So I have seen a few negative post and I have to say I'm shocked. Let me tell u about my experience with Feldman auto center. Anytime I had a question he responded within 15min( the faster I have ever seen and I have been looking for 3 month). Zack is honest person. So much when I looked at the truck I wanted he pointed out every ding in truck( which was only 2) to make sure I was aware. Also after talking to him for 15 min I knew he was trust worthy. I put down 1k for the truck I wanted without even see the truck in person or meeting him. I am now a loyal customer for feldman auto center even tho I had to driver 2 hours to get there. It was so worth it!

I have bought two trucks from Feldman's Auto and both experiences were exceptional! Zach Wilson goes above and beyond helping customers, and even went out of his way to help me when I was broke down on side of road.Zach is very professional and I will recommend this place to any of my friends.

If I could rate this place a -1 stars I would. Zach is a flat out dishonest individual. He pushes vehicles without being upfront with it's shortcomings. I bought a truck, knowing the engine was in need of attention. But, he neglected to mention that the frame was soooo rusted that I wasn't safe to drive on the road. He claimed to have done a once over inspection. He should have never sold me that truck and it was not "road worthy. The next day I approached him about it, even showing pictures that he requested...he never responded after that. Yes it was as-is. No I didn't inspect the frame thoroughly. But that truck should have never been sold as a working SAFE truck. I don't feel comfortable driving it let alone tow or haul with it. Less than 24 hours and he refused to work with me on it. I'll never go back there. Steer clear of this car sales lot and replair company!!!

Purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 from Zach a couple weeks ago. As of this email, have got a good truck at a fair price. Aside from a minor issue and some communication concerns, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out.

Got a 2011 Buick regal back in feburary from him. Paid $8000 for it. The back windows quit working as soon as we got it home within a few days. The car never had a huge amount of power but he assured us that was normal. Granted we drove 1.5 hrs to look at the car so didn t have someone close to look the car over. But come to find out a few days ago the car started making a funny noise and had no power at all. My turbo hose was completely corroded and broke in half!!!! So it s been like this for a long time we just never thought to check it. The car was driving because it hadn t broken all the way and a few days ago it broke in half. He had to of known about this issue if he had his mechanic look over the car before selling and he said he drove the car for a few months. I hate it when people lie. Especially when you are spending a lot of money and looking for a reliable car for your family. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But I was wrong. Be ware when buying cars here. Thoroughly look them over.

I highly recommend Feldmans for any and all auto repair jobs. Very friendly. There shop is top notch. Clean. The owner and his wife care about the people who live in the struggle. And work with you. Thank u guys again

I purchased a 2017 Dodge 1500 Bighorn today from Feldman Auto Center. Zach helped me with all the questions i had about the truck. He was very helpful and honest. The experience was great. I am taking my charger to him this week for an issue I m having and he provides a wide range of services. Driving from Columbus, OH to Columbus, IN and discovered a large screw in our tire. Googled and found Feldman. Great experience. Got us back on the road in under 30 minutes and even popped out a dent in our bumper. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Buyer beware!!!! This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost. They doctor up junked vehicles and then sell them at dealer prices. If you do chose to buy from them, then I would recommend taking the vehicle to a real mechanic and getting everything in writing before you give them any money. If you deal with a guy named Zack, he will promise you he will fixed the issues and then ghost you when he has your signature and money. This guy is a 100% crook!

The absolute best car services I have ever received. On a long drive I noticed something funky going on with my vehicle. I pulled over, and went into their shop. They treated me with great respect and gave an excellent price for the repairs needed. Had a great experience buying my new truck. Affordable and reliable. Zach is very professional and kind. He helped me find exactly what I needed. Matt and Logan did a fantastic job fixing a minor issue before I even purchased my truck. Definitely will be using they're services whenever I need it. Thanks for the help and hard work guys!

Took my vehicle in twice to have exhaust rattle fixed and muffler replaced. They told me to bring it in first thing in the morning both days. They open at 8 according to their website. I showed up at 745 both days and no one showed up until 945. After $485 for a damn muffler the rattle came back worse. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 15 minutes. Told me that the muffler pipe was hung crooked and was rubbing against a brace. I will never be back and urge everyone to steer clear of this place!Service: Exhaust

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! My son purchased a truck here 8/28/2023 , less than 2 hours after purchasing heard a rattling noise , contacted this dealership , who basically said not their problem . Took to Ford the next day to be told someone had drilled bolts through steering gear box and needs new pads and rotors as well, $3400 later. Told my son they are not financially responsible. This place is a joke

I was looking to buy a car when I ran across these guys. From the moment I messaged asking about the car I wanted until drove away with it, they were professional and accommodating. I've had several issues with this car. I had to replace the turbo coolant hose December which was a $800 repair and now my car is currently in the shop again with $990 repair involving the turbo again. I live an hr from where I work and now have no transportation to work and am having to depend on someone else. My 8hr shifts are now 12 hours. Not happy.

