Absolutely the best place to get your vehicle serviced! Such honest and hard working guys. Very personable and professional people. Awesome place with the nicest people I've ever met! If I have any needs with my minivan, from oil change to complete front suspension system, this is the place I go to!! They are knowledgeable, quality mechanics with the best prices. They have always treated me with respect despite how badly I explain the issue with my vehicle. They do their best to get you in as soon as possible and the job is done right when they're done! I love this place! They are truly wonderful people here, all of them!

This is, by far, the best car care place in the area. They are very kind, very knowledgeable, very reasonable, and very affordable. They do a great job of explaining what is happening with your car, especially if you don't know a lot about cars. They always look to find the most affordable option. One time, they fixed my car by using household items and told me that they knew it would work just as well as a $600 replacement piece. They just didn't want me to have to pay that. They also are very good at trying to fit you in to their schedule. And, they often have loaner cars. Most trustworthy place around.

These guys are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics in the state. Paul will tell you exactly what's wrong and when it needs to be replaced. They won't push unnecessary service on you and will help you "triage" your vehicle to keep it on the road.I have never had a problem with their services and I know if I ever did have a problem, they would fix it right away. They bend over backwards to help their customers. My entire family takes their vehicles there and not one of us has anything but great things to say. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.PS. I never write reviews but I felt compelled because the service they give is just phenomenal.

Byrons car care is by far the best mechanic in northern indiana ive worked with many others and have never had such professionalism and detailed work done he helped us out a lot with pricing and anything else that went wrong i highly recommend anyone with car issues to go see bryan and paul. Best service money can buy. Changed out my diff gears and took care of my truck like it was their own. These guys can be trusted. I drove from Auburn to have them work on my truck

Absolutely Fantastic.Overview: These guys know what they are doing, explain everything well in a friendly manner, and get the job done efficiently without wasting your time or money.Details:1) They do a REALLY thorough inspection of your car every time it enters the shop. A nice perk to have that kind of attention on your car.2) They also have loaner cars and will give you rides if needbe, another excellent perk if the repairs are going to take more than an hour or so3) These guys know what they are talking about, but are not pushy at all. They will take the time to explain your car, what they found is wrong or is broken, and will walk through with you what should be done. Very transparent and honest with their work.As someone who just moved to the area, and needed some repairs done, these guys got the job done and made me feel welcome to the area.

I live in Mishawaka, IN. I took my car to two different mechanics in South Bend. I paid for diagnostics to see why my low mileage 1994 Crown Victoria was running so poorly. I spending hundreds of dollars and several WEEKS in and out of the 2 different shops just trying to get my car running better-one of them even told me, incorrectly, that I had a bad #7 cylinder and advised me to use a plug defouler (sp?) to limp along until my car died. (He basically handed me my keys and said good luck with that...)My daughter suggested I bring my car to Byron's where she had had several positive experiences. Best decision I could have made! Byron s LISTENED TO ME. They took the time to do a THOROUGH diagnosis. They clearly explained what was wrong. I never doubted they actually CARED that my older vehicle got fixed!! They included a fuel check in the diagnosis process, which no else thought of or bothered to do and found that my fuel tank was contaminated! They also provided me with a loaner vehicle while they cleaned out my gas tank and had the injectors sonicly cleaned. My car now rides like a dream!!WORTH THE TRIP!! I now expect to get many, many miles and hopefully several more years of service from my car!!

Dont ever take your car to Byrons. I have a audi a6 that needed a timing belt. Everything was fine for 2 day until the the powersteering hoses broke from them moving the part. It wasnt their fault (of course) then installed cheap parts and the water pump malfunctioned within 2 years and 2 months. Of course thats 2 months after warranty THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!

I always take my car to Byron's. They are the most honest mechanics I know. If it doesn't need it, they won't install it and they call you before they install anything.
