Spent over $5000 on a new engine and my car still doesn t drive. He had fluid leaking into my vehicle while I drove it. Brought it back 6 or 7 times and each time there was something new wrong with the car. The amount of stress I ve dealt with from this business the last three month has caused me so much stress. Please don t patronize this business.

Took my bmw there for an air suspension problem a few months ago, they were unable to fix my car and told me the dealership is my best bet. Upon picking up the car i noticed my front bumper was scratches and cracked. The owner told me to leave the car and they will get it fixed. I shouldn t have trusted him but i did. Here im a few months later my bumper is peeling because not enough clear coat was applied.Service: Steering & suspension repair

84'300D MercedesHorrible,First they tried this past summer 2016 to charge me $1,100 to replace the A/C compressor and dryer which is way too high. Shortly after having the car back for less then a week the new parts failed. They had my car for almost a month to do the A/C job. Then somehow shorted them $30 for that job so they keep hustling me over $30 even after I take my E500 there for work also and buy tons of parts. The compressor I could notice was totally different the second time. Now I was going to replaced my failed Mono valve for heat they all fail. They gave me a part that I took the time to replace that is junk and doesn't work. Beware.

They where a very big help. They help me when no one else could with my tire, my lugs where stuck one my tire and they did it with no problem I appreciate them. They got the job done and very well.

If you own a foreign vehicle in North West Indiana, this is the safest place to have it repaired!!! Rich and his staff are fully prepared to tackle almost any project. Always call 1st! They are usual booked weeks in advance

For imports this is the best place for parts and service. I've only purchased parts but have spoke to people getting service and they all said the same thing "great service & less expensive than the dealership".

Took over a week to get my car fixed. Engine mounts on my Jaguar s-type. Very displeased as I wanted to put it on display for my graduation party. Note that the car was taken in on a Monday morning.

Wish I could give zero stars they are very unprofessional. Service quality was horrible had greasy hand prints on my ceiling.
