Made everything so easy and i'm more than happy with the service and car! I had been to so many car stores in just a couple days and it was exhausting but I didn't feel pressured at all by either of them to make a decision on their car or business. They definitely make you feel comfortable and like they care about your needs and not just about your money. Grant even checked up the next day making sure everything went smoothly and I didn't have any issues. 100% recommend.edit- Just found this and kinda freaked out, this is so cool!!

These guys are great. Grant was super helpful and the process was quick and easy. Couldn't be happier with my brother's car. Highly recommend!!Edit...3 days after initial car purchase, we returned and bought another vehicle. Our family was super happy with the no nonsense customer service we received. I guarantee we will be back in the future. The car buying experience at Mike's is like no other. I usually dread going to a car lot but not here. Quick and painless in a friendly atmosphere. It really couldn't be better.

Grant Miller was awesome to work with! He patiently answered all questions and concerns we had. Truly felt like we could trust him and Mike to treat us right! I would recommend Mike s Car Store 100% And I just love, love, love my Subaru Outback! It s my third Subaru in the past 20 years.

Fantastic experience! Mike and Grant went above and beyond for us. We had read all the good reviews and were happy to find they were true. Everyone was honest and friendly. I had my heart set on this car and they made it happen. 10/10 would buy from Mike s again!

First of all, I don t like car dealers. Especially the big ones. They ve all got their routines where they put you with the newest salesman on the lot, and then pass you off to a couple managers before you can get away. It takes a long time. Also, I don t really buy new cars, as they are getting more and more expensive as well as going down in quality. The nanny options on new cars drive me nuts. Anyway, what took me in is the line that says Buying a car doesn t have to suck! Well, we ll see about that, I said to myself.Well, it is common knowledge that buying a car is indeed a very unpleasant experience. It s not exactly my first rodeo, as I ve been buying cars for over 40 years.Mike has worked for one of the bigger dealers, and is very well aware of their tactics. He has made it his mission to operate exactly opposite of their ways, and provide great service that doesn t make you feel like you ve been beat up when you leave the lot.Anyway, long story short, this is one of the best buying experiences I ve had. Grant and Mike, were very very nice, and the car is almost in perfect condition. It s eight years old and has over 100 K on it, but it is totally worth it. They Made sure it looked like it was new, and even sent me away with a freshly washed clean car and full tank of gas, with all new fluids and filters.Very straight shooters, and I will be back!

Bought this beauty of a truck about a week ago. The customer service here was excellent. Grant, who helped me, was very kind and responsive to any texts I had after the fact. There was a minor problem with the truck after I got it home and they offered and fixed it for free and I know of no other place that would do that. I appreciate their generosity and what they are doing there. For every 100 cars they sell they give away a free one to someone in need and I m so glad to be a part of that. Highly recommend and highly satisfied with my purchase!!!

I cannot say enough about Mikes Car Store, amazing customer service. Helped my wife and I find the perfect car for our family! Mike and Grant are very friendly and helpful. NO SALES PRESSURE AT ALL! From talking to Mike and Grant you can tell they are genuine, hard-working, respectful, and have a great sense of knowledge. I am a small business owner in the serivce business. I would give Mike & Grant 10 stars if possible. Thanks again Mike & Grant, we know where we are going whenever we search for a vehicle in the future.

Mike s Car Store is the BEST car sales experience we ve ever had! From start to finish, Grant and Mike were both professional and caring! Our experience in the past has been quick sales pitches and, unfortunately, half truths at times. But not this time! They answered every question honestly and extensively, and that is so, so appreciated. They are truly some of the best in the business (as is their team), and we are excited to have had an opportunity to choose a vehicle that is an exact right fit for our family. Grant was absolutely awesome to work with. Very friendly and took time to listen to what I had to say. He answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything being talked about as well.Mike and Grant are both very knowledgeable and care more about helping their customers and making them feel comfortable, rather than just pushing to close on a sale. They even made sure to befriend my 5 year old son, which was fun for him, and means a lot to me. Mikes Car Store really is the definition of buying a car doesn t have to suck . I was in and out within 2 hours. Literally the easiest and smoothest transaction ever.Thank you all so much for everything! Great experience! Mike was exactly what he seems in his videos. Grant helped us out with the purchase and the consistency in the customer care throughout the shop was incredible and surprising! The sales staff is very helpful, great attitude of helping people find a great car. I was able to be in and out in less than an hour. First time ever buying a car where it didn't suck. I follow the owner on social media and he doesn't lie about helping people buy a car and making it a good experience. Also great to learn about their program to donate a car to those in need. Great place, highly recommend!!

My wife and I had been on the lookout for a nice, clean SUV with third row seating for a while. I began following Mike's Car Store on Facebook after I learned that they donate a car to someone in need for every 100 cars sold. I knew that theirs was the dealership I wanted to buy from, so I started to keep an eye on their inventory. Then, as the wife and I are getting ready to go on vacation, this immaculate 2015 Chevy Traverse drops into Mike's inventory. We decided to swing by on our way out of town and take a look. Grant came out with the keys and waited patiently as I did my thing; walking around the car, starting it up, checking all of the systems. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. He didn't even mind when I put it through its paces during the test drive. We weren't wanting to have to finance, but used car prices have gotten crazy these days. Especially with the markups, hidden fees, and addition items that other dealerships try to sell you. Not at Mike's Car Store. Grant was up front with the pricing, there were no hidden fees, and he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We ended up paying about $500 less than I had originally calculated, and we didn't have to finance. But the icing on the cake, since the wife and I were already heading out of town, they let us keep the Traverse at their dealership until we returned. During that time, they completed an extremely thorough inspection of the Traverse and also changed the oil and oil filter, the air filters, and filled the gas tank. Seriously??? Mike's Car Store is the only way to go!

I bought a blue Toyota Rav4 (2013) from Mike's Car Store. I live in Texas and bought the car, sight unseen, but trusted that Mike and his team did a thorough inspection. The shipping took about a week but would've been a shorter process if the driver's dispatcher hadn't made a mistake. Anyway, I got my car a few days ago and instantly fell in love! Whoever had it before me must've taken really good care of it because it looks brand new inside! Had a great experience working with Grant Miller on the whole purchasing process. I didn't have much credit to speak of, but as I was able to put down $4k, I was able to get approval with the lender and worked out the financing. Thanks for everything, Mike and Grant! When I'm ready to upgrade to a newer model, I'll definitely be coming to you again!

Very happy with my experience at Mikes! I found the car listed on Edmunds for a good price and it being the perfect fit for me. I showed up without appointment and Grant happily assisted me. For a business that started only two years ago, Mike s has great options, great service, and helpful tips for first time buyers like myself! I also like that their company gives back to the community, donating a car to a family in need every 100 cars they sell. I will definitely be referring people to Mike s in the future!
