I stayed here a few weeks ago. What struck me the most was when I first walked in it was clean, but didn't have an overpowering in your face chemically clean smell. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful and made checking in quick and easy, while we had some small talk. Their rooms are very clean and nice. And let me just mention the bed....EXTREMELY comfortable. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was amazing as well. I loved the fact that they had a variety to choose from, so even if I would have had my picky son with me he would have found something to eat as well. I would recommend for anyone to stay here. I will be coming back for sure!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel room. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall ambiance was inviting. The room's decor was tasteful, and amenities were well-maintained. A genuinely pleasant experience.Update:I recently revisited here and no surprise same great service.

The first thing that I noticed was the cleanliness. The room was warm when we walked in. I needed a couple of things from the front desk and they were more than happy to help. Breakfast was good. Coffee was hot. Lol. All of our needs were met. 100% A+Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.

I ve had a lot of time to stew on my experience with this particular Holiday Inn, as my stay took place last month. My stay was very restful, quiet, and clean. It s an excellent hotel at an excellent price.I arrived at the Greensburg airport 3 miles down the road from the Holiday Inn. I called everyone in town that night, including the hotel, to find a ride of some sort. I m pretty sure the lady at the desk that night hung up on me after I asked if they had a shuttle. So I walked, and was as scared as could be, being a small young lady in a strange place.The next morning, I asked the woman working at the desk if anyone would please have mercy on me and drive me back to the airport, and she said she may actually be able to help. The manager herself drove me to the airport and told me that if I was ever in the area again, to call her personally and she d be happy to help me, no matter the time of day. The hospitality of these two women is simply something I will remember for the rest of my life, as they were two of the only friendly faces that sought to help me during my short stay in this town.I remember writing down names of these two wonderful ladies, but I can t seem to find it them in my notes. Thank you both for being so kind once again.

We came from Tennessee for a vendor event and it was absolutely a wonderful stay! Service was excellent rooms work incredibly clean and super comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and it was nice to relax in the hot tub and pool at the end of the day! We look forward to future stays.Rooms: The rooms were super nice and beds incredibly comfortable!!Nearby activities: The movie theater was right across the street and easily able to walk to as well as a wing and rings restaurantWalkability: The movie theater was right across the street and easily able to walk to as well as a wing and rings restaurantFood & drinks: There were also quite a few fast food restaurants and some shopping nearby.

The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast sucked. Got an extra hour for breakfast on the weekend so instead of it ending at 10 we got till 11 so we got up at 9 and there was basically nothing left. Since there was 2 hours left of breakfast I asked if they could make more oatmeal or something and I was told no it would take to long which didn't seem like good hospitality and customer service if your gonna work in a hotel.

Not too bad. Besides the fact we got a suit bec it advertises a nice indoor pool and hot tub which was not the case. They had one but not open or even have water in itand they didn't compensate for such. Which was infact the reason we got the room was to be able to swim

We had wonderful two night stay over Memorial day weekend. The room was clean, as well as the linens. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially when I couldn't figure out why the panel on the AC did not work. FYI, you must use the thermostat on the wall! ;) The included breakfast was good, with a lot of choices, some hot and some cold, all very tasty. The parking lot is well lit and has plenty of parking spaces. Overall we would stay here again if we were in the area.

This hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to relax after a days drive and got a good nights sleep.There was a boys teenage baseball team staying there also. A few of them were being a nuisance for an hour or so our second evening here. I called the hotel desk and they assured me they were trying to reach the boys chaperones. It wasn't much later and all was calm again. Kudos to the management for their handling of this.The hotel is a bit off the interstate but not hard to get to. There was a bit more traffic noise than expected for the location but that was probably more noticeable due to the lack of the constant buzz you get when just off the interstate.All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again, no hesitation. We loved Greensburg.

Bed was awesome. Very clean. Just wish they had a hot breakfast like website said they had. They still had breakfast, but it was items like muffins, danishes, oatmeal, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, sausage egg and cheese biscuit and granola bars. Very quite. Very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Spent this past weekend here for my son's baseball tournament. The staff was more than accommodating with multiple teams consisting of ages 10 and younger this weekend! Jeremy and his staff were kind, courteous, and always providing the best service possible! The rooms were clean, the pool was a great space for the kids and families to unwind, and we all looked forward to breakfast! When the laundry unit was being occupied for multiple hours, Jeremy and his staff alleviated that stress by assisting to our needs! When our 7-8 year old children deactivated our keys(frequently), they were patient and kind. I truly couldn't be more satisfied with our stay.I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know! Looking forward to next year!

Very nice. Updated and looks nice inside and out. Rooms have nice updated furnishings. Breakfast is full, I had scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. But covid has pool and hot tub closed.Buffalo wings and Coyote theatre share parking lot, both nice and convenient.

