been a loyal customer to the store in Greensburg Indiana Butt I was working on to different vehicle s back to back and have gotten the Rong parts six times in a row!(What the....) I can see one or two times But six. Give me abrake

The only place I go now reliable and they make sure you get the right parts every time unlike Autozone you never know what you are getting at Autozone unless you take the part with you and compare ORiellys there is know need to worry

Needed a rotor. They wanted 70 bucks. Instead the machined mine for 10 bucks.
