This is one of the very few service garages that's priced right for service and they do great work and fast. Since having them service my car I've directed my family and friends to have their vehicle serviced there. They may not look like much but these guys are very good and thorough

Got it right away, had antifreeze leak, needed a clamp, was told to drive it so the antifreeze that wasted could dry out, so far so good

These guys move heaven and earth to bring your bill down, but as they say, "You get what you pay for." My car developed what can only be called an intermittent "stutter" while idling. So I had them replace the timing belt for about $700 bucks. Decent price, right? Well, after a couple of months it started stalling while idling. They took it apart again and fixed a sprocket that they missed the first time around, refused to reuse the old timing belt, and charged me for a new one. See, the catch to these low prices is that they maintain practically no diagnostic equipment on-site; they usually just refer you out to other shops for a diagnosis. They miss things like this ALL THE TIME and it WILL end up costing you. Take your car to a place that has actual standard equipment and eat the markup--you'll live longer.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and pricing i got here. They swapped out a transmission that everyone once else was charging me double for and they got it done fast. I personally spoke with the manager and the owner. Solid men that weren't pushy about sales and didn't try to gouge or bs me.

I just bought a used car and was a little worried about a sound coming from the engine during startup and at idle so I had them look at it.It's a 2010 Chevy Cobalt and I've read the timing chain tensioner can start to have problems on Cobalts so I asked them to look at the car for me.They were honest and told me it looks and sounds normal to them. They didn't try to talk me into getting anything done. (Which is nice because I recently had to scrap my last vehicle because a Transmission shop off i65 in Hobart Indiana performed what I thought was a routine transmission maintenances on a totally working vehicle and gave me my car back undrivable.)So I'll be recommending Simon's to friends and family.It's almost the end of July so I'll see if anything changes with the engine when the temperature outside starts to get cold and I got a quote from them incase I need to have work done in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The work I needed done wasn't unfamiliar to ME, I just didn't feel like doing it. The part I wanted replaced was used and from the Junkyard not to mention the wrong one. Of course my feelings hadn't changed. I'm pleased with the work and me being mechanically inclined myself it added up to be reasonable and what I would of charged. Great JOB guys. Thanks.......

Driving home from getting our daughter from school her car overheated. This was at 5 on a Friday night, I did not want to ruin the engine so, we had it towed to "Simon's". I was convinced that it was a thermostat or heater core because to overflow canister was full and I assumed the radiator was also. Well, I was wrong... Jim filled the radiator on Saturday and met me on Sunday in order for me to pick up the car. They are honest and fair... they will take care of you!

The prices are reasonable.The staff are honest and friendly The advice that I was given about ny vehicle,they coukd have played me and I woukd have been out of so much in repairs,but he didn't do that.This is the most honest shop around.I onky gave 5 stats because 10 wasn't available and I rarely give 5.#Netcastnews Anchor Kia#219ActressKia

If you are looking for a shop who is going to lie to you and rip you off go here !!! They had a Great mechanic honest and he quit because he didn t want his name on the lies they were selling customers!!! Stay far away from here!!!!!

This place can fix your vehicle right the first time, and charges a very fair price. They have coffee, t.v., and restroom if you want to wait while getting your vehicle serviced. Old fashioned curtious, professional, at home atmosphere.

These guys have helped me sooo much! I have used their service several times and I will use yhem again when I need work done.They have fair prices and they gey your vehicle done quickly and correctly! VERY nice guys here!! I definitely would recommend this auto repair shop!

I Love this place because the Owner has Always treated me with kindness and respect. Have been getting my repairs from here for years,and have never had a issue with my repairs, and if I did I m Sure he would take care if it!

Came to get a hood latch fixed/replaced. After the 1st customer, I got in and out in a few minutes. That's the advantage of going with an experienced mechanic.

The older guy of Simon's was rude didn't want to give information on warranty or guaranteehad to ask about this in order for him to write it on the paper. Took my car in on the 26th for them to fix my brake line brake light switch on which was told that they never bled my brakes so I had to call them back this morning on the 27th to let them know what they didn't do. I don't think I'll be going back for any other. I will be sticking with Velazquez only!!

My name is laronda Wallace I'm from Jackson Michigan our suv stopped on us outside of Gary Indiana. Simon's complete auto care took care of us from beginning to end, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Jim went out of his way to take care of our suv while we were still in michigan he even made sure we could drive it home i would like to thank the entire staff for all of there help. If you ever need repairs i i would definitely recommend simon's complete auto care thanks Jim

The guy was very rude when I picked up my car. He kept calling and calling rushing me to pick my car up and hanging up in my face only 30 min after he first called me and told me my car was ready. I tried explaining to this Guy that I'm on my way My ride had to pick me up.Then He tried to overcharge me for something he called his self fixing on my car without my consent to fix it in the first place. Then he trew my keys at me onto the floor and trew my change on the counter. So at this point I'm pissed and asked him what the hell was wron goth him. He tells me not to never come back. Trust me I will NEVER spent my money with this shop of it was the last one opens on the earth! I have never been disrespected like this in my life and it's a shame I actually experience such disrespect here because I have brought numerous vehicles to this place in the past to get major expensive jobs done and never had a problem till I talked to this guy I believe his name was "Mark" I was told

Services not thorough-I will not use this company again. I've used them for years. But they sheisted me, even though they said they guarantee their work for a year I still ended up paying for work that they did wrong in the beginning.
