I mattered as long as I was thinking of buying a car. Once I didn t buy one, I received terrible service. Put down a $500 hold on a car I thought I would probably buy. Ended up finding a car at a different dealer. It took 4 phone calls and 2 visits to the dealership to get my money back. Along the way, I left unreturned messages for the General Manager, had the cashier leave me standing by myself without returning, a salesman leave me standing to go talk to another customer, and another salesman leave me in the middle of a conversation to answer his phone. If I do someday buy a Hyundai, it likely won t be from this dealer.

Christopher made the whole process easy. We came to an agreement easily, they were not pushy, they were forthcoming with information (which I found refreshing in this industry), it was quite quick compared to other car buying experiences. I would definitely suggest seeing them if you're looking for a new car!!.

We had an excellent buying experience. Brian was helpful and explained everything in detail. No hidden fees. There were added fees for warranties, etc., but those were clearly explained ahead of time. We strongly recommend Brian and Hyundai of Goshen for your next car.

So, we had our 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in for repairs. When I picked it up, I noticed as soon as I went to turn left that the front driver's side signal was not working. I called the agent who oversaw my repairs. First, I have to say that I have NEVER had as good of communication ever on a repair like this. After pointing out the problem with the turn signal, he s said maybe the wire was not plugged and that they would take care of it when a backordered part came in. He also said I could bring it by sooner if it was a problem and the service Dept could take care of it.After a few days, it was very annoying having the warning about the signal not working, so I brought it in to have it looked at. We were also concerned that we could get a ticket.When I brought my car in and explained my issue, they were quick to point out that they had nothing to do with it and that it was the other department. Foolish me thinking that they all worked for Hyundai. They did agree to look at it, and 2 hours later, they told me that the wrong headlight was put in and that they ordered the correct part. I responded, "That's great, but who is paying my ticket if i get one?" One guy said it wasn't them that did it, and the other guy said we don't pay tickets. I replied, "You both work under the name of Hyundai" Again, blown away at the lack of teamwork here. I might point out that the turn did work when I brought it in even if due to the repairs necessary, it had to be replaced.I understand that people make mistakes. What I don't understand is that there was no apology or solution suggested.After getting home, I took a closer look at the two fixtures... Couldn't be more obvious as to why it didn't work. The left picture is the correct one.Hope future interaction is much better.

We took our hyundai in for recalls that needed taken care of. Cost $150 to run check for engine light being on. Took a week to get the part in to fix that issue. Drove it the next day and engine light came back on. Supposedly ordered TPS sensor that was bad and they never fixed it. I could have gotten free check engine light checked at Auto Zone. Just too many issues taking our vehicle there. Not taking it back and get charged another $150.We're just done!! Just too many issues at this place.

Christofer Williams came out to meet us as soon as we arrived as we had made an appointment to look at a Kona they had on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find in Michigan as it was a new 2023. We talked about our needs and he arranged the test drive immediately and off we went. We decided to get the Kona and trade in my FWD for this great AWD Kona in exactly the color I wanted. He was polite and very friendly and he worked with his manager to offer us a price I needed on the trade-in and set the price for the Kona. We made the deal and he made sure we ready to close the deal with Ron from Finance. He followed up and made sure we knew the basics on the car so that we could start our journey back to Michigan. We have one follow up item he is working on but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Hyundai of Goshen and work with Chistofer again for another purchase. I am enjoying the car and have thoroughly explored all the features and setup options have it just the way I like it. The AWD has already come in handy during the last snow storm and is sure footed in both "locked" and regular AWD mode. Great car, I'm sure he still has another....

This is the vehicle of the owner or sales manager of this establishment. They want their political views on display as advertisement of their dealership. I know where I will NOT be shopping ever again. You lost a 40,000 sale today. I hope you lose many many more.

Pros: Took care of recall items and other warranty issues. No cost.Found serious issue with a tie rod and called me immediately to explain and approve work.Cons: Extra repair work was almost double of what was quoted on phone to approve extra work.

