If you happen to be interviewed by Rob Early for a forklift position please be aware you will not be on a forklift for several weeks and maybe not at all. He told me I would be on a forklift 90% of the time and doing manual labor the rest. Taking his word I quit my other job. The 3 weeks I was there I never touched a lift and was had to walk heavy, broken racks back and forth. Sometimes up to 12-13 miles per day. Just want everyone to be aware he's a crooked POS!! Talked to several people and unfortunately I wasn't the only one and pretty sure not the last

My significant other started work here and worked for 3 weeks, they let him go bc manager didn t do their job and clock him in. He didn t even get his badge those 3 weeks bc HR apparently can t type on the computer and hold their breathe at the same time.He also set up direct deposit and they can t even manage to do that. Heartland aka heartless is not worth working for. And to all the people saying I love my job it s probably bc you got the laziest job that heartless can offer.

Don't do it. The office is nothing but a disaster of incompetence, the managers are not present with their people. No one supports anyone, no training whatsoever, the place is a joke. If you absolutely need a job, then take this one..but honestly don't take the place seriously.

Don't work here unless you can't find anywhere else. They don't care about employee safety or conditions. Air conditioning is broken most of the time on most of the floor leading to 90 degree temperatures around the year. Yet in their offices they have fresh and cold water any time they want and it's always cool. They don't care about you and they're always understaffed. It's not hard to see whyTL;DR: The Japanese who own the company hate you

Probably the closest thing to a sweatshop you're legally allowed to run in the United States. Low wages, poor treatment of workers, large amounts of mandatory overtime with little or no advance notice. I would recommend selling every nonessential organ in your body before working here.

Brought safety concerns that would potentially cause injury was let go for doing so. Awful management spent 2 years missed 4 days due to an injury doctor recommend not to work and was let go
