Absolutely terrible. Showed up 10 minutes before they open because they get busy. Then had to wait 10 minutes after they open because no one was showing up. Was then told that they couldn't help me for at least another hour because they need two people there in order to work on cars at all. Went to the restroom and came back. Suddenly there's two guys working and 5 people in line waiting. They then told me that I would have to wait behind everyone in order to get help and the lady who told me this laughed at me. Do not go here.

Absolute worst! Waited in line for 45 minutes to replace a $150 car battery purchased 02/20 with a 3 year warranty. I was told it would take 60 minutes to test the battery, so I patiently waited. The service manager comes out of the garage, aggressively approaches me demanding a receipt, which I didn't bother keeping due to Walmarts hassle free return policy, only to be told they refuse to honor the warranty without a receipt. The battery had the purchase sticker on it, SKU bar, and the Walmart sticker.

My car requires synthetic oil an Walmarts oil change is affordable. The wait seems long but no worse than other places. They are open on weekends an longer so it's convenient if that's only time you have an just need maintenance done.

The worse service ever. I select 4 tires and I leave. They call to inform me they only have 3 tires and they'll put 2 on. I tell her, the back tire is flat, so I need that 1 change especially. Guess which 1 they didn't change and tried to lie and say they did? The flat 1. Smh. $300 to still have a flat tire.

Went in for an oil change, they told me it would be an hour wait. That was fine because I had some shopping to do: it ended up being 3, and at the end of those 3 hours one of the mechanics came over to me and started rambling about racecars or something equally stupid, then asking me if I knew what random car parts were (to which I said no because I don't know cars, which he probably assumed because I'm a woman )... So instead of just outright telling me he broke a valve or something necessary to changing my oil, he first tried to confuse me by using car terminology totally unrelated to the oil-changing process, then tried to blame the last guy that changed my oil (went to walmart the time before that too, soooo it still would've been their fault even if he was telling the truth) even though it was blatantly his fault and he knew it.

Actually had in stock the size tires I called in for. Aswell as getting me in and out of there in 15 minutes for a carrying set. I'd trust to go to this particular Walmart again.

Went to the Automotive dept. to get my battery replaced and about 1 hour and 40 minutes and $180 later I got it. It was a 5 minute job.

This is the worst oil and lube center. Every time I come whether in the middle of the week or wkd I WSU for at least 3 hours. I have been here 5 hours today just to put a spare tire on. Horrible estimate on time frames as well. I was told 2-3 hours max. Asked at 5 pm they said another30-40 mins and here it s 7pm!

Guy at the front desk was the only one who was working. The actual mechanics were the slowest moving humans on this earth. I had to buy one tire and get my rim put on they didn't start on it for 2 hours. Never ever come here only reason I did was bc it was Sunday

The price of the tires was quite reasonable, but when I get my free tire rotation I was made to sign a document that I had been told that the oil was "very, very low". Of course I checked it before leaving the parking lot. It was about 1/8 of a quart below the full mark on an engine that had just run. This is either stupidity or something far worse.

Went in today to put new tires on for a friend, they were very polite , in-spite of being busy and short handed . Did a great job . Thank you for helping out in a pinch.

This older lady name sherri was with bad customer service !!! and also in auto they didn t help me out with what I need with my road hazard !