Salesman Tim was very helpful in the purchase of my son's car. We drove from fort Wayne to pick it up and he was very attentive to text messages during the process. He also went over everything with my son about his car and took time to answer any questions. It was well with the hour and a half drive. In today's time is hard finding the car of your dreams and being able to find one that is not above MSRP, Goshen Hyundai made it so smooth. Thanks Tim, you're the best.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Purchased my vehicle Sept 2022, and had oil chg done recently. Couldn't get my appt set online, and they were quick to respond to my inquiry about a Sat appt, and get it set up immediately. They would get 10 stars if I could! :)

Do not trust them they add fees on. They will rip you off. Make sure you read every line of their figures they hide them. Will never buy a car there. Just went to Gurley Leep to buy out the lease they did not hide any fees and charged what they were suppose to saved 3000.00 dollars

Went with my mother to have a look at a very nice used Hyundai Accent on their lot right after they opened on Saturday, April 15. It was at the end of their lot on display, with no visible signs that it had been looked at that day (This is important). The salesman who assisted us was one of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of talking to about vehicles. He went with us on a test drive, went over the vehicle in detail, and got everything ready for us to purchase the car....Until his manager walked in and took the keys away from us. Our salesman clarified that we were purchasing the vehicle, to which his manager insisted that he was "just going to show another family the vehicle." Our salesman was dumbfounded, and got up to go see what exactly was going on.We waited for thirty minutes until the manager and our salesman approached us again. Our salesman was clearly in distress, but the manager spoke first and insisted that the current situation was "something we never wanted to happen." He claimed that this other family "signed an intent to purchase vehicle". Upon my questioning of if they put down money to hold the vehicle, he doubled up and stated again that they "signed a paper with intent to purchase the vehicle" that morning.There is no way that family was there before us that morning. Again, the vehicle we looked at was completely cold on the lot, dusty, and had no visible signs that anyone had looked at it that very morning we were there.I give credit to our salesman for trying to salvage a horrible abuse of power that his manager pulled over him to sell a vehicle to someone else.Avoid this dealership at all costs, as the general manager is a manipulative, lying, low-down piece of scum who will abuse his employees like literal nobodies and leave them to rot in front of potential customers.

If you are expecting honesty and integrity through the process of purchasing a vehicle, this dealership is not for you.We tried to give them a chance to do the right thing but we were denied.If you do the math from their reviews in the last 4 months the rating is 2.1.

Are they still in business? I called 3 times 2 weeks ago, 2 times last week, and once again today. I tried both numbers, the generic 833number from their website, and a local 574 number I have. All I get is, after many rings, an automated phone system which gets you nowhere. By now, being in the 3rd week, I am taking my business and money elsewhere.UPDATE 8/29/23: Thought I give it a try, not that I was expecting anything different. Tried to reach service several times yesterday and today, front desk answers and transfers call, but nobody in service answers.Even tried contacting them via email, to which I got a response to call.By now I have moves service to our vehicles to a different place. I tried and tried, but it takes 2 to make it work.

Service... Scheduled weeks ago my first service appt on the new Palisade. On website Scheduled appt and site asked if loaner needed, Scheduled appt with loaner. Show up, and was told there is no loaners available, it's first come. Drove 40min each way to not get Service completed! I get Service can get booked up, exc exc..but don't offer something if it's not available. Show up at 8am, and get treated rudely! Had we known, would have Scheduled day differently and made proper arrangements! How hard would a simple phone call letting the customer know ?When you work 60hrs a week and time is hard to come by....

Their service department is amazing. I had to battle with gurley leep and their extended warranty for an entire week before coming to a resolution. Took wya longer to get it resolved because gurley keeps customer service is terrible. The service department was more than patient and was great at returning phone calls. I highly recommend their service department. In the past they ve only ever done maintenance on my car but in the future I will be taking it there for everything.

Do not go to this dealership as they sell you cars that have major problems, they will keep it quiet and make you pay an outrageous price on a paper weight vehicle. Then make you sign papers stating you know of the problems when you don't. Save yourself the troubles and don't buy from here especially from the guy named Zachary Baldwin.
