Wow! They were so awesome ! I went there today nervous, looking to buy my first car. Everyone there made me feel like part of the family. I walked out of the office full of confidence, with my first Car!!! I have never felt so comfortable so quickly. I would and will definitely recommend Gray Auto Brokers to anyone searching for a vehicle

Quick service for an oil change but you do have to set up an appointment as they are very busy. Staff were cordial and friendly enough.

Fantastic place for service or buying a vehicle. Local company with quality pre-owned vehicles. Better than stealership and guys who want to sell a car.

Worst experience I've had buying a vehicle. I found a truck I liked on their lot. After test drive I asked what the engine light was on for. I was told it was just an O2 sensor and they just ain't had time to get it fixed. I felt ok shopping here cause friends told me they had good experiences here and also my girlfriend went to school with the gray family and knew them. Only reason I purchased the truck is cause they said they would schedule me back in and take care of the issue at NO COST. A week after having the truck home I figured I would just pay a local shop I trust to fix the 02 sensor since I live over an hour away from Gray's. Mechanic scanned the code and said it was not an 02 sensor code and that it was a clogged catalytic converter. I went ahead and replaced the O2 sensors since I done purchased them. I called Gray's back and notified them that I replaced the O2 sensors and it did not fix the issues. They told me to bring it back so they could diagnose it. Well I took the truck back and they confirmed it was a clogged catalytic converter. That's when they told me that it was an 1800$ job and that I would have to at least pay half. I informed the maintenance tech the salesman promised to fix the issues with the engine light if I purchased the truck at no cost. He said we would have if it was just an O2 sensor. I said well I can't help that's what I was told. The salesman then joined the conversation and stated yes I told him it was just an 02 sensor. I asked to speak with the two gray brothers 3 times and was told every time they was unavailable. The maintenance tech told me If i covered the labor expense that they would take care of the rest. I ended up having to spend 367$ for labor and to top it all off I never got a dealer tag. They removed my trade in vehicles plate that was a car and put it on my truck. Well a covered bridge plate can not be placed on a truck per the bmv. I informed them twice and even when they fixed the truck I didn't get a plate. I will never recommend anyone here and will make sure I share my experience with my fellow racers at the tracks and with all my family and friends. Their slogan says "we treat you like family" well I feel bad for them cause I would never treat family that way. Stay away and look elsewhere.

Just bought used Kia Soul for good price! Tyler was very friendly and showed us all the great bells and whistles of the car. Andrew was very professional and helpful while negotiating our deal. Highly recommended!

They say they checked the cars out but they will sell you a car with obvious ball joint issuesThey will sell you a warranty that when you take it back for one of those issues on the warranty they say it's not covered. A car that keeps dying and should be covered under the warranty they act like they can't find out what the issue is and do nothing.3000 for an extended warranty that's worthless.

This place has got to be the best dealership and set of employees I ve ever come across. I don t usually take my car to a mechanic, because I m skeptical. But the ladies and gentleman here are an absolutely outstanding team. They were quick to tell me what was wrong with my car and gave me a wonderful deal. If I had an option to put more than 5 stars, I would. Best dealership in greenfield Indiana.

I have been doing business here for years. The BEST place in town to purchase a nice pre-owned vehicle!! They treat you with respect and are very fair with prices and trade-ins. It is also the only place I take my vehicles for maintenance and mechanical needs.

I've bought many vehicles here over the years and have always been happy. However, this last time was a horrible experience. They acted like they could care less about a long time loyal customer. My time was not important to them. They mailed paperwork to the wrong place and when it was returned, it sat on a desk for many days till I came in to find out what was going on rather than call me to tell me. Place has went down hill over the years it seems.

