I love that they prefer to talk to you in person about the issues with your vehicle. Also, we like the fact that they can work with my insurance!

Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff was extremely helpful in all areas of the repairs to my 2017 Explorer. Great place to do business. Impressed with work ethic and the handling of my claim. I got into a pretty bad front end collision and had my car sent here, have had nothing but suspension problems ever since no matter what I replace, due to only replacing one strut rather than the pair. (He said the strut wasn't broken during the accident whereas the estimator did) Also the paint on my bumper, fender, and hood are already peeling/rusting after a little over 13 months and the "replacement" fender is made of the cheapest metal I've ever seen on a car, the man was never polite to me and only had rude things to say due to how many cars he already had. If you like for your car to stay on the road for less than buying the car again, simply do not give this man your business you will be disappointed.

They are SO nice and understanding. They went above and beyond for me after I was in a hit and run by someone, needing body work done to my brand new car. They did amazing work and my car is beautiful again!

Had to wait a long time to be helped and then quote was way out of reality. Even Insurance company, whom had this place as preferred, agreed he was it realistic with price. I feel he just didn't want more work, after all he did say he was busy.

Very professional and not just with the body work that they do. They do other repairs too. They are polite and very cooperative in trying to work with your schedule.