We stayed Friday night- got there right at check in. The front desk worker was welcoming and kind. Checking in was a breeze and our room was ready. The snack bag and water were happily accepted after our long drive. The kids were excited for the cookies in the lobby too! We got to our room and found the fridge and microwave a perk we weren't expecting. The room was turned down well by staff and very clean. We utilized the pool area. That would be the only area i would recommend improvement. The towels were very small, perfect for our 3yo. But laughable for my other daughter, husband or myself. A fake tree fell over while we were all in the pool, startling us, as bricks fell out of the base breaking (quite loud). The pool area was comfortably warm and the water was a perfect temperature.The whole hotel was quiet until about 9pm when most check ins were occurring. Water was hot in the morning for our showers and baths. The breakfast Saturday morning was over the top- so much better than we expected!! We thought it'd be only cereal, bagels, or the typical cold/easy stuff. But there was so much more! omelettes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, Greek yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and many other choices. There was a staff member there making sure everything stayed and available. We enjoyed our stay very much. A well kept, clean, comfortable, and courteous hotel. Would definitely stay there again and look into other Holiday Inn Express' again for future stays. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Four Stars for a Holiday Inn Express is really good!It's clean, the rooms are roomy, the staff are kind, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and hits the spot every morning. All that PLUS a hot tub in the pool area. That's why we're at a four star level.

We had to call 3 days in a row for daily housekeeping service that was not complete. Day 1 called because of no service, day 2 again no service called and got trash and towels from front desk person, day 3 only got towels and trash (even after directly speaking to the housekeeper) day 4 no service had to talk to front desk. The front desk person was helpful during our stay, however, housekeeping was poor.

Great place overall, I travel everyday and sleep at a lot of hotels by far the best experience all around. From the great customer service to the super clean rooms. I would highly recommend if you need a place to sleep for the night or more stay here.

I had a pleasant, peaceful stay. Though no hotel will ever feel like home, in my experiences with Holiday Inn Express Hotels, they are as close to the secure and relaxing feeling of being home! A big THANK YOU!! to the entire Holiday Inn Express chains management & staff for continually providing top quality of service/experience at such a reasonable cost.

This is such a nice and clean hotel.Breakfast was hot and fresh with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, egg white omelets, many varieties of breads and muffins, the usual cereals, yogurt, and their delicious cinnamon rolls!!The beds are really comfy and they have plenty of pillows with varying firmness.I am not exaggerating when I say that they have the best showers of anywhere that I've stayed and I have stayed at a lot of hotels.The shower had a ton of pressure and was good and hot! Also, had a large shower head.They were kind about giving me a little more time before checkout.The pool and hot tub looked very inviting.Very comfortable and relaxing stay!!

Very clean,wonderful staff.comfortable beds,and the Breakfast was great here.only complaint : this has nothing to do with wonderful hotel .But there should be a rule no kids in pool after 9:30.we had a two night stay and didn't get to use pool first night.We were going to use it the second night and relax before trip home but a team of kids checked in the afternoon and was in pool all day and night so people staying at hotel couldn't go and enjoy.ive stayed at hotels where they have rules no kids after nine just adults.

This place was so clean and well-outfitted. I came for a work trip and it was so nice to have a mini fridge, microwave, and Kuerig in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. Hot continental breakfast options. A great stay!

let me start off by saying it's a nice, clean hotel in a great location , but the customer service it's not quite up par. several issues came up during my stay last night which I expressed with the front desk. she blamed me, children staying the hotel and being overbooked. she never offered any compensation for my inconvenience other than a free upgrade with smile next time I stayed with them. I guess that's what you get spending $130 on a Tuesday night...

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Greensburg on a long term assignment for work. The accommodations are fantastic and the staff has been great! Housekeeping does an amazing job of not only keeping my room clean as well as towels and linens changed, but Joyce has gone out of her way to ask what she can do to make my stay even better. Robin that works the Breakfast Bar every week day is Incredible! She greets everyone with a smile and makes a point to assist each and every guest. I look forward to her cheery "Good Morning" each day and when she greets me by name it feels like I have a home away from home!

I came here for business like last year, my chosen hotel chain is IHG, usually clean and comfortable. This hotel has really gone down since last year, I know people are hard to hire and hotel most likely understaffed. That's why I dont request room refreshing unless its needed. After 4 days it needed to be done. However, all I got was new towels and trash emptied. My bed keeps falling off the frame, shower has rust, I asked for another roo., I was told only 4 remaining and they're held for other customers. What good is being a platinum member if you dont get some perks.I came back from 9 hours seeing sights and found my sink with long hair in it, my bathroom floor not mopped, kitchen sink dirty, my old sheets still on bed. If I just wanted new towels I would have just asked for them, and not bothered with asking to "clean" my room.

Nice hotel. Almost completed remodeling. Good breakfast. The only complaint is we had to change our sheets when we got in at 11:00. Dog hairs all over. Housekeeping just needs to step it up! Please clean and change all beds!

Really enjoyed our stay on road trip to Ohio. Got in on Sunday night, watched football in the cozy lobby "Living room", with the clicker. They had decaf and regular coffee, fruit, and snacks, plus cookies and lemon water, and it was so nice to sit and relax. Handicapped bathroom was perfect for Mom, everything was clean and functional. The night manager got me signed up with the rewards program with just my email, and saved me $25 off the bill. As a smoker, it was great to have a bench under the canopy, but well away from the front doors, so I could enjoy a smoke without bothering the other guests. Great value for the price, very positive experience, homey, friendly, much better experience than the overpriced hotel in Ohio, and relatively convenient, about 10 minutes, from I-76/70 interchange in New Stanton. Would definitely stay again on the next cross country road trip!
