Called in for brake parts, we were told they would pull them so that they would be ready when we arrived, that didn't happen. Not really that big of a deal. Tony takes a push cart and goes to the back for rotors and brake pads, rings me up and never moves to help with loading the rotors into my vehicle. He did say I could use the cart because they were heavy. Very nice of him ( sarcasm). I could have insisted that he or someone help take these to my car and load them for me, but I have never had to ask before at any auto parts store and I was a little offended. I of course have a really bad back, just had breast cancer surgery with lymph node removal a few months ago. Customer service needs to be reviewed.

Gave me the wrong part even after I confirmed with the individual up front it was the correct one needed. Returned item few days later.

Their lifetime tool warranty is B.S. tried to exchange a broken ratchet of their house brand and they were all too happy to tell me not without a receipt... never had a problem returning broken tools to any of the other big auto parts stores. If you can't return a lifetime warranty tool, makes me wander about there parts....

Helpful staff, nice store. Expensive though. Hence the 3 stars.Update: The helpfulness of the staff here blow away AZ and Advance. I'm kicking them up to 4 !

If you need parts for any foreign car just buy them online don t even bother wasting your time calling this place UPDATE: came back 5months later to leave a bad review on how they don t carry any parts for foreign cars and what do you know I ve already left one close this place down Amazon for the win again

Went in today only to have the associate tell me he couldn't find a part # for my 3500 Ram cab roof clearance light bulbs after waiting 10 minutes for him to look on his computer. I went to Autozone, was out of the store in less than 5 minutes with my bulbs!!! Guess some counter people are trained better than others!!! And O'Reilly's is my usual go to place for my auto parts!!!

Autozone is better overall. O Riley has a few name brands that Autozone doesn't have. Clean store !

Slow service but for the most part can get what you need usually pretty slow though or sometimes wrong needs to hire better customer service people
