It went well, no complaints to be said, I dropped off my vehicle after hours, left a detailed description of what I wanted, called in the morning to make sure they understood, later on I was called that work was completed, paid online and picked my vehicle up after hours the following day. I didn't even have to talk to anybody in person which was very convenient For my work schedule.

Dave s Auto Repair have an excellent team that works together. They explain exactly what is going on with your vehicle and answer all questions you may have. They are prompt with meeting their quoted dead line and fees. Everyone that I spoke there was professional and friendly making it an easier wait for repairs or whatever you need. I will definitely be referring family and friends to Dave s Auto Services.

I took in my daughter's 2005 Suzuki for a (much needed) tune up and repairs, and... there were many! Dave's supplied me with a detailed list of items for repair, rated from Low priority-fix at next tune up to High priority-fix now. I spoke to them many times, getting explanations and clarifications. As my daughter is on a strict budget, we went back and forth as to what to keep on the estimate and items to remove for another time. Everyone there was so patient. They updated the estimate several times. There was one item that we missed, didn't add to the estimate and they worked with us to complete at a discounted price. This was really appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, from start to finish. I highly recommend Dave's Auto Repair to family, friends and anyone I hear looking for a respectable and honest repair shop.

Very good experience. Went for oil change at a very affordable price. A week and a half wait which I didn t mind at all, the price of having a busy business. Very friendly didn t feel like a bother or rushed. A thorough inspection and estimate to fix other possible issues and maintenance recommendations was a bonus. Will def go back even though I already have a mechanic. And they have loaner cars. Double bonus.

We had been taking our vehicles to Dave's for years and up until recent have always appreciated the customer service, kind and helpful greetings via phone and in person. My confidence and trust in their work and integrity has lessened. We maintenance our vehicles routinely and drive them until their "dead". So, trust and competance in repairs is important for us. New front and rear rotors and breaks done less than 18 months ago, already needing warranty work by Daves, and cost $1000+. They able to get wheels off no problem to fix, until warranty work and notified me of "wheel locks and needing a key to remove to get access". I stated they were the ones that did breaks in first place and I had no idea of wheel locks and needing a key. Where's the key? No body knows. So I was talked into regular lug nuts and not having my wheel locking ones on. Well how did you get those off? So Question, quality parts and trustworthiness. Fast forward few months and rotors are warped and need new ones ( took somewhere else). Premium parts were used, problem fixed. I Question 2 rounds of breaks and rotors costing me total between 2 places $2000 and driven less than 10,000 miles a year. Granted, I know there's been employee changes since then so maybe things have improved or working to strive better? I don't have a problem paying premium prices for quality work and parts, but have felt the up sale of more work and cost every time taking in for service. The customer care is appreciated, but long term integrity and quality is questionable.

Dave s seriously stopped me from being stranded. I had an issue where I was losing voltage and was told by others that it was the alternator going bad. I called Dave s and they were booked up. They not only fit me in but was able to provide me a loaner vehicle so I could go back to work. It wasn t the alternator or the fuse, it was actually corrosion on the contacts they found that caused my issue! Instead of an $800 repair, the cost was minimal. I m so happy with the service!

Dave's Auto Repair was amazing to work with. I am definitely going back in the future. The staff was easy to talk to and any questions I had were answered with good explanations. I went in for an oil change and they found some things on my vehicle that will need to be taken care of in the future. I appreciate their care for customers that they notify if they find things that need to be looked at. If you need anything done on your vehicle, definitely check out Dave's Auto Repair!

Kudos to Doug, Justin and crew for taking care of my autos. I have come to understand that I can trust what they are telling me, and Doug has shown grace in making things right on any issues that they are responsible. Forthright and very capable people! I drive almost 30 minutes to see these guys and am glad I found them.

As far as customer service goes, Woodie is fantastic. I came in with serious issues with my Jeep Compass just before the New Years holiday and after diagnosing the problems, he set me up with a loaner to drive until they could fix the issues. Extremely satisfied, will definitely return.

The BEST auto shop around!! While getting an oil change, they took photos of everything that needed to be replaced on my car to show me incase I would like it to be fixed. They also just sent me a link for a paid CarFax history on my car! This shop is super reliable and trustworthy. Will be coming back!

