Did not appreciate the customer service. Told us they would call when the window piece would come in, but never did. We finally call and get the car in, but after it was done, we did not receive a call. We had to drive by to see if it was done. A simple phone call for both times would have changed our experience, but we didn t get the nicest attitude from them in person either. We went in about two weeks ago to get the help and finally got it done today. i m sure it could have been done faster if they would have called when the piece came in. The only thing we liked was that the window piece was installed within a few hours.

My car fell victim to a hit and run right before Christmas. The first week of January I took my poor baby in to the first auto body I found, Rusty Low's. They told me they wouldn't be able to start working on her until the end of January and also said that all the other shops in town would be booked through as well... Nice try! I called Mueller after a few of my coworkers had nothing but nice things to say about their work, quality and prices. Luckily, they were able to get me in the next week! I took my car in Tuesday morning and I had it back Wednesday afternoon! (The last shop I had do similar, but less extensive work took three full business days) I was amazed at this shop's efficiency and happy to see it didn't mean compromised quality or service. My baby looks as good as new and I would recommend Mueller to anyone

Mueller repaired my front right bumper. Their customer service was excellent. They were very responsive to my questions, knowledgeable about getting a rental car, and provided text updates so we always knew the status. They estimated it would take a week to complete the work and got it back to us 3 days after we dropped it off. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

These people are absolutely incredible. I was driving from Colorado to Boston and stopped in Greenfield for the night. When I came out in the morning, I noticed that the entire bumper and the front of my car was hanging off. I had with me my 14 year old lab and a 14 week old puppy. Needless to say I was terrified I looked for auto body shops nearby and drove to Mueller. The service was absolutely wonderful. Within an hour they put me back together again so I could hit the road east. They are the nicest people I have ever met and their work was impeccable. Don t go anywhere else. The office staff at this establishment is horribly rude. The older woman receptionist is rude on the phone and even worse in person. But If I want to wait for your car and listen to her gossip and bad mouth other customer customers and the employees too, then it s the place and type of people for you. Then the quality of work was no different or any less shotty than a dime store Macco but with a way exaggerated price hike. Will not make this mistake again or recommend to anyone else.

Awesome. They were glad to work on my classic car windshield where 'the big shops' wouldn't give me the time of day. The windshield turned out great. At the same time they were working on my car, my truck was vandalized at my house with spray paint. A local shop said they couldn't even look at it for 2 months. I asked Mueller's about it and they recognized the urgency of getting the paint removed immediately. They had me bring the truck and had it clean in less than an hour. To me, Mueller's is the epitome of customer service. From here on, I'll go to them first.

We had some body work done here 2.5 years ago. Recently we were having problems with our windshield washer fluid reservoir. We asked if it could have had anything to do with the damage we sustained when hitting a deer previously. They took a look for us and found a bad O Ring on the fluid level sensor. They replaced the O ring. When I asked what I owed them, they would not take any payment. Their worked solved our problem. Excellent service and very friendly staff! Had an issue with timely service took over three weeks mainly due to insurance. But 10k miles layer I hear my belt start squeaking go to look under my hood and found an extra hood hinge laying freely on top of my belt. Matt at Mueller goes above and beyond to make a customer happy, even when things go wrong. It's easy to find good reviews when things go perfectly in a transaction and even easier to find negative reviews when things go wrong. Matt is a prime example of the rare exception - a businessman who does whatever it takes to make the wrong right, even when it's not his fault. I just had some paint work done that didn't match when I installed the parts, parts which I had brought in separate from the car to save money. The manufacturer had several options for the same color and we guessed wrong. When I got ahold of Matt, he instantly said bring it in and we'll get it right. I offered to pay for at least labor and he refused. The first paint only took 2 days. The repaint didn't even take 1. He was the best quote out of 5 shops originally and the most flexible and understanding. He even went out of his way after hours to help me diagnose an issue on another vehicle. Matt and this shop are a class act. I'm a customer for life. I highly recommend using Mueller.

We went here about a month or so ago for a sideview mirror replacement. They were willing to work around our work schedule. The day of our appt, we realized we needed new wipers and they also did that for us last minute. Super quick and awesome service!

Took my van in to be estimated for repair after a parking lot mystery damage. Very nice, informative and professional evaluation of damage. They will work with my auto insurance company and get back with me on details. Couldn't ask for better service!

If a person needs an estimate on their vehicle after an accident they dont want to wait two weeks to get it. Use to when I went to rusty Lowe's all you had to do is show up and say I need an estimate. Guess that is unheard of here now.

Made an appt to get an estimate on my car door. When the lady gave me the estimate, I had a feeling we would not be getting my door fixed there as it was several hundred more dollars than I was anticipating but once I got in my car I was CERTAIN I would not be doing work with them. My floor board was SO MUDDY. Not dirt, actual MUD everywhere. I m not sure what the heck the guy just got done doing and why he couldn t clean his shoes or hands but there was dirt/mud on my door handle inside and outside as well as my steering wheel. Super rude. I really should have went back in and made the guy clean it up. I cant leave a review on the actual services offered, but if you re looking for a body shop with good customer service, I would not recommend.
