Well, I finally picked up my 2024 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid from Capitol City Ford here in Greenfield Indiana. I had originally ordered it in September 2022. But these trucks are in such hot demand that they never got around to building my 2023 and a lot of other folks. So I worked with my sales rep Alan King to convert my 2023 order to a new 2024. So many other dealers are jacking up the price of these Ford Mavericks by thousands of dollars. But because I ordered it, they honored my 2023 to 2024 pricing. They also honored my $500 veterans discount and because I am a member of veterans advantage. It also qualified me to get Ford X plan pricing. Which resulted in the price being below MSRP. I appreciate the entire staff and especially Alan Kingfor taking such good care of me. If you re in Central Indiana area you should make your way out to the Greenfield Capitol City Ford and they will hook you up.

Capitol City Ford in Greenfield IN was an awesome experience in buying our F-150 Limited. Dan Pribble was very professional and answered all our questions with zero pressure. I bought my Bronco from the dealership and they were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Kirby and Shane went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my vehicle. Fast forward a couple months later there were a couple of updates that needed to be done to my vehicle, and they called to inform me of the recalls and scheduled to have somebody come to my house to fix the issues. Then I called at the beginning of this week to schedule an oil change and was advised that they could have someone come pick my vehicle up and drop it back off once the oil change and tire rotation were complete. Highly recommend this dealership. I ve never had a better experience than the one with Ford and Greenfield. Not to mention, the customer service is impeccable. If you are searching for a new vehicle, I strongly suggest you shop at this dealership.

We had a very quick and easy experience at Capital City Ford. Our salesman Dan Pribble was the best. From the time we met with him he showed nothing but genuine concerned about our needs. Dan is one of the best salesman we've encountered he made sure that everything that needed to be done was done and even with our follow-up questions he handled those professionally and insured a satisfactory ending. I definitely would recommend Dan to any one of my family members to help purchase their next car.

Dan sold me my first car in 2023. I had issues with the vehicle and returned back to him for assistance. Dan and the Capital City Ford team stayed with me all day and fought to ensure I got a good deal. Dan is a great associate and very attentive. Awesome service and excellent work. You are family and treated like family.I brought my 2018 Ford F-150 to have the gasket replaced on my fog light. It seemed like an easy fix, but nope it was more intense. The condensation was so bad it wasn't working at all.The service advisor Audrey ordered the parts and Tim made sure it was done correctly in the service area.They had to take off the front bumper to get access to the fog light.The service department is the BEST they work together. They help each other out.Now that's family that cares about your vehicle.Thank you for all your hard work. :-)

The last thing that I wanted to do was buy a new car but my 2007 was at death's door. So glad that I met Dan Pribble. He has gone above and beyond to help me. He's answered any questions I have had (I have had a lot), helped me with financing, the price for my trade in, he even had my tire fixed at no cost after I picked up a nail after having the car only a week. He has truly helped this nervous female and I really appreciate him. If you find yourself in need of a new or used ride, go see Dan. I am happy with my new to me blue Equinox that I've named Madame Blueberry.

I hate going to a car dealer. The expectation, in the eyes of the public, is that it will be a major hassle. In fact, last time I bought a car, I was there from 11 am to 6 pm -- SEVEN HOURS.So it was a great relief today (2/21/2024) to do business with Capitol City's excellent and personable salesperson (who goes by A.J.). There was no run-around, no hassle, everything was straightforward, and I feel that I got a fair amount for my trade-in.If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend getting in touch with A.J. at the Greenfield dealership. And if so, I hope you will feel as satisfied as I do.

I called about a BMW on Wednesday, go through the loan app, schedule an appointment for 3pm today since my loan was approved, left work 4 hours early and texted I m headed that way, Tee Davis said he d let keyton know I m coming earlier and have it out front running. I drive 53 minutes from Indy, get there and can t find the car. I m texted about 15 min later to say it s been sold. So, due to lack of professionalism and courtesy, I m out $250 for leaving work, and my gas and time to only get a sorry man. I ll never ever recommend anyone deal with this place. An absolute disgrace to professionalism

My sales Rep was Alan King. I was very pleased with my purchase. Alan was very easy to get along with from the get go and a great sense of humor. I had a great experience working with Capital City Ford in Greenfield. Very friendly and was willing to work with me on price and making sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. My car saleswoman Shayla was the best!! I was upside down on my car but needed a truck for my business. Shayla worked with by sending me options almost daily and was patient trying to find me a nice truck that fit my price range. It took three times coming back but she got me into a nice truck without breaking the bank. Thanks Shayla and Tim for all that you did! Thanks Capital City!

On 11/6/23 I received a call about an existing recall on my 2016 Ford Escape involving the shift cable bushing. They performed a service of coming out to my residence and replacing the bushing there. The process involved getting under the hood and doing service around the transmission. Prior to this service, there was no issues with my vehicle or any signs of transmission error. On 11/7/23 they serviced the recall, then not more than 4 days later on 11/11/23 my transmission begins to act up and I could no longer drive my vehicle. I then had to pay $180 to have my car towed back to the dealership, and when they got to look at my car monday the service stated it had nothing to do with what they touched and that I would have to pay $6500 to have my transmission rebuilt. The biggest discount offered was $400 off of the original estimate that was given to me. When I went to retrieve my key in order to have my car taken to another place to be serviced, there was a $150 diagnostics fee that was never mentioned over the phone or prior to them looking at the vehicle. It is just awful ironic things played out the way they did, and the way customer service was handled has led me to no longer seek ford service or products from here to the foreseeable future.

I took my daughter in to purchase her very first car. We worked with Keyton Olmo and he could not have provided a better experience! Very friendly and up front about the whole process.
