I got my oil+filter changed. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Graber's is not cheap, but they do good and honest work with ASE certified mechanics. I think it's worth the price with all the flunky mechanics out there.

We were staying over at the fair grounds when we noticed a problem with our Jeep. Graber s got us in right away, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that allowed us to keep our travel plans. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Very reasonable pricing, highly recommend them and if we ever need their services when in the area we would definitely be return customers. THANK YOU Graber s Garage!

I and my family have used Graber's multiple times from a standard service to just recently having my wife's car repaired due to a faulty solenoid. They are fast and exceptionally reliable. Above and beyond this there have been 2 occasions where there was a mistake on their part (that we didn't even notice) that they made right free of charge. Their work ethic is absolutely above reproach. I would recommend them to anyone for any car service and I have on multiple occasions. I will go no where else! I have had minor work done such as a routine oil change and I have had my front break pads replaced as well. Got done in a good timely fashion and had a good customer service. They got me in pretty fast when my breaks where going out. Overall good experience.

We trust Graber's for our repairs & they give a honest evaluation of your vehicle. They do a great job to work in the unexpected repairs in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent & Monica excells at it.

My experience with this place was terrible. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Monica that has the worse customer service skills I have ever seen. She should not be allowed to interact with anyone that's human. She is rude, unfriendly, lacks genuine concern and is not helpful. She even screamed on the phone and became threatening with refusing to assist with my concern. I would not recommend even getting quotes from this place must less doing business. Very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Just a FYI to Grabers, the customers experience begins with the initial interaction with the shop and Monica ruins that for your shop. Reputation is everything as well as the type of customer service you provide.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. They get it in and out. They are great on communication and warning you when you have other problems. Good pricing as well.
