Amazing work!! They did work on my stinger that i had that needed custom work done as well as did body repairs from a accident that i had on the highway. They got me in on short notice and took great care of me. I will not go to another body shop after experiencing this level of care and customer service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I wish my experience with Dan and this company were like the other reviews but unfortunately, I've had nothing but poor customer service and abrupt rudeness from Dan. Long story short, I reached out to them to have a moonroof visor installed on my wife's VW Tiguan and was told they can do this work in a couple days' time. I drop her car off with them and let 2 days pass before calling to checkup on the progress and see when it'll be done. This is when I spoke to Dan who was nothing but irritated, I guess by the fact I'm calling to follow up, but more likely because they were having difficulty with the job. I'm told they encountered an issue the day prior yet received no call about it, like mentioned to do if there were problems, and when asking about the problem and how I can help I'm faced with an aggravated Dan who takes his frustration out on me. Telling me I need to let them do their job and gets upset by me asking rightful questions about the work they're doing on my wife's car and then hangs up on me. Then calls me back 10 minutes later to explain they'll put the car back together and that I was wasting his time. This to me is not how any representative should treat and speak to their customers and it's a shame Dan is not grown enough to handle his emotions. All I did was ask what the issue was and how I can help. I had high hopes this place could perform a simple job, yet they've done nothing but fail at that and then proceeded to take out their stress on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they're ok dealing with irritable children.

Great experience across the board. My car was side-swiped and needed repair. Dan and K.C. were very helpful in every aspect. From dealing with the Insurance Company to ensuring my car was returned in immaculate condition, I couldn't ask for better customer service or workmanship. Thank you Factory Finish!

I can not say enough good things about Charlie Richardson and Factory Finish. My car was damage and Charlie quickly responded to my request for a quote. Having received his quote, he was noticeably less expensive. I am an extremely picky person and my motto is "If a job is done perfectly, I am a very easy person." I had concerns about our Pearl Paint on my Honda car blending and matching the 3 coats required to make it look nice. Charlie assured me it would be done correctly. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I went over the work with great detail. IT WAS PERFECT and was beyond my expectations. Factory Finish also touched up some other areas that were in need of attention. My wife was thoroughly impress that the car was details inside and outside upon its return. This is the type of service that makes it easy for me to recommend them over any other body shop that I have ever used. I have used other shops and had to take my vehicle back and argue over paint runs and poor quality. If you have high expectations, use Factory Finish and ask Charlie oversee your project. I believe you will be more than satisfied you did!

I am very happy with the work they did on my Toyota Camry. The estimate given was exactly what we paid to get the repair done. I was really surprised when I got the car back and it was detailed. They was really nice, and answered any questions or concerns we had during the process. I would recommend them.

We recently brought our son's Ford Mustang to Factory Finish Collision to repair front end damage. The staff at Factory Finish were very professional, they completed the work quickly and most importantly the finished repair made the mustang look like it was brand new. Their pricing is outstanding and fair. I was so impressed with their work, I brought two other vehicles for paintless dent repair work. Again, fast great service and repair all at affordable pricing. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had an accident on the right, front fender of my car. The headlight was broken, fender smashed, and the frame bent. After having Charlie Richardson look at my car, he quickly got a quote back to me. I chose Factory Finish because of the honesty and quality that their team puts into their work. Prior to my wreck, my father had someone back into his car, and Factory Finish took care of it. His car looks fantastic. Last week I got my car back from them and it looks amazing. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He fixed many things that I did not even ask him to do! I want to thank Charlie and the guys at Factory Finish for performing truly PROFESSIONAL work. The whole process was seamless and hassle free. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to have work done on their vehicle!

Couldn't find anything negative to say about Factory Finish. They did an outstanding job with my car and even went as far as making sure the interior is detailed before I got it back. I walked in and talked to K.C. and he got me a quote within 10 minutes and quoted a few hundred less than their competitor Highlander Collision. For the amount of work needed to be done, they finished in about 2 weeks which is pretty quick. Overall a great company!

I recently had a fender bender and discovered this local body shop close to home. I read great reviews and thought I would give them a shot. I was thoroughly impressed with their service and quality of workmanship. My car looks fantastic and they did an excellent paint job. I had to return for a minor overlook and they got me right in and fixed it with no problem. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable body shop.

Outstanding workmanship. Our 2016 Toyota 4Runner had a fairly decent dent/crease in the passenger front door and fender. We had taken it to several body shops in the area and everyone said they could not get the dent/crease out using paintless dent removal method and instead would have to repair the damage and repaint much of the passenger side at a cost for around $1300. I happened to stop by Factory Finish Collision and spoke with Charlie. He was confident they could remove the dent/crease using PDR method. They did an outstanding job -- the dent/crease is gone -- at a fraction of the price everyone else wanted to charge and did not require any paint work on the vehicle. Plus they detailed the entire vehicle. Charlie was professional and communication was excellent. I will use Factory Finish in the future and would highly recommend. Very satisfied with their work.

Honest people, amazing service. I've taken my car elsewhere and had all sorts of problems with bad parts used and things not being connected back together. Feeling like these other places don't even care. But at Factory Finish they pay attention to detail, they work with you, and take pride in what they do. They don't want you to leave unhappy. I have always been 100% happy with the service here. I feel like things are done right and you can trust them. Your car will be as perfect as it can get! I recommend Factory Finish!

After my experience with factory finish I will not go anywhere else if I ever need body work done on a vehicle. Charlie was off on a vacation and Brach Hollis took care of me. He s the man!! Thoroughly looked over the vehicle to make sure everything that needed repair was included in the estimate. He took care of the insurance part after I filed the initial claim and set me up with a rental vehicle. He offered to take me to pick up the rental car and pick me up if I needed. He also followed up with me on the entire process as it was going. I didn t have to call once to check on the status. The receptionist (she s probably running the whole operation) is very friendly!! Good experience for sure!

Probably can t say in words how great the experience was! The guys got us in quick for a estimate, us in quick for the repair. And the work is excellent! Truck looked coming out as if I just bought it! Fantastic jobs guys! Look forward to any future work with you all, and will recommend you 100 times over!

Couldn t have asked for a better place to take my car. My brand new Jeep had been scratched by flying debris from another vehicle and it looks good as new. The team at factory finish is phenomenal and I highly recommend them.Hopefully, I won t need more body work in the future but if I do, it will be completed by them.

I went on a recommendation from my insurance adjuster , l had a dent in my door and there was talk it needed to have more work done and then in the end David PDR said we could use painltless dent , and it looks good as new , done is a few hours . I inherited a pickup truck from my son. He was a smoker who kept large dogs. Needless to say, the truck was a mess. I wanted to let his mother use the truck for awhile. Not being a smoker it was difficult for her to use. Factory Finish was able to remove the smoke smell along with the fur from the dogs. The truck was beautiful when they were finished with it. They also went above and beyond what they needed to do. I can not say enough for all the help they provided my family. The vase of flowers they left in the truck in remembrance of my son shows that they care for people not just business. I would heavily recommend them.

They estimated 6 days and got the repair done in 3. They are awesome to work with and did an excellent job. Even the inside was cleaned. I would definitely recommend them for body and detail work.

Communication is great, but sometimes the shop closes earlier than is advertised. I would definitely use them in the future, if the need arises.
