: I recently visited Riley Park Tire for a routine tire change. Initially, the service seemed satisfactory. However, within two days, I began experiencing a grinding noise from my front brakes a concern considering I had just replaced them the week before. Upon further inspection, I discovered that three out of the four tires were not properly balanced. This oversight led to the cancellation of important doctors appointments and work commitments, causing significant inconvenience.Moreover, I was surprised by the tire balancing charge of $25 per tire, which is notably higher than the $15 fee at my local trusted tire company. The difference in cost, coupled with the inconvenience and potential safety issues, has left me disappointed with the service provided.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there is room for improvement in ensuring that services are performed thoroughly and priced competitively.

In for a front & rear brake job. This is a business that has been around for many years with seasoned long-term employees who care about their work. Very personable people working the front desk. Trustworthy. I dropped off my car. They took me home and pick me up when the car was ready.I ll be back when my car needs service again.

We always have a great experience at Riley. We ve bought multiple sets of tires and had our cars serviced there for years. They are knowledgeable and helpful, the prices are great, and I never feel like I am being upsold.

Went to get tire change & wiper blades with there awesome peanut butter and jelly deal. Service was GREAT as usual. Everyone friendly & took care of me for very reasonable price... Been going there since I was young with my Dad. Never disappointed with them!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...

I couldn't believe how helpful and awesome the service was.My wife hit something and destroyed a tire. It was 5 when I got there I was expecting just to drop it off and pick it up in the morning. Much to my surprise they were able to replace the tire super fast less than 15 minutes. Both the service counter and the shop tech were just awesome.It was appreciated more than they know

Awesome staff, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me through the process of getting these wheels and tires setup on my BMW. They suggested different tire sizes/brands that would work better for the setup as well as going above and beyond by giving me a ride to my house to pick up spanner wrenches so they could adjust my aftermarket suspension. 10/10, awesome company/staff to work with!

I had to have 4 new tires installed on my Jeep Wrangler. I called and talked with Jason and he was so nice! Hw quoted my price and set me up with a time to bring my Jeep in. He offered the shuttle to take me home but I already had arranged a ride! I was treated very kindly by all of the staff especially Jason. I was also given a very fair price for my tires! Riley Park Tire was a great experience and I will always recommend them.

Brought in an equipment trailer to Riley Park Tire under the recommendation of another local small business. They then proceeded to take 5 weeks to do a simple repair and did not communicate well the entire time. Three different pickup dates were set and every time they pushed it back with an excuse. Upon paying, complaining, receiving a small discount, our trailer now does not have brakes that function at all. So in short, they took a month and a half to do a simple repair with poor communication and our end product is so bad we will be taking it to another shop to have it all properly fixed as it works worse after they were done working on it than it originally was. Would not recommend these guys for service work.

From the time I walked in until the time I left, everyone was kind and friendly. I asked about a specific tire I was having trouble finding. They not only had it but the gentleman gave me the price including tax and work up front. There were no surprises and no hassle. They have very reasonable prices. I had a great experience! I highly recommend them!

Took tire into get repaired and the job was done quickly. My biggest issues is the price to make the repair. I was charged 29.99 for a patch. This is way too much for a simple patch that only takes max 15 minutes. After checking around several places do it for half the amount or even free to attract business. Well, The other shops will now get my business. 29.99 is just greed.

My wife and I were traveling from out of town when we had a tire get ruined. We went into Riley Park Auto repair close to closing. They stayed over and put a set of tires on for us and we're so nice about it. I can't thank them enough. We were very worried we were going to be stranded. I don't believe you can find a better group of guys for your auto needs in the Greenfield area.

The same great service and affordable prices I have always expected from Riley Park Tire.I greatly appreciated the online service for scheduling an appointment and a quote. In about an hour I had new tires, and paid the online quoted price. Perfect!!My new tires are fantastic!!Thank you for the fabulous service.

Excellent service on my truck, just wish the customer service at the front desk was better. I don t blame them though, they were always extremely busy. I think the management should take note and find a way to make it lighter in the office area.

