Wars service you can ever experinced!!!Service order103018555Rear frame shifted left. truck have manufacture defect and 254mi on the odometer. They newer inform it's not covered on warranty and newer give estimate repair coast. Just tell me cannot relice teuck without payment.Update:Got reimbursed

called and received GREAT customer service from raymond T. !I call frequently to get help with parts and usually get bad attitudes from who ever answers but today raymond was helpful and very patient during the call , deff need more people like him!

WHAT EVER YOU HAVE GOING ON WITH YOUR TRUCK! DO NOT TAKE YOUR YOUR TRUCK HERE!!!!! 4 HOUR JOB IT TOOK THEM 8 DAYS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE WORSE IN THE WORLD!! NOBODY HAS ANY IDEA WHATS GOING!!! I HAD TO GET MY TRUCK TOWED OUT AND SENT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO FINISH REPAIRS! DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCKS HERE!!

Parts department is very poor on customer service. They tell you they have it in stock and when you arrive they don't have it. They tell you it can be ordered for next day and when you wait then go pickup parts an item is missing from order. Lots of drama at counter with employees talking about there personal issues and eating at counter. Had to explain all the negative issues at TransChicago to my company and seek another option for truck parts.

I have the pleasure of being to this location every Friday as I am a vendor. The staff are professional and courteous, provide world class service, and are a testament to how successful businesses operate.Can't say enough good things!

If I could give this place 1 million stars I would!Fellow truckers and diesel techs, this specific location is one of the best locations in the Chicagoland area, this store is neat & clean and if you need anything that has to do with parts look for Luis, Carlos, Angel, Daniel, Michael, Lee and Will but most of all of these amazing guy!! (Luis) will make things happen no matter how hard and complicated the task is, this guy is the man for the job, he is a truck parts doctor for crying out loud! And I approve this message!!

I was next in line for the will call to pick up my parts. It took 45 minutes. When finally received them, I went to pay to the cashier, I realized 1 part was incomplete. I asked cashier to exchange it or not charge me for it, she told me to wait in line again and have my bill changed. I ended up buying incomplete part because I didn't have time to wait for 10 people in line. I just don't have time and patience for places like this.

They had the part that I needed to get my cruise control back in working order. The parking lot is a bit crowded so be careful if you are going there with a trailer.

Good place. They're curtious and friendly. They know what they're talking about. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is because it takes allot of time there. Not their fault at all. Just takes time.UPDATE; Going to give stars. It's like I said, they're as fast as can be.

James and Louis were incredibly helpful. Saved me a lot of money by finding the parts i need without having to buy anything unnecessary. They also got me the parts so much quicker than any other dealership i called. Highly recommend!

Fast service and best employees.They have a lot experience.I was there today. Louis from parts it's the best. He has a lot experience. I have volvo with cummins engine and in tri minutes he find everything that I need. Before I wasIn Volvo Gary and the employee over there has no clue what he was looking in computer.

I ve been meaning to post this for a week or so now. Louis was really kind, patient and very helpful in helping me resolve a couple of issues with my account as well as his undeniable expertise in ensuring I got the best parts for my semi being that I m a non driver truck owner. I m grateful for him following up about my core as I had money to receive which made me happy cause I surely needed it. Trans Chicago is my go to forever especially with top notch service in the parts department. Way to go Louis!!!

The have dealt with everyone there and consistently Luis has shown he is the most eager to please he is a great employee and any company would be in a better position with him on there team thank you for your excellent service will be back because of him for sure!

Several times I have back-forth games with all of them here. Wrong informations, wrong parts, overnight shipping from 45-75$ and then you don t get that part tomorrow always sorry, always same words we understand everything, out of out handsThree times in 2 months the same game

Took my 2015 Cascadia Freightshaker in for 2 check eng lights. Cleaned a clogged 1-Box hose to my DEF Tank. 24 hrs / hotel. Back to work!Highly recommend visiting these folkes. Was afraid at first based on past experience here. Glad I took a chance and came back.New staff! Much much nicer group of people than 3 years ago. No up sell. Just straight forward service. 100% Will repeat! Thanks folks for fixing my old 883,435 mile "Blue Mule!"

Do not apply here. Parts manager offers/promises jobs then just wastes people times. I was offered � job, had an interview, then I was told of � conflict in my availability. I was told once I could fix my availability to inform him so I spent 250 dollars to insure the needed availability by enrolling in childcare. Then I was blown off. I emailed the manager. After no response, I went to the manager and asked what was wrong I was told that there was an issue with Elmhurst. So I went to the store manager figured he could fix it. Then I realized that he was no longer going to hire me after i was made to look bad. I believe that they are just not interested in hiring disabled veterans. I did Email the manager before writing this with no response. I am more then capable to perform all duites. I ever trained and learned the job that I was offered. I felt like family when I was there most of the employee that are there are great. If the owner does read this and wants the details then I will give my information.

There was a problem from manufacture and I ask them to fix it but they ask for money and they said it takes few days to fix it

It's a great place to work for. Everyone here always has a good vibe. They do their best to keep the customers happy and keep them moving. Prices are great, and the service is great. I would recommend drivers to come here for parts or service

Does not seem like the work payed for was performed. Less than a week later and having same issues, had to go to another freightliner to have exact same work done again and no refund offered

do not go to this dealership. non-professional diagnosticians cannot find the problem for 8 weeks. the parts department is terrible they don't even have the most basic parts. The service workers don't know what they are talking about. the worst dealership I've seen in the last 2 years when dealing with a truck repair. there was a problem with the def system, I paid for 2 hours of diagnostics at the end of which he said I don t know what the problem is. a total of 8 hours of diagnostics plus 4 hours of operation and replacement of the nOX sensor and the problem is not solved and a couple of other sensors need to be replaced. They do it for a long time, they change what is not needed, they just take, take, take money

Would rather see owner/operators with down time than provide part numbers for parts that they don t even have in stock. Ridiculous! I stay literally 5 min away and I will drive to elmhurst or Shorewood before I come back to this place

I deliver deck set trucks here (Gary, IN). Been doing it for years.They had some real problems with organizing and staffing. Their undecking area was a total mess. Many drivers told me they avoided this place.Not sure what went right, but all that has changed. New management?Employee attitude is upbeat and accommodating. New truck receiver staffing is spot on. They don t seem to be overwhelmed anymore. Our work area is organized and cleaned up and they bend over backwards to work with us.Not sure how you all figured it out but somebody needs a raise! Thanks Joy for all you do for us.

I have been calling for 3 days simply to get them to turn in paperwork for my warranty. Seems they don't like working with warranty companies here. Another customer told me the same thing in the past. Everyday they tell me they are turning it in today.

I've done business with you all on numerous occasions I been truly satisfied with the results but common courtesy goes alone way and that's something business's have strayed away from but Daniel L�pez showed the upmost professionalism of custom satisfaction I've came across in a while I was truly humble and comfortable with his upfront mannerism of satisfying his custom keep up the work happy customer truly

It took 12 days to complete a 12 hour job. Like other reviews mentioned, rather than be upfront, they string you along with plausible stories. They were "just finishing up" starting around day six. I kept making plans as if this were reliable information, which ended up causing additional chaos and expenses that I could have avoided if they had been honest.This pattern continued until the last day. They already had most of the morning to complete the work. When I called late morning, they told me they were just going to test drive it and be done. When I showed up a hour after calling, my oil pan wasn't even on yet. Then "less than one hour" ended up being over two more hours from that point. I will never do business here again.
