Staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the service they gave me, I pulled in with my car literally steaming from under the hood, they came out before I even got out of my vehicle. Unfortunately the code reader didn't work on my car, but they were very gracious and let me wait there until I got my car issues addressed and purchased a part that will hopefully take care of the issue.

Always helpful auto parts people. $10 per battery buy-back is great, and competitive prices on everything else.

All the parts they gave us were wrong, more than once! 4 trips back there and still wrong. But according to their computer looking things up with the Vin number they were supposedly what we needed, but were not! People behind the counter knew nothing. I wasn't sure they even pulled the right parts. I'll never go back

These guys are literally jumping to be helpful. Walked in, Stephen helped me find the items I needed. He opened one item to make sure it would work. It didn't but he immediately refunded my money.Excellent customer service here!Thank you.

I came in this store to buy wiper blades and back light bulbs for my car. And a few other things....I asked if they would help and they said NO. Even though they were justaround. I have to walk with a cane so it's kinda hard for me to do it. So I took them back in to get a refund. I went to auto zone and they were so.I will never shop here again! friendly and helped me

I pulled over as my tire pressure light came on in my vehicle, got out and heard the air seeping out of my tire. Within 10 minutes, the manager appeared (and he wasn t even on duty working) and immediately changed my tire. GREAT service! I highly recommend this location.

I've been going there for quite some time now, these good people are very professional, Very motivated and ready to take your order. I bring them Donuts every day because of their true dedicated and are always there to help you.

Awesome staff and fair prices. I needed a battery for my Expedition, and not only did they install it on the spot, they also cleaned all of the corrosion off of the battery terminals. Top notch service all the way.

Decent knowledgeable for the most part staff decent pricing. I trust the store for the most part there is one short balding man that doesn't know his butt from a hole in the ground when it comes to car repair I apologize for that statement but he has sent us down the wrong path many times otherwise a good store. I don't know his name but I did if I see him and he's the one to help me I turn around and walk out.UPDATE: The man I did not know the name was Robert and he is now the assistant manager, what a joke.

I used to love to go to the goshen oreilly . Seems like a few weeks ago they started hiring ppl that don't know the first thing about what their doing . I asked if the girl could check and see if my brake pads were under warranty. Instead of looking up my phone number she asked me what the vehicle was , what color the box was , and what the brand name of the pads were . All she had to do was look up my number and it would have told her that . I mentioned it three times . But to no avail . I used to love the knowledge in that store . Seems to be gone . I'll be going to advanced from now on

I went to Adavance just before and they didn't help me.. O'Reilly went out of their way and helped me. I'd recommend them for sure.

O'Reilly auto parts is an awesome place. The people that work there are very nice, and helpful. The manager is cool as heck, and the assistant manager is hot. You need parts, go to O'Reilly!!!

They wanted $30.00 for one wiper blade, ONE! However they did sell a cheaper one for $10.00. Who in God's name would pay $60.00 for a pair of windshield wiper blades? What has this poor world come to?

While they can't do anything about if prices are competetive or not the staff here is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They have loaner tools and will help you look up the part if you don't know where else to go. Very valuable resource to the auto DIY community!

Disappointed the guys there couldn't help my wife to change a headlight bulb... they didnt have time were to busy told her... when i got there ive noticed 2 guys behind the counter just having a nice conversation about their own vehicles....come on!!! Guys... so ever since i rather go to advance auto parts or auto zone. Sorry O'Reilly but need to have better management in charge.

Found the part I was looking for! Unfortunately they appear under staffed and only one employee was at the counter. Myself and others waited for an extensive amount of time to receive service. Overall a good experience and honestly... its an autoparts store soo It really only matters if they have what you want or not.

Went with a friend to get battery for her car on a cold day and snow was falling. We asked to check to see if the battery was really bad and the crs replied with a yes and would you like me to check the alternator and starter too, which I think was good since we were already there. In the know with O'Reilly Auto Parts. They will get you on the road again.

I went there thinking I was purchasing the items to solve the squeaking sound the car was making whenever the engine was running. First visit I said I was looking for some more belt spray to spray on my squeaky belts. (I didn't buy it there the first time). The manager told me not to buy it as it will only make it worse. I told him I would be back later to buy the belts.I went to my mechanic and he told me to buy the belts and some brake cleaner to clean off that sticky belt spray that I should have never used.As I was checking out with those items, a second store associate had been LISTENING to me and suggested the idle tension pulley. He was dead on the mark. My mechanic took off the old one to find it in such bad condition that it could have locked up at anytime.I am so thankful for the manager and the store associate for truly listening and thinking what was best for me rather that just trying to make a sale.

I have been using Goshen's O'Riellys for some time now, I am very impressed with their expertise and knowledge, the Manager Thomas is an example on how to provide Customers with a smile and a Can Do attitude. I can say without a doubt Goshens O'Riellys is top notch, so I will be coming back all with my car care needs.

Terrible customer service!!! Had them order part and I asked how late they were open so I could pickup and he said 10:30 so I get there just before 10 and the doors are locked and the rude workers inside tell me there closed and won't even let me just pickup my part, won't be using them again!!!!!!!!!

Do not shop at this location. Worst customer service. Harold will literally tell you to shop somewhere else. Does not price match local competitors.

The asst mgr Robert is not friendly and does not know how to treat well paying Customers.. his unfriendliness and sour attitude leaves O'Reilly's looking bad as a company.. He told be to take my business elsewhere..

The associates let me use the tools to change a headlight. Very professional, expedient, and friendly. I would defijitely shop there again!
