Went in for a part, they didnt have it in stock but offered to order it from another location for delivery the same day. I was told it would be at their store in about 3 hrs. They called in 2.5 hrs that it was delivered. I am very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be my place to go first for any vehicle needs.

I like NAPA quality more than those other guys store brands, and I will pay a few dollars more for it. They offer a 10% veterans discount. Something to be aware of, each store is independently owned, so I'm told, and will not accept a return from a different store.

Good ol NAPA, I always did like this store. Especially this one, when I walk into this store all of the staff there knows me by name. Now some say that might be a bad thing lol, but I look at it as an awesome experience and feeling to walk into a store and everyone knows ya and they go out of your way. Now theses folk went out of there way to show me that they welcome my business, I do a little mechanicing on the side, and I can't ask for any more than that.So I thank you NAPA crew for being thoughtful and generous and much more than that.

Asked about a part for a tool. Waited 15 minutes or so, finally got a answer of well I'm not showing anything in the "book" and hung up on me. Lost this customer.

Don't normally do business in Crawfordsville since 20+ miles one way. Sometimes will go to that city for big box store.

The best place in town to get parts, and if they don't have the parts you need they will try to get them as soon as they can.
