Excellent clinicThe entire staff of the clinic works as they should. Everyone is acting friendly. Everything is clear and precise, quickly and without delays and queues. Always go forward, save the time of patients. I am satisfied. I recommend to everyone.

I really like sonic but this one was built so close to hwy 20 that you can't hear anything other than semi trucks racing by. The service is good and of coarse the food is too.

We have 5 of their Conestoga tarp systems installed on brand-new trailers, after 2.5 years of light usage, we experienced some holes in the Conestoga roof on 3 of the trailers. We asked to be covered under warranty, but they declined.We also have their older models, and looks like older models have better build quality

After 2.5 years of using this system, I get holes on the roof of my Conestoga. Water is leaking and damaging product. Corporate say they don t gonna cover that because it s off of the warranty highly recommend don t waste your money on this system.

Had a tear in my Conestoga from a forklift driver. Everyone was great. Got me on my way home quickly.

Called in to ask if they have 8' drop tarps in stock to which I got a positive answer. Asked how late they work and was told till 5PM. Arrived at 4.30PM and was told that tarp station was closed at 4PM. Gentlemen at the counter didn't even bother helping or advising. Thumbs down for service.

This is the first time I visited a store during business hours and it's closed for lunch at 8 20 p.m. . I don't have time to wait 45 minutes for someone to come.

Customer service was awesome!! Out of stock on several items but a great place to stop in and get your flatbed/heavy haul supplies. Parking lot has lots of room for tractor and trailer. Hours of operation is better than most in the same industry.

What happened to decent people went this place bought a tarp for about $480 dollars wasn t even a week tarp started coming apart took the tarp back and they are trying to say it s a old tarp because they don t want to make it right that s a lot of money to just give away but I will sue them for my money back

Amazing service. Bob and the other staff member are very very nice, I lost my invoice and I called and they took time to look for a copy of my invoice in their computer also in paper files even though I didn't give them the right information, there were some issues with getting it and I had to bother them again and again, they always were so helpful and kindly.

Staff friendly and very helpful. I had 2 tarps I needed to patch before I could pick up the next load. They directed me to the materials needed, in the quantities needed and allowed me to use some available space to make the repairs. With sunset approaching fast, temperatures dropping, and rain falling working outside on the bed of my trailer wasn't an ideal environment for what I had to do. They went above and beyond and I'm a customer for life.

My trailer was hit by their forklift several times. They promised to check cameras on that. Will keep you updated on how honest they appear to be.Update:Ok! Manager Tom may go f himself. As expected he is not an honest being.Do not pay their bills if they damage your property

Zero customer service !!!!! The lady supervisor at front doesn't know what she is doing. Make sure the prices they charge you mach the sale prices online on their web site!!!!!!!! You will spend 2k in equipment and will not get a little help to load it in the truck!!!!! I hope the owner will get out of his office one day and do some changes!

I left my trailer on appointment date and it sat there for 3 weeks they kept telling me we will start tomorrow. I was not working for 3 weeks to go back and find it still sitting there not done. Im taking it somewhere else. Very sad. Will not recommend this place to anyone and never going back.

I love here but i have to write this .Tarp quality is very bad ,very cheap product. It was good 5 years ago but now i have to search better quality. U waste money or can get damage to loads!

I lost tail gate off side kit went there took 2 hours to get made and center panel didn t fit so they fooled around and cut it 3 different times and still didn t fit so it s near lunch time buy now so I left I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone I mean how hard is it to read a tape measure very disappointed in there service

Busy location, but well stocked with patient and engaged employees. Parking lot is full of car sized craters, so take it SLOW pulling in. They have fast quotes and fair repair prices.

Super friendly staff! Really helped me out in a pinch with an emergency tarp repair while I waited! Hard to believe how friendly they are being so close to nasty Chicago! Highly recommend this place!!!!

They where great saved my but with the Wright slide winches I needed for my trailer and the price was great also thanks guys anytime I am in this area and need anything for my trailer you will have my business 100 %

Busy place, but they have what you need. PLENTY OF TRUCK PARKING, and open late!Conveniently located on the edge of the Iron Triangle,What more could you need!Pipe stakes fairly pricey though.

Worse place to go to fix the Conestogas it use be good back in the years but not anymore!!! Ridiculously expensive prices and worse service.FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FIX YOUR CONESTOGAS DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO TO TARP STOP

The people in the parts dept are very nice and willing to help a customer out. Not something I would ever in a million years expect to find nowadays in Gary Indiana.
