Check in at 700 am with information on the truck and by 400 pm was fixed and out door thank you for all you did

After 1 hour 45 minutes since our 1st call and the time he was done to replace a hose on the side of the road, we got charged just under $700. He was claiming for 3 hour of work...ridiculous scam. AVOID....don't ever call them

Called ahead of time explained what my truck was doing ( the office was closed but I spoke with a mechanic )Even spoke with the roadside assistant mechanic who told me to get truck towed to the shop.Called this next morning for them to tell me they do not work on automatic transmission and that the night time mechanics wouldn t know that. They are mechanics how wouldn t they know that ? Do I spent 600 dollar on a tow and now have to get it towed again.Service: Transmission

The people here are amazing. They kept the place open long after closing time while I had to wait for Ryder to get me a part. This is the place and these are the people you want to spend your money with. They even bought my kid a Snickers while we waited. Thank you Lakeshore Truck service.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! I was passing through Indiana and I stopped here for a routine PM. I was no more than ten miles from them on my way home and all of the sudden my oil pressure dropped to zero!!! I quickly shut her down and pulled over. Turns out the oil pan plug fell out and I dumped all the engine oil. A tow bill, diag, new oil pan plug and ten gallons of oil later I was back on the road. I called them to discuss the issue and was met with nothing but bad attitude. The service manager (Jack) was so rude he not only told me they weren't responsible for the issue that even if they were the owner doesn't even pay is regular bills so there was no way he would offer to or even be able to pay mine!! Unreal! Stay away! You have been warned!

Quality tanker wash. Has some tank trailer parts avalable next door. About 90 minutes all in for a caustic wash with pump and hoses. Did an excellent job on the crows nest, no caked on residue like you may get from other lower quality washes. Card readers were having issues taking amex cards however they say they take them on their door. Might want to have backup payment arrangements if it wasnt a fluke.

Great service, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. They repaired my chemical pump in about 2 hours. Simply the best at what they do.

Worst service ever !!Real scam no doubt.For 20 min drive to our semi truck and just to confirm that its something wrong with the truck but he cannot fix 400$Overall less then 2h after I call him !AVOID THIS ROAD SERVICE!!!