We have had dealings with Gray Autos for over 20 years and have always had personal and professional attention paid to all of our transactions. We trust this dealership and feel they have always been fair and upstanding in their business with us. We just purchased our fourth vehicle from them and are totally satisfied. Their integrity is apparent from the time you step into their showroom. Great! Went in looking for one vehicle and when that one didn't work out was able to find me another vehicle and had me in it in no time. Worked with Zack and he was honest and reliable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Communication is very one sided. I was given specific time lines of when to expect calls or when work will be started and they have not been met. I'm going on my 4th week of trying to get my car into the shop at this point. And understandably, Justin, the service department manager, did tell me it would be three weeks before they could get my car in. So I put it on the books to have them work on it in three weeks. I left my car there when I was out of town the first week just in case they ended up being able to work on it(they did not which is fine because it wasn't planned) after that week I took the car home and called them requesting my price quote, no response. Another 4 days and I called and left another voicemail, no response. I waited another week until my three week mark came up for when I'm supposed to take it into the shop. Called in and found out the mechanic went out to get my car to check it out and realized it was not there (hadn't been for 2 weeks). Once they saw that the car was gone they "thought I got pissed and took my car back" so they cancelled my appointment. . . At which point the earliest they could get me in was in another week(at this moment they provided me with a verbal quote) So I set an appointment for today for them to start working on my car. I dropped my car off over the weekend with a note saying to call me before they start working on it so that I could get my quote in writing. I have yet to hear from the shop today at all. I have called twice and the manager txted me saying he will call me back in a moment(3.5 hrs ago from now) and still nothing. I feel extremely disrespected and like they do not want my business at all. I am not saying this to bash the company but just to warn other people that if you have major repairs not to expect them to take priority in this shop and that it will take a long time to get your vehicle back. Outside of the service department, everyone I talked to at the front desk was rather nice. I am not upset with waiting three weeks as that expectation was set, all I request is communication. I have heard great things about Todd, the mechanic in the shop, and would still like to have him do the repairs. I will update this review if anything changes for the positive. I will be picking up my car tomorrow after work if I do not hear anything from them before that time.

My experience with the service department has been great. Clarence Ebert is always knowledgeable and very kind to explain what is wrong and how they are going to fix it. They go that extra mile to get it right...I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Treat you like family yea right. Scam and take advantage of you like family is more like it. Overpriced service and overpriced vehicles might as well be a buy here pay here or an oak motors. Will never take another thing to them would rather pay a tow truck to take my vehicle to indy to get fixed by real mechanics.

terrible customer service , will not return calls or any form of communication.treat people like family, yeah maybe family members you hate or have banished.stay away from this dealership.. then when you do talk to someone you get the run around on prices and info. so you don't know who to believe , just shady all the way around.

If you received the The King of Cars event coming to Gray Auto, BEWARE! It's about as close to false advertising as you can get! My mailer would lead me to believe I have won a 55" 4K TV. If you read it all, my chances are actually 1:39,250. It says the least you can win is a Smart Watch. Seems to make you think you would be guaranteed at least the watch. Think again!Shame on you Gray Auto... I have never been in and can't say it's a bad place to purchase a car. Based on Gray Auto doing this event... I will never be stopping in.Sorry guys... to me this is very misleading. How do you not get very angry customers when they figure this out!

I didn't want to give any star, brought a van, drove 1 week, I knew it was the transmission going out, 300 miles I put on it , Scott in service said his transmission specialist said it was something else , and the part they ordered was on backorder , the part had nothing to do with the transmission and I guess is still on backorder, after 8 weeks without my van, and being told by Brint they had no transmission specialist, I took it to transmission shop down the street and trans fixed in 3 days, but it cost us alot of money no help with this or even phone calls , we are retired and my wife is really upset about it, she thought they were like family, they said they sold it for a 3rd party, but Gray autos name was on everything, I've made our last purchase there and will tell everyone about our bad experience, so buyers please have your future purchases there checked out by a mechanic, I made a mistake, mine only had 63000 miles with a bad transmission

Working back and forth on a deal a few times, we were close then on our final offer we didn't get a call back. We would have bought vehicle either way. Not the way to conduct business. Go elsewhere!!

I was in an accident and knew I would have to pay out of pocket for the damage and told them I needed to get to work. They have had my car for eight days and have not even started fixing the car. I will not be going to them anymore for repairs. I am sorry I considered it.