Purchased a used vehicle from their lot on 12/31/2022 and worked with Zach for the purchase. He was very personable and easy to talk too - negotiated fairly and met us at the time we discussed. Only reason not a 5-Star review was that he told me the incorrect mileage(told me 205k, vehicle had 250k) and what he told me about the history of the vehicle didn t exactly match the carfax. I don t think he was meaning to misinform - but nonetheless knocks off a star. Would buy again from him regardless!UPDATED 1/11/2023:Zach did not fill the title out correctly so we had to make multiple trips to the BMV to get the title transferred to our name - not huge issues but frustrating. I have also needed to replace the air intake hose as it was almost cracked all the way around and replace the headlight bulbs. Both things I could have seen when looking at the vehicle but still annoying as I feel like those should have been fixed or at the least mentioned. More importantly, one of the ground wires from the battery broke entirely - this lead to the vehicle's electrical system spazzing out and now there are a multitude of electrical issues with the vehicle, even after fixing the ground, that I will have to take it to a shop to diagnose and fix. I have reached out to Zach, since this dealership is also a repair shop, for help or advice and he has left me hanging. I understand I was buying a used vehicle but Zach swore up and down that if we had issues, he would be willing to help at the least. I would be very careful when buying a used vehicle off of this lot - lots of red flags I looked past and am paying the price for.UPDATED 1/18/2023:I reached out to the shop directly and Zach gave me a call. He let me know that he did not receive any of my texts, which explains why he wasn't able to respond. At this point, I have taken the vehicle to a local shop(I live 1.5 hours from Feldman) and found the fuel pump went bad, along with potentially other electrical components due to the torn ground. He let me know that they would fix what was wrong with the car at the cost of parts but I have already moved forward getting it fixed locally. I appreciate his call and he offer to fix for cost of parts.

The staff here are professional and friendly. They did a great job with the brakes on my car. Service was done quick, and their prices are fair. Moreover, they seem to be honest people. Which is extremely important when it comes to auto repairs.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My daughter and I worked with Zach on finding her a reliable car within her budget. Zach went above and beyond to work with us and we left with a car that far exceeded her expectations! I will definitely work with him again next time we are in the market for a car!!

Purchased a vehicle and it was the worst experience I have ever had. After I received the title in the mail, the numbers on the purchase agreement were written in wrong, BMV called and had to return and Feldman wanted me to drive back to them to correct their mistake. This vehicle has all kinds of problems with it of course after I drive off the lot!

I was driving from Cincinnati to Chicago when my car started breaking down on the highway. Fortunately, I was just a couple miles from Feldman. I made it to Feldman and the guys there were accommodating, kind and efficient. Unfortunately, it was my engine and nothing they could do that day. They helped me get a rental and tow. I don t have enough wonderful things to say about their help and support.

Wow, what an amazing business. I had a busted brake line and they were able to get my car in the same day, they even towed it! I ended up having both brake lines, rotors, and pads replaced for a very fair price and my car was ready next day. They even detailed the inside of my car without me asking! On top of the already fantastic service, when I wasn t able to find a ride to pick up my car (no uber or lyft in the area) they sent one of their mechanics to pick me up. Above and beyond service, I HIGHLY recommend Feldman Auto Center!!!!Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

Took my truck to Feldman's because it started running rough and after they ran a diagnostic I was told I needed a new engine. So I took it to another mechanic and it ended up being just a misfire on one cylinder. Truck is running great. Will not be going back.

do not buy any vehicle from this place. Zach sold me a car with telling me about all of the problems. he said it had nothing wrong with it even when the engine light was on and he said it was just a small fix. now i m out 5,800 dollars plus the 600 i ve put into fixing it and that s just so far and the engine light is still on. also told me they would fix anything i need and then failed to do so. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

How kind And informational very sweet respectful showed me the things that they were gonna do and explained it thoroughly so that would understand I would at I would recommend everyone to come here the work is excellent their trust worthy and I wouldn t go anywhere else Zack and blank and Renee were awesome I almost felt like I already knew them and we were family great great people and I pray that God bless him. I love the felling of knowing that I m safe in my car after getting it fixed. A special Thank You To Zach WoW an amazing young man who has so much kindness and respect for you and the things you need done. He makes the process so stress-free that you feel so good when you leave and know that you re safe in your own car thank you Zack!!!

Ive come here a handful of times for oil changes and will continue to come back as i always get better prices than other conpanies. Recently i started having engine trouble as well, i dropped my car off and it was fixed the same day. I've been a customer with Feldman Auto Center for quite a few years. They're located close to my residence so it's convenient, Or was convenient... I inquired about a tire repair, $45.00, one tire patched.... after calling two other shops within a three mile radius, I was shocked to discover that is over twice the going rate. No thank you!
