Communication seems to not be one of their strong points. Dropped car off then was called the next day to let us know that was they gave the wrong drop off date. Kept getting the run around on parts. They had the car 2 weeks before the parts even got painted. Took almost 3 weeks to replace a fender, bumper, and headlight. Terrible experience. The work was good but otherwise a headache.

I needed to time my repair accordingly because I needed to go on vacation and some work was being done on my street. I asked if they could work within my schedule, and they were very accommodating. Jennifer was my main contact and she was proactively communicative, reaching out every step of the way for updates. They completed the work in a timely manner, and they were professional and courteous to me as well as others that I saw them interact with while I was there. As to the work they did, there is no way to tell that another driver hit the front end of my vehicle and did damage. It's like it never happened!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had a great experience with Riley and Sons in Greenfield. We had gone to the original for many years and decided to try their new location in Greenfield. They were great through the entire repair. We highly recommend them for your next auto body repair.

Terrible customer service, missed deadlines without communication, had to research my own parts, owner/manager lied directly to my face at pick up and then was mad that I called her out on it. Got my car back and running before said date, found issues after I picked it up took it back in and fixed everything without problem. Gave me a ride to and from home.to pick it up. Absolutely the best service i have ever had at a mechanic shop. Highly recommend this place.

My wife's accident happened in fall 2016. Her Honda Odyssey was damaged in the front by a protruding trailer hitch. It damaged the bumper, grill, radiator, and condenser. I was fixed by what was then Rusty Low's Collision Center. In 2018, the radiator was leaking. In looking at it I found it was leaking next to the bracket that holds the condenser. I seems to me that the bracket was bent and should have been replaced during the initial repair. The rubbing on the bracket led to the radiator failure. I'd heard that Rusty had sold to Riley and Sons. I also knew it had been over a year since the repair was done. Both of these concerned me as I believed they were "easy outs" and I would probably have to do the repair myself. I contacted the Greenfield office and spoke with Brian, the location manager. I didn't have to force the issue. He immediately told me if it wasn't fixed right we'll make it right. It was very refreshing to hear. A business that stands behind their work. It's not something you find or hear of much in today's world. I brought the car up to them and Brian agreed with my assessment. The car was fixed and picked up in a few days. Can't say how much I value true customer service.

Recently had a van repaired , staff stayed in constant contact and gave us a reasonable repair date and beat that time line by 2-3 days.Work performed was high quality ! , highly recommended !

We've had several of our car's body repairs done at this shop over the years. Came by them when they were Rusty Lows and they were (and still are) a State Farm certified shop. One recent repair had an issue we discovered several weeks later. Brian and the folks at what is now called Riley and Sons jumped right on it. Took 'em a couple tries to get the issue resolved...but they kept at it until all is well. Stand up folks at this shop!

Highly recommended. They were very friendly, gave a cheaper quote than another place I went to, and went out of their way to rush my repair so that I could pick it up the same day when it was listed as a two-day job. Will never go anywhere else!

Drove all the way out there since no one would answer the phone. To get an estimate they wouldn't even look at my car. Stay away from this place they are not looking for new customers.

My wife just got her vehicle back from being repaired and the paint job is sub par at best (severe orange peel). Definitely lacking quality!
