I was traveling to Ohio on this past Friday. My tire pressure started going down quickly right before the exit 104. I pulled into the Advanced Auto. They were busy! I was hoping to buy fix a flat but it was on the rim when we made it out. The two associates helped me and put the spare on and I made it to Belle Tire. Thank you!

Would love to give a better review but this has two reasons. One the young man with the camouflage hat was just sitting in his car down the Aisle With rotors Hitting his Vape continuously and on his phone watching stuff instead of helping people. The reason I still gave it 3 stars was because there was two other employees there that were actually willing to help us even though they were doing stuff in the back. William came up helped two of us in line While another employee was a short man with breaded hair helped the one behind me with locating what they were looking for.The young man I think his name was Brad or Rad I couldn't really see his shirt that was sitting in the chair in the aisle didnt even get up till William was done with the helping usperson. Seems like someone should be talked to about just sitting around and hitting a vape infront of customers.

I was stranded on I70 a few miles from the store with a loose battery connection. Made my way to the store on a Sunday evening and still a few hours from home. The store manager went above and beyond with providing great service and a solution to a problem I didn't know how to fix. He replaced my battery cable terminal and got me back on the road for under $10. I'm so grateful for the service and expertise provided.

RV battery died just down the street from store. Manager brought the battery down to us, helped replace it, then checked out the electrical system to make sure it was ok. Super nice guy, will definitely get all my auto needs from them!!!

There still are good people out there. I broke part of my brake caliper last night trying to change my brakes. I checked online and advanced auto parts said it had the part. I walked there and come to find out they didn t. But the manager called autozone and they had it. He could have just left it at that but he drove me there to get the part and then drove me home. Thanks Adam of advanced auto parts!

A competitor couldn't connect with the hub on the computer to order my part and the salesman was "Too busy to call the hub" so I said guess I'm not a valued customer. "I'm sorry sir " Damn straight you are! Went to Advance, got great counter help and they price matched the cheaper competition AND I'll have the part in the morning as opposed to 2 days from now. Kudos Advance. Thank you

The two guys behind the counter were nice and informative. They didn't talk down to me like a lot of car places do. Got an idea of my issue and bought the first item to try and fix it.

You'll get above and beyond customer service here. Our car battery died on us at the gas station down the road and Bob (I think that was his name) drove us in a company car to give it a jump so we could bring it over and get a new battery. And the other guy, I forget his name (sorry!), was so helpful getting it replaced. Thank you! :D

They wanted $66.00 for a outer tie rod that they sold for 15.00, 20.00 two years ago that I can buy today on PartsGeek for 33.00 plus 9.45 shipping..!AutoZone wanted 105.00Kiss my @ss, I'll buy online..!

The folks behind the counter often don't know what you are talking about or just plain don't want to look it up this is a great place to get codes read in your vehicle but only if the older gentleman is there otherwise it's a waste of time trying to talk to these people.

While traveling to Baltimore from Iowa our tail pipe bracket busted on our truck. With no muffler shops in Greenfield available we stopped in to Advance Auto in Greenfield. Mark helped us in more ways than you can imagine. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Would highly recommend this store and especially Mark.

Always get autoparts here...always helpful. One piece of criticism... the new speed bumps are obnxiously tall. Owners/Managers of store should take note that there are scrapes on the top of your speed bumps, which means you are on notice that the speed bumps are damaging customer's cars.

Called them at 9:30 pm, knowing they didn t close until 10 pm to get a part ordered for tomorrow. No one answered the phone even though I called them 4 times off of 2 different phones.. Your sign says you don t close until 10 then you don t stop helping people until 10. I ll take my business to Autozone, much nicer staff and the prices are better!

Usually go here before Autozone or somewhere else. They has what I needed and got in and out fairly quickly. No complaints.
