Martins has done repairs on my car a couple times and they do excellent work. You get what you pay for and I ve been 100% satisfied each time I ve used them. Very friendly, professional, and they do a great job with keeping you informed on the progress of their work. I will continue to use them for future jobs when needed! Highly recommend! 10/10!!!

Martins Body Shop did an excellent repair on my vehicle. From the time I walked in the front door to get an estimate until I drove away with a beautifully done repair job I knew my car was in good hands. The staff was very helpful and informing. I received frequent updates as the car went through different stages of repair. This is the second vehicle I have had Martins repair for me. And if I have another need for an auto body repair shop Martins will be the one!

Martin s took great care of my vehicle on a couple occasions! They re always professional and great with communicating so I knew when to expect my vehicle back. The finished product was better than new! Highly recommend. Great service, great people.

This is coming from a guy that is super picky about his vehicles, I m very happy with the work that was done! The staff at Martins Body Shop are very friendly and professional!! The work was done in a timely manner also. They kept me updated the entire process Which made it very nice. Highly recommend this body shop to anyone that needs a car repair!!

The staff at Martin s made the experience wonderful! Constant communication throughout the entire process was superb and Martin s even kept the rental car company informed automatically! When I picked up my vehicle I told Angela that the shop team are magicians! They did a wonderful job and I will go no where else!

Martin s was my first call after being involved in a collision. It had been 20 years or more since these services were needed, and I was apprehensive about the entire process. From start to finish, the communication was excellent from top to bottom! They talked me through the process, made it as easy as possible, helped arrange and return the rental car and so much more. Often times it seems like a headache to have to deal with the repairs, but It truly was a breeze working with them and then coordinating with responsible party s insurance company. They were knowledgeable, kept me in the loop with everything and kept me updated while having my vehicle. They went above and beyond, and their body shop completed quality work and made my car look just like new. HIGHLY recommend this body shop. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their work and seeing the job through. Greatly appreciate. Will return and recommend to others for all future needs! Martin s was a dream to work with while they were doing body work and paint on my car. They continually kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair/paint. If I had any questions, Martin s quickly responded. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, either in person, by phone, or text was so pleasant and courteous! My car looked amazing when I picked it up and it was completed exactly when they said it would ready. I highly recommend Martin s for any or your vehicle repair/paint needs. I was beyond pleased with Martin's body shop! I was involved in a car accident and Martin's body shop was recommended to us by our insurance company. Since the moment I inquired with them about their services, they contacted my insurance agency, sent me numerous text messages and updates about the status of my vehicle, they communicated if something was delayed and they communicated when something was completed. Though I did not pay for them. Cost of my repairs, my insurance company did, I felt like once I reviewed the cost of everything it was very comparable to other shops in the area.When I got my car back and fully repaired I was thrilled!I never knew what to say when people asked me if they had a body shop or repair shop recommendation. But now I will definitely recommend Martin's!

Caveat Empter!!!We used this shop for repairs after hitting a deer a glancing blow. The initial estimate was half of what the final cost was! The insurance company was billed for parts we didn't even have on our car. I would caution anyone to use someone other than Martins.Service: Body & Trim

I have a 35 year old Porsche and accidentally pulled the front bumper and air scoop off. I was able to find a replacement bumpers cover, but it was heavily oxidized. Martin's was able to strip the bumper and paint match this rare color of blue paint. They were then able to get all of the lights reinstalled and got the bumper back in place perfectly. They did a wonderful job on my car and then had it detailed for me when I came to pick her up. I would highly recommend them for any body work on your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I always use Martin s to repair my vehicles after an accident. They do an excellent job with no compromise. They work well with insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers. Martin's did a great job on the repairs of our 2020 Elantra. There was frame as well as body damage and when we picked it up it looked and drives like new. I was in a horrible accident where I was rear ended. Martins treated me like family and fixed my car back to new condition. You can t even tell it was damaged. Continued to communicate with me through the whole process and deal with the insurance headache so I didn t have too. Easy and smooth pick up. These guys did a great job from the estimate on the damage, working with my insurance company, helping communicate with rental car agency and keeping me informed of the progress on my repairs. Kyle and his team took excellent care of me. The secretary communicated well and kept me informed throughout the process. My Explorer was done earlier than expected and looked just as it did when I drove it off the lot brand new. Our Kia Niro suffered a wreck and we chose to have the repairs done at Martin s in Georgetown. From beginning to the end of this process, we couldn t have been more pleased. Martin s worked with our insurance, and once the repairs were approved they got the work done very quickly. But they go beyond just replacing parts. Sammi was the one who kept us updated, and was always prompt with a reply if we had a question or information to relay. Besides the repairs being done, they detailed our car, inside and out, and it was glistening! There was one small part they could not get promptly but with our approval they buffed out the old part and reinstalled it until the new one comes in, so that we could have our car returned. They re efficient, kind, professional and thorough. We thank this shop for their service to us.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I met a deer the hard way back in November. These guys did their magic and got me back on the road. No hidden fees they worked with my insurance company. They called me or text me when there was a question or issue. They got it done. Thanks for all your help guys.
