Clean sharp store. Medium sized parking lot. Big enough for weary travelers to snooze and pit stop patrons. Decent sized dog park by the entrance and some pumps.Well kept bathroom. Stocked shelves for a variety of needs.Definitely would stop here again

Loves, hands down, is the best place by far for truck drivers. They have an excellent points system with really great offers all the time. I rarely give 5 stars to any place I visit. The folks are always top knotch and super friendly. And if you have never tried their snack chips brand, you are missing out. The cheese puffs are as good, maybe even better than Cheetos. I get them all the time. Kettle potato chips? Right up there. In Gary Indiana tonight. Great pizza here. Wonderfully great folks working in Godfathers.

Too many truck in the way, making up spots. Major mess. Parking lots is a free for all . Only good thing is store looks clean.

Newly rebuilt store, but didn't atleast make the pumps look new or decrease the fuel island. I fueled up and my feet was slippery as you know what when I got back in my truck. Update: pumps have since been replaced.

These new diesel pumps suck... tiny buttons, touch screen can't be hit by gloves which is a nightmare for winter. Loves card swipe doesn't work so you have to manually enter the number. They don't show available cash advance when prompted.

Folks, I am a Love's Junkie!Intervention may be necessary!My coffee cup refuses to pass Love's without refills!Dropped in on the new facility in Gary, Indiana. The shower was great. Coffee fresh and my truck service was quick.

It s pretty great, love the dude on the speaker with the announcements and signing downside is that on truckers pump side there is still a few pumps not installed yet only about 5 pumps on truck side working & parking fits approximately 60 trucks and if it s full across the street there s a petro & speedway with lots of parking spaces as well. Shower is kept nice and clean as well! Hope this helps!

First time at the newly renovated loves. So glad to see this place come back alive !The store is amazing. It s clean and friendly. The staff has always been so polite here.

At approximately 3:55pm central time on 1/27/24, I "Trucker John" ordered a shower at this location but to my dismay I was given a filthy shower. When I returned from the disgusting mess that was left unattended I noticed that the shower clerk was gone from her post (she's 5'5" heavy set/overweight with a larger posterior). So I went to the front of the store. Once at the front, I spoke to another clerk. Upon speaking to the other clerk she told me that giving somone a dirty shower was and I quote "Damned disrespectful" I will be uploading the video of this incident and contacting corporate because this was not a mistake it was done on purpose based on a previous visit with the same people. The people that live in this world are starting to make me feel very uncomfortable with the direction our society is moving in. Nothing more to report.

Clean store. Not customer friendly. At one point heard security over the Intercom threating customers with restraint. Restaurant side of the business was very friendly and accommodating.

TRUCK WASH REVIEW ONLY.New automated truck wash with many upcharges. 2 employees that also use brushes (no soap) where automatic doesn't reach. Driver window wasn't even touched. $103.00 later, NO attention to detail, lots of missed areas, film covering the truck and trailer.Speedco's explanation was, "It's a new system, and they are learning"

Between 18:30-1840 (Please see the video recordings) Naf I wanted to buy food at Naf. I was treated badly by two employees. They did their best not to sell. In the end, I left without buying. I think such a reputable business should not employ such people.

Truck care was great here. Cortland was awesome. He took great care of me. I was gonna just leave after getting a boost but he made sure to pull me in and got me right. Make sure you ask for him by name!

Your security guard needs an attitude adjustment. Why are pumps not blocked off if none of them are working? I literally went in to use the bathroom, pulled up from fuel after finding out they don t work, and she acted like I had been there for hours. She said that they are working on the pumps. Who is working on them??? No one was out there at all.

Hard to get in and out. Had no refreshments. Out of tea, soda. Dirty,no showers. Go to speedway. Much better

Amazing Loves like always. Best Truck Stop company. Showers were Clean, nice hot water pressure. Extra towel available. Nicely served by the great Staff including David. Great food selection and cleanliness, even for late hours. Would recommend it to anyone on the road.

On January 27th, 2024, we went to the truck side to pump DEF at the 3150 Grant St, Gary, IN 46408. We walked in to pay on the truck side at 1543 and were told by the female employee that we had to drive around to the other side to use pump 15 or 16. It turns out there is NO DEF at 15 or 16. Force to purchase a bottle instead. Lesson learned. We will never use a Loves for DEF again.

Find somewhere else to park if all the slots are filled, paw patrol( security) around there like top flight being petty police of the parking lot they will make you leave if you get creative with parking, probably the only loves where that bother truckers using every inch of the parking lot..

Place was decent it appeared to be an old flying j as far as the layout. There were a lot of showers which was great cause no need to wait but the showers were a little on the nasty side. They had a good amount of parking and we got snowed in and everything was promptly plowed. The lounge was good sized and the seating was comfortable and they played the game so we all had a good time. Over all a decent truck stop!

Good clean store Naf naf is amazing. Lady working the register was great but the star has to be the man with braids maybe locs pulled back. A customer before me was working my nerves and he was a cool as a cucumber. He needs a raise for his work ethic. He helped me figure out what I wanted (tasted great, already ate) and a good up sale. I hope I run into more people like him. If he sees this thanks again!!! The gentleman cooking keeps everything fresh.

Came in to get a tire repaired. Cortland jumped right on it. Think he was coming back from brake or sum and threw his sandwich down and got right to it. Fast friendly service 10/10 would recommend.

Great example why Loves is better than the others. New building is great and has more to offer than usual. NOW I enjoy coming to this location only reason 4 stars not 5 is because the pumps could be updated along with the parking lot, but not the biggest issue.

Ok for it being love's travel stop this is not the place I want to go to when I have to stop. This place is just a straight disaster. I've been driving all day just to come to not one but 2 dirty showers and everything is not clean. I don't understand why this is going unnoticed I hope the owner can realize what goes on at this store the employees lack work performance. Have no respect for us as Drivers and using foul language to other employees when there are children present. I hope this can get better.

Ordered a full pizza here, it was 40 minutes late and because I asked nicely about the time it was taking, it was slimey and mucus-like when I bit into it. Nasty workers here. Nasty, nasty, nasty.
