I showed up a day before Thanksgiving and they were SLAMMED. The man at the counter was calm and collected. I received my tires and had them put on.Not bad for fully booked holiday shenanigans

Had them try to repair atire. They they didn't put the core back in the valve stem. Imagine my surprise when I took off the cover on the valve stem.

Went and got an oil change. The next day I had an appointment in Lagrange. Came outside after my appointment and there was oil everywhere. I called my mechanic that I usually use and come to find out, they didn't tighten the oil plug and it came off. I went back to them after I had it repaired and put another 5 quarts of oil. Gave them a bill and sqid they would have to do an investigation. A week later and 100 calls later, they still had bo answers for me. Needless to say this has been over 6 months ago now. I will never ever go back there for service and recommend that anyone who loves there vehicle not to either.Service: Oil change

They took 3 hours to change 4 tires. Then brought the keys and put them in the finish box and told us the car wasn't ready, finally 30 minutes later we said those are my keys right there, where's my car. Then was told they checked the wrong car out and had to fix the paperwork. I will never go back to Goshen Walmart tire center. Very unhappy with them.

Short version: they can't repair a basic tire puncture, they can't replace a tire, and they can't call their customers to talk about what needs to happen with the car. Very frustrating all around.Longer version: Wife's car had a flat on Saturday night, so we took it to Walmart on Sunday (because the other auto places were all closed). We asked if they could do a repair and if not, to replace the tire. They said they would call (probably in about an hour) when they had an update.3 hours later, no phone call. I called and the lady said, "Oh, yes, it's done." By "done," she meant they didn't do anything: they couldn't repair the puncture, and didn't carry the right size tires so they couldn't replace it.. Got an excuse about how she was at lunch which is why they hadn't called. So basically, I waited 3 hours for them to look at the car and say, "Nope, nothing we can do."The next day, we took the car to Monteith (across the street) and they were able to repair the tire, no problem.

Hours say they are open til 7pm. We got there before 5 to get 2 new tires and was turned away because they were closing at 6 and had too many jobs already. For being the only place open on a Sunday for tires, that's pretty bad customer service. We will take our money elsewhere.

First trip a week ago, for an oil change brought pick up home parked it for a week, husband checked oil level today it was 2 quarts over full. Returned it today and pointed out the error, they did a complete change again today and then showed me it was at the correct level. BUT in the mean time they got grease and oil all over floor mats and didn't see it til I returned home.

It was rough not sure what was going on with staff that day but it was kind of a nightmare ...lack of help lack of communication on. There part ...they were trying I guess but wish they would of just been honest and said today might not be the day for us to try to fit you in...let's try tomorrow...lol

Showed up, waited like 15 minutes while they smoked in the back, allthewhile they knew I was there but didnt come up to inform me about anything. So I call the place and ask if they're doing oil changes right now, they confirmed they were and told me to walk inside. I walk inside and the lady says the employees had apparently told me to walk inside. Yet they couldnt even handle me looking at them while I was waiting. Horrible customer service.. lazy, lying ass employees.

Lots of room for improvement on customer service.And always some stupid little rule why they can't do something that any other tire shop will do, after you've walked around the store for an hour waiting on your vehicle.This is my last venture with Walmart tires.

There are much better places to go for auto service in Goshen. Monteith tire across the street is one place. The service center is the opposite of service, it should be called the disservice center. Twice they have turned me down to work on my car due to silly little rules that other service centers don't care about. Don't go here.

I do not recommend any walmart auto places. They usually provide a horrible service and make alot of mistakes. I definitely do not reccomend. I can reccomend other places around the Goshen IN area though. Doug's alignment is a great place for service and quality. Montieth's Best One auto tire service is a great place also. Also Goldstone Automotive provide great quality and service.

Called before hand and they said they weren't doing anything except emergency flat repairs. Got there and said they're not taking anymore oil changes to another customer except flat repairs but when I asked said no we're not taking anymore of those because they had 4 oil changes to do yet.

My husband has been there 4 times to repair a tire they installed for us. (it's leaked since day one) The final time (yesterday) they actually broke a stud (and did not fix tire) and now my hubby has to take the car to an actual repair shop to be fixed. Crazy! No more Walmart auto for us!

I have been here a couple times for tires. John, the manager, the sales associate and the tech guys are all friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience this last time was fast and afforable.. the time before that the mechanic came out and kept hassling me to upgrade and get unnecessary things done to my car!

Was one of the first people here and others showed up after me and were able to leave before me. All i needed was a simple tire rotation and its been 2hr+
