Will V. Was so professional He was willing to answer all my question checked out my car Battery and alternator My battery wasn't showing fully charged so he had me drive around for 20 minutes and told me to come back so he could check it again just to make sure He knew what he was talking about. He was absolutely amazing I definitely recommend going to see Will V. Thank you Will for taking the time to help me out.

Well this young man check my battery, which was dead on the freezing cold and raining. Put the new battery in , then checked it again, to make sure it was just the battery. The whole time with a smile and patience. Thank you, Cameron. I hope that I remembered your name.

Love this store and both the employees working there were very helpful. I will always shop Advanced Auto because of this.One question I was hoping you could help with, is there was a gentleman named Eric that I was talking to. He was very knowledgable and also complimented the earrings I made. I was hoping I could get in touch with him as he wanted to buy 2 pairs for his significant other. He had given me his number and unfortunately I misplaced it. I was hoping to reach out to him and not bother him at work. If you could please pass along this message, I would appreciate it.

Third stop for a battery...first two places were out of stock for my average, extremely common car. Super helpful, friendly, and checked the starter and alternator before selling me (and installing) the battery to be sure they weren't draining the battery. Will definitely remember them in the future and recommend.

Always a helpful and knowledgeable staff, and they're pretty good as far as having a lot of parts in stock. The ones they don't have they can usually get same day, next day at the latest. Prices are good too. Store is clean and organized.

Checked car battery. Wait was a minute or 2. Staff was knowledgeable. Explained they could Check alternator and starter in parking lot in a few minutes. Would recommend. Forgot to ask of they switch wipers for you

After they installing a battery, my vehicle died while out driving. They didnt fasten the clamp to the new post. Took it back they mess up the clamp more. I stopped them and left.Months later returned to buy a light. Harness would not fit as it should. Rudely told me they could not return if installed..couldnt install it it would not fit. But did take back after manager and worker discussed as I was trying to talk to themTo many other options to deal with that incompetence and blatant rudeness.

Stopped in because I was having trouble with my car overheating. Hunter took time to come out and check it out. Filled the coolant resevior. Excellent customer service.

Bob is the best, very very knowledgeable, particularly when discussing older venicles. Always goes out of his way to find the part you are looking for or to provide information regarding your car.

Associate questioned my knowledge about what was wrong with my car and then did not offer to sell me the alternator that I needed after he did the test. He was impatient and condescending.
