Went in there for some battery trouble and the guy at the counter answered all my questions about a new one and installed the new one.Nick T I do believe his name was. A1 customer service!!!

Last Friday while on my way to pick up my son from college, my alternator gave out. I had just enough battery left to make it from the highway to this auto zone. They tested both my battery and alternator and verified that the alternator was not working. They called around until they could find a nearby shop available to do the repair right away, and they charged my battery so that I could make it there. They even led me from auto zone to the repair shop to make sure that I made it safely. They did not charge me for any of these services and would not accept a cash tip even when I was quite insistent. They absolutely saved me that day, and I am extremely grateful. If you find yourself at this store, please thank them from me. Hopefully, they will get thanked frequently!!! They renewed my faith in humanity... good people helping others without wanting anything in return.

4/6/22 My wife and kids were trying to get to Niles, MI from Chattanooga, TN) Her brother had stage 4 cancer and she was trying to see him before he lost his battle with cancer. She had some electrical problems and she was traveling. They were able to diagnose the problem show her what needed to be done. Our van no longer has an electrical problem! Thanks to you all. Your knowledge and help were awesome! I d recommend this store anytime! Above and beyond in customer service!

Has what you need if you got the money.Expensive place but I reckon most are.TBH you could possibly get the same type of transmission fluid maybe down to the letter for way less at Walmart or home Depot.Cheapest 1gal. Jug of ATF I believe I saw was $26Walmart I'm not sure about the price but I don't think I ever spent more than $20ish on ATF unless I bought more than 1 gal.Times are changing and IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Last week when traveling from South Dakota to Cincinnati had a front hub on a old yukon howling to be replaced. Stopped here and they had the part. Also it was around 4:30 so they provided me contacts of mechanics that may be able to help. On the third call got in touch with Hodges Auto Care in Morris they stayed late and got us fixed up. Bad problem turned out great!Thanks

Staff did not know what I needed even tho I told them correct name and use for part I needed. . Guy actually sit down in middle of aisle while he was suppose to be helping me . He looked it up on his phone and showed me a pic and I told him that was not what part look like that had came out of my car and argued with me about it.

Only place in town we buy our car parts and accessories. Employees are always prompt, knowledgeable (or willing to find out) and usually offer to go the extra mile if able. I've lived in Greensburg 9 years. This was the first place I ever went because I was familiar with there stores. We bought a house 3 years ago within a 60 second walk from Napa. We've still, 3 years later, have never stepped foot I'm Napa. Autozone has never given us a reason to look elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.

Went to have somebody do a battery test on my 2018 Ram had a battery test done and a alternator test done they said everything was fine but then the next day I went to the dealership and it was the battery smh people need to start doing there jobs

The guys at Greensburg Autozone actually know cars, tools, and have always given great recomendations. The store is always clean, the shelves are always well stocked, and they have an immense inventory. I have been buying my tools there, also. Quality tools I trust is not only a requirement but the convenient availability assures me they will have what I need in stock. The torque wrench I purchased the other day was a great addition to my set. I can't say enough about them. Professional sums it up.

Good place. The guys there are always helpful and they usually always got what I need. They also sell some motorcycle stuff since we don't have any bike shops around town.

Husband loves this place. Only place he goes for auto parts and supplies. If they don t have what he needs, they can always order and it only takes a couple of days.

Disappointed because they didn't have a plug in to your lighter fan. The worker said..if we have any they will be in row 1 up towards the front, and walked away. Didn't help us look or check the back for any! So I went right next door to O'rileys and guess what.. they had what I needed..was helpful and friendly! So guess what my new auto store will now be O'RILEYS!

Wrong parts provided at these 50% of the time. The counter help does seem to know how to search part numbers for specific vehicles nor does it seem to bother the staff when parts have to be returned due to the lack of accuracy on thier part. Plan on returning parts at least once if you shop this location

There really good testing battery alt. And if your check engine light is on. They will tell you what's wrong or going bad
