We were looking for a new travel trailer and RV Specialist had the model we were looking for. Amazing service from the entire family. So easy to deal with. All costs explained upfront. No surprises. Full walk through and detailed explanation of the features and benefits of our RV. We highly recommend buying your next travel trailer from RV Specialist.

1st off the best big purchase we have made! We were nervous being out of state but everything Jay said he lived up to. The price had no surprises our new camper was prepped and ready with everything ready to camp on the date he had said. Jay spent ample amount of time explaining everything on our new unit so we felt comfortable. When we found a manufacturer defect Jay and his family went out of their way to fix it so we could be on our new journey. We would buy it all over again from RV Specialist and we have shared their name with everyone that asks about our new camper. God Bless.

This review is for the well deserving family that is RV Specialist. My wife and I ordered a 2022 Coachmen Freedom Express 252RBS, and couldn t be happier with our purchase and the experience we had with the family that sold and delivered it to us. We met 3 generations of honest, hardworking, Americans that stand by their word. The entire ordering, and pick-up process were easy, and Jay gave a very informative delivery walk-thru as well. You will not find a better price anywhere, and there truly are no hidden fees etc. Needless to say if we ever purchase another RV you know where we will be buying it. We happily traveled over 750 miles from the Raleigh, NC area to pick this trailer up and would do it again. My husband and I purchased�our first travel trailer from RV Specialist in July and could not be happier. Jay and his family are absolutely the best there is. We saved over $8k by not buying from a major RV dealer in Grand Rapids and will drive the 3 hours to Goshen for our next camper too.� We were given a 2-hour extensive tour, detailing the how-to's inside and outside our camper. We also purchased a weight distribution hitch and braker controller, which�they installed while we were there. The facility is immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Would recommend them 100%.

We had an issue with the roof on our new travel trailer. Glen at RV Specialist contacted us to make sure the repairs by the manufacturer were satisfactory. Also, RV Specialists gave us the best price on our new Apex Nano.Thanks Glen for your follow up!

Simply an outstanding experience! Can't recommend RV Specialist enough--here are the details:1) Decision Phase: While shopping around, I called RV Specialist and talked to Lisa, who walked me through various models, configurations and pricing. Completely no pressure whatsoever; simply a friendly and helpful interaction.2) Ordering: With a production backlog at the manufacturer, Lisa was transparent up front and provided regular updates on status and expected timing. I typically sent questions via e-mail, all were answered within a day, with the vast majority receiving a response within hours.3) Pick-Up: Here I met Jay and his dad, two fantastic individuals with a wealth of knowledge in the RV industry. They spent several hours installing my hitch, walking me through the camper and answering questions. As it was throughout each stage, the service and professionalism were top notch. I even called my wife on the drive home to rave about my experience--it was that good!4: Overall: RV Specialist is family-owned & operated, and they treat their customers like family. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and left me wishing every purchase could be handled this way. We love our new camper and would definitely purchase from RV Specialist again--thank you!

Worth the drive from MN to get a Coachman Freedom Express at a price that we could not find in MN. The Troyers really know how to make their customers feel comfortable with the purchase of a new travel trailer!!!

Loved our experience here! Super friendly and honest family business. We ordered our camper in June and just picked it up Nov 5th. Jay and Lisa were really helpful and quick to respond with all our questions. Jay took plenty of time to do the walk through to show us all features and equipment on the trailer. He even fixed a couple little things the plant missed while we were there.Glenn set up our new Anderson anti-sway weight distribution hitch and took the time to teach us how to set it up at home. It was fun to hear the stories of how he got into the RV industry and designed and built custom RVs.We will definitely tell others about RV Specialist and the Troyer Family. Thank you Jay, Lisa and Glenn for making our RV purchase a truly enjoyable experience!

Very pleased with our recent purchase through RV Specialist. After shopping locally at some of the big box RV dealers, and getting the run around, we decided it was time to go out of state. RV specialist had some of the best pricing we could find anywhere. After talking to Jay, we decided to put our deposit down. Although it took a while for our unit to be produced, due to covid, Jay delivered on every promise he made. He helped us get financing while Glenn set up our weight distribution hitch. Both Jay and Glenn are very knowledgeable about the products they are delivering and are willing to put in the work to make it as easy as possible for their customers. When we took delivery we ended up with a camp ready RV, hooked up to our truck and ready to go, for less than our local dealers base price for the bare bones RV. Great prices and great customer service, This is how get a customer for life.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and thorough people. They did a complete inspection of the camper before we got here and really made sure everything was in tip top shape Walked us through every detail of the camper and how to use it. Fortunately we recorded it lol. We drove from Detroit to come here and this is might and day compared to our local dealers. Five stars isn't enough.

Bought our camper in April 2022. We were camping in a pretty hard down pour and discovered a leak. Owners of RV Specialist got it in right away found the problem and fixed it immediately. Had a few other minor items that were a concern. They took care of everything on our list. Great people to work with!!

Our first trailer build went smoothly with Jay and Lisa's assistance. They even kept it for us for a couple months before the roads got better to bring it to WA State. Honest people, good customer service. Highly recommend.

After a extensive search for a new rv, I stumbled across RV Specialist. I'm so glad I did. Their internet pricing was far below anyone else's price. So my wife and I drove 2 hours from Ohio to meet with Jay. What a pleasant experience. We already had a model picked out that we wanted. After an hour with Jay discussing options we wanted, we agreed on a deal and put down a $500 deposit. This was in August of 2021. We agreed to take delivery in March of 2022. During the waiting period I called Jay twice with upgrades we wanted. No problems. When we picked up our unit everything was spot on. Could not be happier. But what really impressed me was this... When we put down our deposit the internet price around $31,000 in the next 6-7 months the price rose to $37000. I was worried we would get hit with the price increase. But nope, that was never even mentioned. They honored the price I was quoted at the time of the down payment. I wonder if these big chain ripoff dealers would have done the same. I highly recommend RV Specialist to anyone out there looking to purchase an rv

We just brought our camper home from here. Jay Troyer and his family are great people to do business with. We live in St. Louis ,Mo. And after talking with Jay on the phone at the end of Jan. 2021, we decided to put a deposit down on a fully loaded camper. The whole process was handled remotely and even through the pandemic, shortages in supply, and model upgrades, he came through and got our trailer right on time. Hats off to Rv Specialists.

My wife and I live in Southeast Michigan. RV Specialist was the only dealer nearest that had what we were looking for back in August 2020. I highly recommend this business if you're looking to purchase an Rv. The whole process was painless with no hassle. They answer all questions and go over everything there was needed to know about our travel trailer. It was a long day for us, but well worth the drive.After Purchasing the Rv, they were very helpful with finding dealers local to us to get a couple issues taken care of. These days its hard to find customer service that will go that far to help their customers out even after the purchase has been made. 5 stars is not enough for RV Specialist!

Best price I could find anywhere and they honored their price on my special order even after prices everywhere had increased thousands of dollars and many dealers were saying that could no longer honor price guarantees . That shows great integrity. Also no hidden fees or sales pressure.Overall a great experience.

The macerator on our Roadtrek RV broke.We had to make a big detour ,but RV Specialist in Goshen, Indiana took us in and it was worth it.Jay Troyer,his father Glen and the whole family were very nice.After staying for two nights at their very modern facility, they had replaced the Macerator,and fixed different littlethings which needed attention .We can only recommend this father and son team.