I was told it would take about 2 hours to install air ride suspension on my Ram 1/2 ton. I dropped the truck off at 8:00 a.m. when they opened, and they had it all day. Then, I was charged for 3 hours labor instead of 2. The estimated cost was $800, but I was charged $975.One week later, my truck started making a strange noise. I checked the suspension and discovered that the bottom end of the shock absorbers had no nuts on them. The driver s side had come loose and the bolt had fallen out so it was just dangling.I ll be visiting Riley Park Tire first thing Monday morning. I ll amend my review depending on how they rectify the situation.Update -I went to Riley Park Tire this morning (Monday) and was greeted by Chad to discuss the above-referenced issue. Chad was very apologetic and had the truck taken into service immediately. The mechanic took care of the shocks and ensured everything was properly secured throughout the system.Chad also discussed the confusion regarding the labor charges. And, in a show of good faith, he refunded the 3rd hour, and an additional hour for my troubles.Overall, my experience with Riley Park Tire was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly. They were quick to respond to my concern and addressed the issue with flying colors.For these reasons, I recommend Riley Park Tire without reservation!

Very professional. Very friendly. Needed 2 tires and a sensor replaced. I showed up at 4pm (they close at 5:30). I was expecting to leave the car for them to work on the following day. But they insisted on getting it done for me before the end of the work day. It only took them about an hour. I was very happy!!! They didn't have to do that but they did. Great service! Very satisfied with the work.

Had the pleasure of working with Chad H. on my tire purchase. I was referred to him by a good friend & I couldn t have been more pleased. He was professional, patient & had a sense of humor. If you want options, more than fair pricing & want to feel good about it driving off, then ask for Chad at Riley Park Tire!

Had my first experience with Riley Park Tire yesterday. I am very happy with my experience! I purchased new shocks and upper control arms for my truck. After doing the rear shocks myself, I decided I was in over my head with the front end of the vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, not that many shops will install customer supplied parts. Luckily Riley Park Tire was happy to take on the challenge. After dropping off my truck, I received two phone calls with updates and questions to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted done on my truck. The updates were greatly appreciated, I ve never had another shop do this before. The job unfortunately took much longer than they expected, but they were still able to get my truck done the same day. I explained to them I needed it back to drive to work and they made sure someone would stay until I arrived to pick it up shortly after closing time. I ll be back next time I need something else done!

Team at Riley did a great job. Needed to get my sons car brakes done. They worked us in and for a fair price. Everyone was courteous and easy to work with. Was my first time going here but I will definitely take all my vehicles there going forward. Very impressed!

My Customer Service Representative Mike was great to work with!He was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to any work being done.Quality of replacement tires were awesome, the work required to remove the old tires and mount the two new ones was completed on time as promised. Mike then placed the newly mounted tires in my vehicle, a really nice thing for him to do!Pricing of my new tires was competitive, labor costs for removable and mounting of the tires did seem a little high and the cost of Valve stems seemed extremely high. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be when pricing a tire, the quote should be for everything in lieu of cost for tire, cost for labor and cost for tire stemsIn the old day they referred to this as "Nickei and Dime you to death"Overall I was satisfied with the help I received and the quality of the two tires I purchased.

While travelling through Greenfield on vacation, picked up a nail in tire requiring repair. Went to a national chain store, was told they could not work us in, it was 1.5hrs before they closed. Called another national store that didn't have the tire in stock. Called Riley Park and they encouraged us to come in, they had a few tires to choose from, they would get us going. We arrived and it was 15 minutes before close on a Friday. Every employee couldn't have been nicer. Sales guys made us immediately comfortable, chatted with us. Technician immediately got to work. We were back rolling within a half hour, past their stated closing time. Technician put the spare tire, jack and road kit all back together in the vehicle. Top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Went in for recommendation on truck tires, got the Firestone XT, they look good, rides good, got the alignment done, prices are comparable to others. This is the 2nd truck of mine they put tires on because I never have issues after it s done. Satisfied customer
