This place and these people were amazing! Everyone who helped us went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience and left with an amazing car! Andersen helped us from start to finish, going until he found a car that worked for us, plus the manager who helped us, I believe her name was Keri was also phenomenal! Def will be going back when we want to get another car :)

30 years in customer service and this was the worst experience of my life. Sad thing is we liked the truck and would have probably made the numbers work. The salesmen had no kind of customer service at all asked for management to reach out to me was ignored by the whole team.

Rodney sold me my SUV a few months ago but the night I brought it home I realized the right headlight has moisture in it as well as one of the lights just being completely out. He told me if I ever needed anything to let him know so I asked if they would fix it so I could give him a good review. But he would not. On another note though, since I'm being honest, they buying process took FOREVER so don't think you'll be in and out of this place for a fast purchase lol, the first car I test drove was shaking on the highway SO bad and he totally denied it until I made him ride with me in it, I'm very surprised that he would try to sell me something obviously majorly unsafe while I came in carrying my 2 month old daughter with my trade-in. Super heartless.

Bought a car a year ago for 17,000 with an extended warranty. Things have been going wrong since I bought it. Just took it to local dealer to see what was wrong. Over $8000 in repairs are necessary. They sold it to me this way, gave me no other choice of cars on their lot. And now they could care less. They got their money and their sucker. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

We've had nothing but issues with our car since we got it. They sold it to us with bad front and back breaks and bad tires. Now the car won't start unless we push the gas, break, and start button. Also, it just turns off completely when we're driving.

Got a 2019 Dodge Ram for a reasonable price from Rodney, love it so far and they replaced all four rotars and brakes when I mentioned the brakes were off when we test drived it and noticed one of the front rotars where warped I really appreciated it

Went into the Goshen store not expecting much, car shopping isn t something that I like to do, but Rodney did an awesome job getting us into something that worked for us, and didn t bs us like other sales people at other lots have. He didn t tell us what we were going to get like other sales people at other lots either, he ASKED what we wanted and what our budget was. He even personally detailed the car for us before we left with it. Thanks so much!

Jeremy helped us get out of an almost impossible situation with a vehicle we really did not want from a dealership that did not help us for the better, but this team came through for us and got us into a really nice 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I really appreciate the time and efforts put into helping us. Thank you very much and I 100% recommend this dealership great prices and great staff

This is one of the best car lots to get a car from. So understanding, kind and very professional. Nick was my salesman, and he was the best! I would recommend them to ANYONE. I felt like I had known them for years beforehand. They really make you feel at home.

I apologize to all the people that read my reviews I spoke ahead of time. Been a lot of shady s*** going on at this place. They very rarely respond to you anytime you message them about anything they don't like. First contract that printed off for me was so faded it couldn't even see it. Outstanding taxes more so than State requirement. Not very good communication and they like to lie. If I could give a quarter of a star rating I would. And that's only because the general manager Quincy is starting to try to not b******* me and actually help a little bit. I also recommend strongly recommend you go to other places instead of going here. I will never ever ever recommend this place for anybody to go to!

I got a car from them 2 weeks ago & they were amazing! Extremely helpful & very nice! Definitely felt like I had known them forever. Talked about other stuff besides vehicles. So it was nice they actually interacted with their customers besides offering just the vehicle! Just overall an amazing group of people! I would buy from them again!

It was the worst deal I got with a car dealer, they cheated me on a F150 work van. It has a broken number 3 spark plug threads, when I bought it I used for 3 days around 400 miles and the engine started making very loud noise and stopped in the middle of the roas. I had to tow it home then I called Quincy which he did the necessary to fix it but apparently they didn't fix the main problem, their mechanic did a temporary fix. They told me you are is fixed and here we are in less than 2 months later same problem happened last night kept all night waiting for a tow truck. They messed up the whole engine and they lied and cheated me. I say you may get lucky and get a good car, but if it has a problem they won't say and they don't fix properly

Quincy the Manager helped my daughter get a vehicle, she had a repo last year and he was able to get her driving. Dylan was her sales representative and he was very laid back

I've delt with a lot of dealerships and salesmen and saleswoman over the years, but after buying from Alex, 24/7 has a customer for life. This young man has an honest, no bs approach to sales that was a breath of fresh air when buying a new car.

Was just browsing cars and was almost pushed into test driving multiple cars. After saying multiple times I was not interested in a test drive I was still directed to the cars for a test drive. I understand sales men are sales men but the guys here at the goshen location are very pushy and just uncomfortable to be around. Cars were also very dirty
