Reliable, fair, honest. Busy shop, booked out about a month. The bill was below the estimate due to a decrease in the cost of parts. I would never have known but they passed the savings on to me instead of pocketing the difference. Trustworthy!

My Jeep recently completely stopped on me at a busy intersection I had it towed to Doug s and they were wonderful kept us up to date on things and made sure everything was perfect! Will definitely be using them again!

Great people to deal with & trustworthy. Doug's has been servicing our trucks & vans for quite a few years. Service is awesome and they give you honest evaluation of your vehicle. Would recommend Doug's Alignment to anyone who wants a good mechanic to take care of their vehicle.

Doug's goes above and beyond. They have taken great care of our vehicles for the past 15 years, and helped us in our searches for new vehicles. The manager Keith is just amazing. Kind. Honest. The face of the business. We have used Dougs Alignment 2x now and both times were amazing!! Not only is the staff super friendly but also super informative. Keith took his time to explain to me about a couple things with my van. He even wrote notes for us. He/they truly care about their customers. I can t give them enough praise!!!

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to remedy a variety of automotive needs. You couldn't ask for a better shop. If you're tired of getting ripped off or lied to, go visit Doug's Alignment they have always treated me right. 12 years ago my tire and rim separated from my vehicle and passed me on U.S. 33 while I was doing 55 mph. The tire crossed left of center into oncoming traffic, then bobbed and weaved between 15+ vehicles before hitting the curb and bouncing almost higher than the utility pole. It came back down and rolled in circles for what seemed like an eternity finally stopping in front of the Doug's Alignment shop. Now sitting on 3 wheels and a rotor in the street, still stunned, 2 mechanics ran over between cars, jacked my van up, and had me ready to roll in under a minute. It seriously felt like a Nascar pit crew. I didn't expect the place to be quite that amazing when I stopped by a couple months ago. However, the upbeat environment and easy going staff left me no doubt that IT IS the Same Wonderful Establishment! Grace and peace guys, I still appreciate you.

Dougs has been there for me time and again. They are kind and fair. I would take my cars to no other. Keith is deserves a special shout out. He is always very helpful and gets things done right and on time.

I needed a alignment done very bad and called around every auto store in Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend. And they all were 70-100$. Then i remembered my retired grandfather worked there for over 30 years (Don) and figured why not call them and ask. $58.50!!! Definitely a win. Then we also had them do an oil change, replace a tie rod, and inspected the rest of the car and fixed the little problems all for $221. You really cannot beat that!!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change