This place is truly a diamond in a industry of coal mines! Their staff is quick to respond with a smile! Their lobby has a massage chair, free coffee, tv, free phone charging station, and even a little kid corner with a few toys! They offer free loner cars if your fix can t be done same day! The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. Andrew Young fixed my van!Overall a good experience! Very hard to come by these days! Would recommend 10/10!

Great customer service and fair price. Both me and my wife cars received repairs at daves. Her car got worked on first I was using a loaner car through daves she had mine while hers was being worked on. When her car was done daves offered to drop her car off to her in nappanee and pick mine up to work on it. Amazing customer service don't know any other shop that would do this. I'm impressed with daves will definitely return when I need oil changes and repairs.

If you want a great place to take your vehicle...Dave's Auto Repair is the place. They are honest, detailed, upfront on what really needs repaired/what can wait and most of all, trustworthy. They aren't out to make a quick buck.

new to the area and needed my oil changed. The reviews were good for Dave's, and he had a fall special going on. Worked out well for a good price. They found my front brakes needed pads and rotors, so that was also taken care of also at a fair price. Nice people and good work done. Will definately go back

Daves are always up front with costs and time. The staff professional wothout losing their friendliness. The last repair even came in slightly under the estimate. When my door latch frooze they even told me what not to do and how to fix it. I trust them with all my auto repairs and maintenance.

I m from out of town and they were able to get me in the day of. Ended up needing some extensive work and they let me keep the vehicle there until I decided what to do. Would highly recommend.

This company cheats woman out of money. Do not trust this company. I came into town and needed tires for my truck . I had them look over the truck to make sure there wasn t any other issues. They tried talking me into buying things for my truck that weren t broken. I had my mechanic at home look into what they stated and I m glad I waited like he suggested because it wasn t true. I saved a grand not letting them talk me into replacing a rear differential cover. Don t trust them!!

Staff is pleasant and scheduling is easy. I m sure they know what they re doing MOST of the time but BEWARE. If your vehicle takes more than 5 quarts of oil make sure they put the right amount back in. Twice they put 5 quarts into my truck that requires 7. Tried to warn the manager Sean but he was more interested in telling me how much he knows and that s it s not a problem.

I cannot sing enough praises for the guys at this shop! From start to finish- they went above and beyond to ensure I was in the loop and that the job was done fast. Extremely kind & professional- helped loads with the anxiety I was experiencing with a big repair. They have a customer for life now, I won t be going anywhere else. THANK YOU ALL!!!

They did great work, I went in for something entirely different, but they found a major issue and had it fixed right away! Quite a bit more money than I would have liked to have spent, but it was necessary. Super friendly staff. Would be five stars, but the payment option wasn't available to me because of the bank I use, so I had to pay in full upfront. And I wasn't told on the phone that my appointment was a drop off time only, so I was stuck there. In this economy, that's rough but that wasn't really their fault. When it comes to mechanics, you get what you pay for, and I got what I needed .

Wow, the place is welcoming and they greet you right away. The waiting is a little on the long side but ok because you can sit on their massage chair and enjoy, relax while you wait for your car to get service. I will definitely go back and the price is great. Thanks Dave's Auto Repair.

Every time I've been here I've had a good experience. They are friendly, personable, prompt, and honest. They do a good job with whatever you want or need and they even have loner cars to borrow while yours is being fixed! I would reccomended this place to anyone. They don't pressure you into buying anything, and they speak honestly about any issues your car might have. There are complimentary drinks on hand too such as coffee, tea, water, juice, whatever you want. This place is for sure worth a visit even if it's only to stop in and say hi!Thanks for reading!

This is a great place to go they have helped me so much over the years they make sure your safe to be on the road I love that! Great people at front desk so nice all the time. It's a plus that they have loaner cars as well. I won't go any where else to get my vehicle fixed!

Great place to take vehicles too get work done. Great people in the office and the shop. They show you what s happening and what s wrong. They are in the business of getting you safely back on the road, not making unnecessary sales. Very friendly great service I ve been going to Dave s auto to a couple years now! They have always been very nice and fair in price. The last time I was there Dave s had a special chair I could sit in! A message chair! I loved it! It s very relaxing and I could feel the wonderful effects for a couple days!
