I had a great experience with Steve, I needed new windshield wipers not only did he help me pick out the correct ones, he insisted on installing them for me. It was a rainy day and I wasn t expecting such amazing service from start to finish. Keep up the great work!!

Just want to thank Joe and Jay for their Great customer service. Very welcoming as soon as I walked in and felt they had my best interest. Very informative on the specific items I needed to fix my vehicle! Thank you for a great experience and definitely will be back for all my automotive needs!

Ordered a complete exhaust kit for my car (Brexhaust) only to find that it included wrong parts and could not be used. I had to wait another week after ordering parts from a competitor, because they could not get everything needed, even separately.

Update: At South Bend AutoZone on US 23 Granger employee Kevin did not want to honor the Warranty and exchange brake pads he became very aggressive and over talk to me and I felt belittled. Corporate was called and got his regional managers name Craig and which they indicated that he would have a talk with Kevin regarding regarding behavior and call. Craig did call and apologize for Kevin s unprofessional behavior and would address it with him.

Visited Monday 3/29/22 and the gentleman working was awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Others should model themselves after this guy. Will definitely return to this store and recommend to others.

Terrible customer service. Teenage daughter went there tonight for oil. Lady was Zero help to her. Since she didn't know her engine size, lady told her to get Vin. When she asked where it was located, she gave my daughter attitude for reasking what side of car it was on. Inside she told her what oil she needed and pointed in general area. Once again attitude when daughter tried asking for better idea where it was located. Finally she walked her to the right area. Daughter repeatedly said she didn't know what she was doing and needed help. She straight up asked her to help her pick one out. Lady told her "you need to learn sometime" and wouldn't help her. How she gonna learn from rude people. The experience caused her anxiety to kick in and she broke down in parking lot. Last time any us will step foot in there.

Was looking for a replacement for an air tire pump that plugs into both the wall electrical outlet and the car s cigarette lighter/power source. I called the nearby AutoZone and a woman picked up the phone. I think her name might have been Pam. She was helpful so we decided to drive to the store. At the store, we were helped by a man named Chris, who assisted us in narrowing down which model would be the best replacement. Since the model we wanted was currently out of stock, Chris found the nearest AutoZone location with it in stock and called to confirm as well as schedule a delivery (to this store location) to arrive the very next day. The air tire pump did arrive the next day, even earlier in the day than was expected. We are happy and relieved that thanks to the great customer service provided by Auto Zone (via the employees in store and through their delivery system), that we now have an air tire pump.

This store doesn't always have everything you need as it's just a smaller parts store, but they will order it asap. The staff here however, is fantastic. They are extremely helpful and I have not yet had a bad experience here. I am no expert mechanic but I do a lot of my own basic engine work. This time I had to replace my water pump and fan clutch. These guys helped me out to get the part and even let me borrow their fan clutch tools! 100% would recommend.

Really disappointed in Auto Zone. We went for brakes, the guy gave us the wrong ones. Ok.... That happens.We returned them, he looked it up again, says oh, we only have these at our Elkhart location. Go clear over there to get them. WRONG ONES AGAIN!!!Went to O'Reilly's, they had the correct brakes the first time cheaper than AZ. Guess where I'll go first next time???

I like the store the staff was friendly. I knew my way around the store so I was fine, however the manager on duty was busy talking to a customer, nothing related to automotive, he never acknowledged myself or a customer who came in while I was waiting at checkout. I waited at checkout for several minutes as the other associate was finishing with a customer. Meanwhile the manager was still in conversation with the same person. I thought perhaps he could pause his conversation momentarily just to help a few customers and then finish the conversation. Understably this was after 830 pm, the store closes at 9. It was quiet, however a few more customers came in after I had gotten what I needed. Over all I'm not mad and will try the store again.

Always have had great help from knowledgeable staff at this location. Tonight they took customer service to the next level as they helped me with a check engine light right at closing time in freezing cold weather. Stayed open to help a customer and were happy to do so... doesn t get much better than that.

Went there to get a bulb for my Kia's turn signal. The AutoZone sign said that they offered "Advice" so I asked if they had any to offer regarding changing the bulb since I've never done that. The person at the counter said that if the manager was free he could look at it, which he did, and he actually changed the bulb for me. Made my day!!!!

Wanted to buy a good quality oil filter. Unfortunately, the salesman did not understand why I would want to spend more money on an oil filter. Bad day maybe? Nothing against the salesman, I just want what I want.
